The working principle is as follows: when the child cart is pushed to bump a road section, the first spring 27 and the second spring 31 in the buffer component 7 are compressed and deformed to play a certain buffer role, meanwhile, the second connecting block 23 slides on the second guide rod 30, drives the first rack 33 to move up and down, drives the first sliding rod 39 to move through the first gear 37, thereby driving the first sliding post 43 to slide in the second sliding slot 42, driving the fifth fixing block 41 to move, further driving the cradle 1 to rotate, in the flat road section, the fifth link 51 slides in the third slide groove 47 by the rotation of the second rear wheel 5, thereby driving the gear device 52 to make the cradle 1 sway, when the flat road section does not need to sway, the adjusting device 58 slides the L-shaped slide block 60 to make the second slide bar 54 slide in the slide hole 48, thereby driving the second gear 55 to move, releasing the meshing state of the gear device 52 and realizing that the cradle 1 does not shake on the flat road section.
