Under some working conditions, temperature sensors such as thermocouples and thermal resistors face the condition that wiring cannot be performed, such as converter temperature measurement and temperature measurement in a narrow space. Furthermore, in chemical plants, pharmaceutical factories, and the like, temperature measurement points need to be increased, and wiring is difficult in the conventional manner. Comprehensive transformation and upgrading can consume a large amount of financial resources, material resources and manpower, and the transformation difficulty and the transformation cost can be increased undoubtedly. Therefore, upgrading and function expansion on the existing temperature sensor become the best option.

In view of this, how to provide an expandable wiring device, which can be used to modify an existing temperature sensor to meet the requirement of being used under the working condition of difficult wiring, and further can be used to modify the existing temperature sensor to perform function expansion, has become a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an extensible wiring device which can be used for improving and upgrading the existing temperature sensor, expanding functions, realizing the use of the temperature sensor under the working condition of difficult wiring and realizing the wireless transmission of temperature data. The invention further discloses a corresponding expansion method and a wireless temperature sensor.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

an expandable wiring device is characterized by comprising a wiring box cover, wherein a temperature transmission module and a wireless transmission module in signal connection with the temperature transmission module are arranged in the wiring box cover, a communication card is arranged on the wireless transmission module, and an inner threaded hole in threaded connection with a temperature sensor wiring box body is arranged on the wiring box cover; the temperature transmitter is characterized by further comprising a battery box for supplying power to the temperature transmitting module and the wireless transmitting module, and an external threaded column in threaded connection with an electrical interface on the temperature sensor junction box is arranged on the battery box.
