When two legs are needed to be coordinately trained, the two sets of tooth rows 502 are inserted into the pin holes 503 through the connecting lock pins 310 to be fixed, at the moment, the two sets of pedals 301 have the balance characteristic, the synchronizing gears 403 are meshed with the two sets of tooth rows 502, the right foot is inevitably lifted when the left foot is lowered, and convenience is provided for the coordinative training of track and field projects.

When the pedal 301 is stepped on, the interlocking pin 310 drives the gear row 502 to move, the gear row 502 drives the synchronous gear 403 to rotate, the synchronous gear 403 can drive the linkage gear 404 to rotate through the linkage shaft 402 no matter in the forward rotation or reverse rotation process, the linkage gear 404 drives the inner ratchet gear 12 to rotate, the inner ratchet gear 12 drives the driven shaft 11 to rotate respectively, the driven shaft 11 drives the transmission shaft 13 to rotate through the bevel gear, the transmission shaft 13 drives the torque shaft 14 to rotate through the bevel gear, the torque shaft 14 drives the fan 8 to rotate through the bevel gear to generate wind power, and therefore cooling and heat dissipation are achieved for trainees.
