Disclosure of Invention

thirdly, pumping water in the disinfection water tank to a lower spray head and a bottom spray pipe through a main pipeline, and spraying and disinfecting towards the bottom, two sides and the top of the vehicle respectively to realize automatic spraying and disinfecting of the vehicle entering a disinfection channel;

Further: the outer peripheral surfaces of the main pipeline 10 and the branch pipelines 11 are provided with heat insulation layers.

From the above description, through set up the heat preservation at the outer peripheral face of main pipeline 10 and branch pipeline 11, keep warm to the antiseptic solution in the pipeline, avoid influencing the normal transportation and the spraying of antiseptic solution because of weather is too cold or too hot, play and guarantee to spray mechanism 4 and bottom shower 5 and can normally use under different environment all the time.

A method for automatically disinfecting vehicles for large doors in a factory area comprises the following steps of;

firstly, detecting the vehicle through a metal detection device to preliminarily judge whether the vehicle passes through, and continuously sending a detected metal signal to a control cabinet by the metal detection device until the front end of the vehicle drives to the front of an upright column close to a gate; in the process, the spraying mechanism and the spraying pipe are both in a closed state;

secondly, when the front end of the vehicle runs to a photoelectric switch of an upright column close to a gate, because the distance between the photoelectric switch and a metal detection device is [1.8,2] m, when the control cabinet receives a metal detection signal and also receives a vehicle passing signal detected by the photoelectric switch, the control cabinet controls a main electromagnetic valve to be opened, and the automatic opening of a spraying mechanism and a bottom spraying pipe is realized;

thirdly, pumping water in the disinfection water tank to a lower spray head and a bottom spray pipe through a main pipeline, and spraying and disinfecting towards the bottom, two sides and the top of the vehicle respectively to realize automatic spraying and disinfecting of the vehicle entering a disinfection channel;

and step four, when the height of the vehicle entering the disinfection channel reaches the detection range of the infrared sensor, the infrared sensor sends a detected infrared signal to the control cabinet, the control cabinet controls the lower spray head and the bottom spray pipe to spray, meanwhile, the control cabinet controls the opening of the branch electromagnetic valves on the branch pipelines due to the infrared signal, so that part of water in the disinfection water tank is sucked to the upper spray head through the main pipeline and the branch pipelines in sequence, the top of the vehicle is sprayed and disinfected through the upper spray head, and the waste of disinfectant caused by the full opening of the spray head is avoided.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention is:

an automatic vehicle disinfection device and method for a factory gate is disclosed, as shown in figure 1, comprising a disinfection channel 1, a disinfection water tank 2 and a control cabinet 3; spraying mechanisms 4 are arranged on two sides of the disinfection channel 1, a bottom spraying pipe 5 is arranged between the spraying mechanisms 4, and a metal detection device 6 is arranged at the inlet of the disinfection channel 1;

as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the spraying mechanism 4 comprises a plurality of groups of upright posts 7, upper spray heads 8 and lower spray heads 9, the lower spray heads 9 are connected to the lower ends and the middle parts of the upright posts 7, and the upper spray heads 8 are connected to the upper ends of the upright posts 7; an infrared sensor 14 is arranged between the upper spray head 8 and the lower spray head 9; the middle part of one upright post 7 close to the gate is connected with a photoelectric switch 15, and the distance between the photoelectric switch 15 and the metal detection device 6 is 1.8,2 m.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sterilizing water tank 2 is connected with a main pipeline 10 communicating the lower nozzle 9 and the shower pipe, and the main pipeline 10 is connected with a main electromagnetic valve 12; the main electromagnetic valve 12 is connected with a time relay 16, and the time relay 16 is electrically connected with the control cabinet 3; a branch pipeline 11 is communicated between the main pipeline 10 and the upper spray head 8, and the branch pipeline 11 is connected with a branch electromagnetic valve 13; the infrared sensor 14 and the distribution electromagnetic valve 13 are respectively and electrically connected with the input end and the output end of the control cabinet 3; the metal detection device 6 and the photoelectric switch 15 are electrically connected with the input end of the control cabinet 3, and the main electromagnetic valve 12 is electrically connected with the output end of the control cabinet 3.

As shown in fig. 1, three groups of metal detection devices 6 are arranged, and the three groups of metal detection devices 6 are uniformly distributed along the width direction of the disinfection channel 1; the distance between the first group of metal detection devices 6 and the third group of metal detection devices 6 on two adjacent sides is less than or equal to 1.6 m.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, three sets of upright posts 7 on the same side are arranged along the length direction of the disinfection channel 1, two sets of upper spray heads 8 and two sets of lower spray heads 9 are arranged on the same side, the upright post 7 close to the gate is a first set, the upright post 7 in the middle is a second set, the upright post 7 far away from the gate is a third set, the two sets of upper spray heads 8 are respectively connected to the upper ends of the first set and the second set of upright posts 7, and the two sets of lower spray heads 9 are respectively connected to the lower ends and the middle parts of the first set and the;

as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a groove 17 for placing the bottom spray pipe 5 is formed at the bottom end of the disinfection channel 1, a water guide table 18 with a trapezoidal cross section is arranged at the bottom of the groove 17, and drain pipes 19 are arranged on two sides of the bottom end of the water guide table 18; the outer peripheral surfaces of the main pipe 10 and the branch pipes 11 are provided with insulating layers (not shown in the drawings, as they are).

In conclusion, compared with the prior art, the invention avoids the situation that people are mistakenly sprayed and reduces the waste of disinfectant, and has the advantages of high disinfection efficiency and cost saving; through the metal detection device 6, the photoelectric switch 15 and the control cabinet 3, and because the distance between the photoelectric switch 15 and the metal detection device 6 is [1.8,2] m, when a vehicle drives from a gate to the position where the front end of the vehicle is located in the detection range of the photoelectric switch 15, the rear vehicle body of the vehicle is still in the detection range of the metal detection device 6, at the moment, the control cabinet 3 controls the main electromagnetic valve 12 to be opened, and the effect of jointly triggering the spraying mechanism 4 and the bottom spraying pipe 5 to be started is realized; the condition that people are sprayed by mistake due to passing is prevented, and the effects of improving the whole disinfection efficiency and saving the cost are achieved; the control cabinet 3, the bottom spray pipe 5, the main electromagnetic valve 12, the main pipeline 10, the lower spray head 9 and the disinfection water tank 2 are used for automatically and respectively spraying and disinfecting the bottom, two sides and the top of the vehicle, so that the overall disinfection efficiency is further improved; through the branch pipeline 11, the upper spray head 8, the branch electromagnetic valve 13, the control cabinet 3 and the infrared sensor 14, the higher vehicle disinfection efficiency is ensured, and meanwhile, when a shorter vehicle is disinfected, only the lower spray head 9 is opened for spraying disinfection, so that the disinfectant waste is avoided, and the effect of further saving the cost is achieved; because the metal signal that switch board 3 must detect earlier, and detect the metal signal and need last to detect that there is the vehicle signal to trigger main solenoid valve 12 and open by photoelectric switch 15, when the vehicle is gone out the gate from disinfection passageway 1, because switch board 3 detects photoelectric switch 15 earlier, consequently, spray mechanism 4 and shower do not start, play the effect of further saving cost.
