Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the suction mechanism 15 includes a main box 1501, a suction pipe 1502 is fixedly connected inside the main box 1501, a suction frame 1503 is fixedly connected to the other end of the suction pipe 1502, the suction frame 1503 is directly placed on the ground and can move freely within the length range of the suction pipe 1502, the main box 1501 includes an outer box 1504, a separation plate 1505 is fixedly connected to the middle inside of the outer box 1504, a suction fan 1506 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the separation plate 1505, the left end of the suction fan 1506 is fixedly connected to the suction pipe 1502, the other end of the suction pipe 1502 extends out of the outer box 1504 and is fixedly connected to the suction frame 1503, a scrap drawer 1507 is movably connected to the lower inside of the outer box 1504, an air outlet 1508 is formed in the lower side of the right end of the outer box 1504, a blocking net 1509 is fixedly connected to the inside of the air outlet 1508, a discharge pipe 1510 is fixedly connected to the right end of the suction fan, the other end of the material discharging pipe 1510 penetrates through the partition plate 1505 and is fixedly connected with the inner side of the partition plate 1505, the suction rack 1503 comprises a leg rack 1511, the upper end of the leg rack 1511 is fixedly connected with a connecting block 1512, the upper end of the connecting block 1512 is fixedly connected with a material collecting box 1513, and the right end of the material collecting box 1513 is fixedly connected with a suction hopper 1514.

Referring to fig. 1-9, in use, the transmission mechanism 2 of the device is placed under the blanking area of the blow molding machine, the oil tank 307 in the placement mechanism 3 injects viscous oil into the interior of the drip box 309 through the first flow hole 317 and the pipe connector 318 through the supply pipe 308, and then drops through the drip pipe 310 onto the coating mechanism 311 at the lower left in the box 301, the oil drops onto the soft bristles 325 fixed by the fixing blocks 324 on the placement block 323, then due to the difference in height, the viscous oil is brushed onto the conveyor belt 202 by the soft bristles 325, the conveyor belt 202 is driven by the transmission shaft 201, when the viscous oil falls onto the lower half of the conveyor belt 202, the blanking area falls onto the conveyor belt 202, the waste material and the oil are scraped by the scraper 7 and fall into the collection tank 6 through the collection hopper 6, the oil is filtered by the filtrate net 13 to the lower part of the collection tank 5, and the waste material is collected in the waste collection tank 12, the waste can be disposed of or recovered by drawing out the waste collection drawer 12, the oil liquid filtered out by the drawing tube 4 from the lower part of the collection box 5 is drawn out by the liquid pump 305 and discharged from the second flow hole 319 into the oil liquid tank 307 through the liquid outlet tube 306 in the fixing hole 14 to be reused, the oil liquid tank 307 can be removed from the cartridge 312 by pulling out the liquid outlet tube 306 and the supply tube 308 from the tube connector 318, the tank cover 315 can be removed from the lower tank 313 and the oil liquid tank 307 can be cleaned by screwing the internal thread groove 314 and the external thread tube 316, the longitudinal partition 303 can longitudinally partition the tank 301, the transverse partition 304 can house the oil liquid tank 307, and the support frame 203 supports the strength of the conveyor 202 and can prevent the conveyor 202 from failing to have a good scraping effect due to its elasticity when the scraper 7 hangs the oil liquid and waste, while the frame 1 and the legs 8 and the crossbars 9 support the whole structure, the suction mechanism 15 at the front end of the frame 1 sucks small debris which is easily blown off due to air circulation in the environment through a suction fan 1506 inside an outer box 1504 of a main box 1501 by a suction rack 1503 connected with a suction pipe 1502, the debris is sucked inside the suction fan 1506 and output to a debris drawer 1507 below a separation plate 1505 through a discharge pipe 1510, air is discharged through an air outlet 1508, a barrier net 1509 prevents the debris from leaking, the suction process is that the debris is sucked into the outer box 1504 through a suction hopper 1514 by the suction of the suction fan 1506 and then enters the suction pipe 1502, and the leg rack 1511 and the connecting block 1512 fix the position of the suction rack 1503 and can conveniently move the suction rack 1503 to be right below a loading area.
