Specifically, comparing fig. 7 and 5, the positions of the leg elastic members 5 are structurally changed.

Example four

The structure is another side leakage-proof absorption article structure, and the technical scheme adopts a structure that the leakage-proof separation edge 4 and the coating layer 6 are integrally formed; the integral molding here means that the covering layer 6 and the leakage-proof separating edge 4 are the same whole, that is, referring to fig. 7, the hydrophobic layer 6a on the covering layer and the leakage-proof separating edge 4 are the same part, and the hydrophilic layer 6b and the separating edge absorption core layer 64 are added on the rising part of the leakage-proof separating edge 4, and at this time, the leg-surrounding elastic expansion part 5 originally arranged between the leakage-proof separating edge 4 and the liquid-tight bottom layer 2 is arranged between the folding part 63 and the liquid-tight bottom layer 2;

the following is a corresponding application process using this structure.

b. conveying two hydrophobic non-woven fabrics I in the same direction above two transverse sides of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, applying a side separating rubber band 41 on one transverse side end of the hydrophilic non-woven fabric I, folding the side end part by a folding mechanism to wrap the side separating rubber band 41, and bonding;

c. folding the part of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric outside the hydrophilic non-woven fabric downwards and inwards by a folding mechanism, contacting and bonding the part of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric with the lower bonding point I, and bonding the transverse middle part of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric I with the upper bonding point I to obtain the liquid-permeable surface layer 1;

in the fourth step, the first two hydrophobic nonwoven fabrics are partially bonded to the liquid-impermeable back sheet 2 to form a base end portion 4a bonded to the liquid-impermeable back sheet and a free portion 4b which is not bonded.

Specifically, the first step further includes:

d, gluing the middle parts of the lower end surfaces of the two hydrophobic non-woven fabrics to form a second adhesive point;

e. a second hydrophilic non-woven fabric is arranged below the second bonding point, and SAP is applied to the upper surface of the second hydrophilic non-woven fabric to form a separation edge absorption core layer 64;

f. and e, bonding and molding the product obtained in the step e and the bonding point II.

In this embodiment, in the step e, the SAPs on the barrier absorbent core layer 64 are arranged at intervals along the transverse direction of the second hydrophilic nonwoven fabric.

And a leg elastic expansion member 5 is provided in the proximal end portion 4 a.

Different from the previous implementation process, the method simplifies the product structure, reduces the material investment and production steps, reduces the production difficulty, and can improve the production efficiency.
