4. The explosive cutting device according to claim 2, wherein the priming cap is insertable into the priming cap insertion prepared hole.

5. An explosive cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the material of said housing container is a metallic or non-metallic material.

6. An explosive cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the material of said flame retardant is a powdery substance or a mixture of two or more kinds of powdery substances.

7. The explosive cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the housing of said shaped cutting cord is made of metal and the core of said shaped cutting cord is made of high explosive.

8. An explosive cutting device according to claim 5, wherein the metal of the housing material of the shaped cutting rope is silver, aluminium, copper or a lead-antimony alloy.

9. An explosive cutting device according to claim 7, wherein said high explosive is hexogen or octogen.

10. The explosive cutting device according to claim 1, wherein said guard plate is in the form of a sheet, and said guard plate is made of a metal or plastic film material.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of initiating explosive devices, in particular to an explosive cutting device.

Background

Under some special circumstances, it is necessary to cut containers or pipelines containing flammable and explosive gases or liquids such as natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, but it is necessary not to cause the contents to burn or explode synchronously. The materials such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and the like stored in the container or the pipeline have the characteristics of flammability and explosiveness, and when the materials form a mixture with oxygen in the outside air and reach a certain concentration, the materials can be combusted or exploded when meeting the conditions of high-temperature open fire and the like and reaching the ignition condition.

The energy-accumulating cutting cable is a rope-shaped special blasting equipment which is characterized by that it uses a proper metal material as shell body, adopts V-shaped charge, utilizes the principle of producing energy-accumulating effect by explosion and can produce high-pressure energy-accumulating jet flow to penetrate through target during explosion.

The action principle is that after the energy-gathered cutting rope is detonated by a detonator, the explosive is exploded to quickly crush the shaped charge liner to collide at the axis and focus to form continuous jet flow which moves at high speed along the normal direction of the energy-gathered liner, and the continuous jet flow is commonly called as a jet flow knife. When the jet flow head meets the target plate, the speed is high and is about 3900-4500 m/s, the collision between the jet flow head and the target plate can be approximate to fluid collision, jet flow penetrates into the target plate to form cutting, and the cutting of the target plate can be realized by utilizing the principle.

However, for the requirement of instantly and rapidly releasing combustible gas, the existing energy-gathering cutting rope is adopted for directly cutting, and after being detonated by a detonator, high-temperature and high-pressure detonation products can be generated, so that the combustible gas and liquid in the detonator can be synchronously ignited, and the special requirement cannot be met. In order to achieve rapid cutting of containers or pipelines in which flammable explosive gases or liquids are stored, and simultaneously, to prevent the containers or pipelines from being synchronously ignited by detonation products, an explosive cutting device meeting requirements is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the invention provides an explosive cutting device, which aims to solve the problem that the energy-gathered cutting rope in the prior art cannot rapidly cut a container or a pipeline filled with inflammable explosive gas or liquid, and cannot be synchronously ignited by detonation products.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

according to the present invention, there is provided an explosive cutting device comprising a housing container, a flame suppressant, a cumulative cutting cord, a guard plate and a detonator tube seating hole; the anti-flaming agent is filled in the shell container, a reserved groove is formed in the inner side of the shell container, the energy-gathering cutting cable is installed in the reserved groove, the protective plate covers the outer surface of the reserved groove, one or two detonating primer inserting reserved holes are formed in the shell container, and the reserved holes penetrate through the shell container and are connected with the back of the energy-gathering cutting cable.

Further, the shell container is a circular frame or a rectangular frame.

Further, the reserve tank is provided inside the housing container.

Furthermore, the priming detonator can be inserted into the priming detonator insertion reserved hole.

Further, the flux core of the energy-gathering cutting rope is simple-substance high explosive such as hexogen and octogen.

The invention has the following advantages:

the flame suppressor is added around the energy-gathering cutting rope, so that when explosion occurs, ions of the flame suppressor diffused by detonation waves can delay the ignition time of inflammable and explosive substances in the container, and although cutting explosion occurs, explosive products cannot be synchronously ignited to generate secondary explosion, and the energy-gathering cutting rope has the advantages of simple structure and convenience and quickness in use.

The present invention is described in terms of particular embodiments, other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention and that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an explosive cutting device, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, comprising a housing container 1, a flame suppressor 2, a cumulative cutting cord 3, a guard plate 4 and a detonator socket hole 5; the flame retardant 2 is filled in the shell container 1, a reserved groove is formed in the inner side of the shell container 1, the energy-gathering cutting rope 3 is installed in the reserved groove, the protective plate 4 covers the outer surface of the reserved groove, the detonator tube seat hole 5 is formed in the shell container 1 on one side, away from the protective plate 4, of the energy-gathering cutting rope 3, one or two detonator tube seat holes 5 are formed in the shell container 1, and the detonator tube seat hole 5 penetrates through the shell container 1 and is connected with the back of the energy-gathering cutting rope 3.

According to the invention, the flame suppressor 2 is arranged in the surrounding shell container of the energy-gathering cutting rope 3, when explosion occurs, the ions of the flame suppressor 2 diffused by detonation waves can delay the ignition time of inflammable and explosive substances, and although cutting explosion occurs, the substances released in the container or pipeline cannot be ignited by explosive products to generate secondary explosion, so that the energy-gathering cutting rope has the advantages of simple structure and convenience and quickness in use.

In some optional embodiments, the casing container 1 is a circular frame or a rectangular frame, and may be formed by splicing multiple sections, for example, a circular frame is formed by splicing two semicircular casings, or a rectangular frame is formed by splicing multiple strip-shaped sections.

In some alternative embodiments, the pre-groove is provided on the inside of the housing container 1, such as on the inside of a circular frame, or on the inside of a rectangular frame.

In some optional embodiments, the shell of the energy-concentrating cutting rope 3 is made of metal, and the core of the energy-concentrating cutting rope 3 is an elementary high explosive. The metal is silver alloy, red copper alloy, lead-antimony alloy or aluminum alloy and the like. The single-substance high explosive is made of hexogen or octogen and the like.

In some alternative embodiments, the flame suppressor 2 may be a powder material or a mixture of two or more powder materials.

In some alternative embodiments, the material of the guard plate 4 is a metal material or a non-metal material.

The invention can be realized by adopting the following process, when the shell container 1 is a circular frame, two shell containers are butted and spliced in a C-shaped shell container, a powdery substance, namely a powdery flame suppressor 2, is filled in the shell container 1, a reserved groove is arranged on the plane of the C-shaped shell container, an energy-gathering cutting rope 3 which is made of flexible material is filled in the reserved groove, a layer of protective plate 4 or thin film is covered outside the notch of the reserved groove, a detonator tube seat hole 5 is arranged on the back of the energy-gathering cutting rope 3 at a proper position, and a detonator is filled in the detonator tube seat hole 5 for detonation, so that the explosive cutting target can be realized.

The using method comprises the following steps:

during cutting, an annular cutting device (or consisting of two semi-circles) designed according to the shape of a cutting target is sleeved on a container or a pipeline, or a strip-shaped cutter is assembled into a square frame shape and attached to a cutting position, an initiating detonator is installed in a detonator tube seat hole 5, the energy-gathering cutting rope 3 is detonated after the detonator is initiated, the energy-gathering cutting rope 3 diffuses a flame retardant 2 while cutting a tube body, an isolation or mixture layer is formed between combustible and explosive product ions, the dispersed flame retardant 2 can delay the ignition time of the combustible and explosive materials, and the effects that the metal container is cut open, and the combustible materials released from the cut container or pipeline are not synchronously ignited by the explosive products are achieved.
