The outer surfaces of the first fixing lever 39, the restoring lever 40 and the second fixing lever 41 are fixedly connected with a partition plate, the structural shape of the partition plate is a circular structure, and the radius of the partition plate is larger than the radius of the spring 21 arranged on the first fixing lever 39, the restoring lever 40 and the second fixing lever 41, so that the transmission gear 36 can be stably meshed with the main gear 29 and the first or second slave gear 28 or 30 when the first fixing lever 39 or the second fixing lever 41 is clamped.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, water is injected into the water inlet 14, the baffle 10 is opened when the device is needed, the water pump 15 is directly started to discharge water along the first water delivery pipe 7 and the second water delivery pipe 8, and eyes are placed above the protective shell 9, so that the eyes can be cleaned;

when the movement is needed, the first fixing rod 39 is pressed, so that the first fixing rod 39 starts to move to one side of the motor 24, the clamping block on the first fixing rod 39 starts to slowly push the clamping device 37 in the movement process of the first fixing rod 39, the clamping block on the first fixing rod 39 can be clamped on the first clamping groove 372 by continuously pressing the first fixing rod 39, and the transmission gear 36 at the top end of the first fixing rod 39 is meshed with the second slave gear 30 and the master gear 29;

then starting the motor 24 to enable the main gear 29 to be meshed with the transmission gear 36, enabling the second screw rod 31 to start rotating under the meshing of the transmission gear 36 and the second driven gear 30, enabling the second moving block 32 to start sliding on the second screw rod 31, enabling the second transmission rod 33 to rotate on the connector 34, enabling the second transmission rod 33 to jack up the device, enabling the pulley 35 to start contacting with the ground, enabling the device to move, and enabling the stabilizing pad 11 to contact with the ground by reversing the motor 24 after the movement is completed so as to keep the device stable;

during use, the second fixing rod 41 can be pressed to move the second fixing rod 41 to one side of the motor 24, the engaging block on the second fixing rod 41 starts to push the engaging device 37 slowly during the movement of the second fixing rod 41, so that the first fixing rod 39 is ejected under the elastic force of the spring 21, and then the second fixing rod 41 is continuously pressed to engage the engaging block on the second fixing rod 41 on the second engaging groove 374, so that the transmission gear 36 at the top end of the second fixing rod 41 is engaged with the first slave gear 28 and the master gear 29;

starting the motor 24, under the meshing connection of the main gear 29 and the transmission gear 36 and the meshing connection of the transmission gear 36 and the first slave gear 28, starting to rotate the first screw rod 25, so that the first moving block 26 starts to slide on the first screw rod 25, and the first transmission rod 27 starts to slide on the first moving block 26 during the movement of the first moving block 26, so that the vertical height of the first moving block 26 can be changed, and the height of the cleaning device can be adjusted;

finally, the reset rod 40 can be pressed, so that the engaging block on the reset rod 40 can push the reset groove 373, and the first fixing rod 39 or the second fixing rod 41 can be disengaged from the first engaging groove 372 or the second engaging groove 374 under the elastic force of the spring 21;

when cleaning and disinfection are needed, the pressing device 18 is pressed, so that the pressing device 18 starts to move towards the center of the protective shell 9, the first connecting rod 17 starts to rotate around the fixed block 16 while moving on the outer surface of the pressing device 18, so that the tail end of the first connecting rod 17 starts to push the second connecting rod 19, so that the second connecting rod 19 pulls the fixture block 20 to move towards the two sides of the protective shell 9, and then the protective shell 9 is taken down from the top end of the second water pipe 8, so that the protective shell 9 which can be cleaned by the second water pipe 8 can be cleaned.
