The construction elevator can be used, according to the terrain of a building construction area, the transverse guide rail 1 can be laid in a proper mode (such as slag piling and pile driving), in the process, the transverse guide rail 1 can be leveled through the rail leveling mechanism 10, then the flat plate 3 is supported and installed on the transverse guide rail 1 through the transverse traveling mechanism, the underframe 2 is detachably fixed (fixed through a plurality of bolts) on the flat plate car 3, then a layer of combined type support is built on the underframe 2, meanwhile, the unit longitudinal guide rail 13, the hanging basket 4, the hanging bracket 8, the falling protector 14, the electric hoist 5 and the like are assembled according to the assembly structure, then the construction elevator can be used, and more combined type supports can be assembled on the basis of the combined type support at the lowest layer in an overlapping mode according to the assembly mode along with the increase of construction height.

In the invention, the hanging basket 4 can move along the longitudinal guide rail under the driving of the electric hoist 5, so the hanging basket 4 can be used for carrying constructors, building materials, accessories and the like to operate at different height positions.

When the vertical frame is built, the hanging basket 4 plays a vital role, and in contrast with the prior art (the vertical frame assembly materials need to be conveyed upwards completely by manual conveying, which is very dangerous and troublesome to operate), the invention conveys the vertical frame assembly materials upwards through the hanging basket 4, and a constructor can stand in the hanging basket 4 to operate the electric hoist 5, when the hanging basket 4 reaches a height which is suitable for the erection operation, the continuous upward movement can be stopped, after the construction elevator has a higher lapping position of the hanger 8, the hanging basket 4 is supported on the combined type vertical frame 11 by using the height keeping mechanism, the hoist hook 7 is separated from the transverse limiting sliding assembly 16, then the hanger 8 is supported at the current higher lapping position of the hanger 8 and fixed, then the hoist hook 7 is hung on the transverse limiting sliding assembly 16 again, and the construction of the vertical frame can be completed according to the operation mode.

According to the height of buildding of grudging post, can evenly place the counter weight of suitable weight in the counter weight placing area of flatbed, reduce overall structure's focus then, ensure holistic structural stability.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the cross rails include tie members arranged in a width direction and rail members fixed to the tie members and arranged in a length direction, and the flat car supports the rail members mounted to the cross rails by the cross traveling mechanism; each sleeper is close to the position at both ends and has all set up a track leveling mechanism 10, track leveling mechanism 10 includes nut 103, supporting screw 102 and chassis 101, the sleeper has seted up the through-hole that runs through the top and bottom, the nut is fixed in this through-hole coaxially, supporting screw 102 threaded connection is in nut 103 to run through the upper and lower side of through-hole, the upper end processing of supporting screw 102 is prismatic structure, the lower extreme processing is the button head structure, chassis 101 fixed stay is in ground, and its top surface set up with button head assorted spherical groove, the lower extreme round head of supporting screw 102 supports in spherical groove.

In the embodiment, the combined type vertical frame 11 is mainly overlapped and assembled in the vertical direction to be lifted, and besides, the combined type vertical frame 11 can be spliced and extended in the front, rear, left and right directions of the built combined type vertical frame 11, namely, the base frame of the whole elevator is thickened, so that the built elevator can be built higher.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the top view structure of the combined vertical frame 11 is a horizontally placed door shape, which includes four upright columns, the upright columns of two adjacent combined vertical frames 11 are correspondingly inserted one by one, and the reinforcement is assisted by the upright column butt joint reinforcing bolts 19; the upright post of each combined upright frame 11 is correspondingly connected with a unit longitudinal guide rail 13 through a longitudinal guide rail mounting bolt 17, and the unit longitudinal guide rails 13 form four integral longitudinal guide rails after seamless butt joint.

In this embodiment, the stand is rectangular section bar, and between the adjacent upper and lower stand, the processing of upper stand has small-size rectangle section to peg graft corresponding lower stand.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the modular stand 11 further comprises a cross brace 6, the cross brace 6 being secured to the upright of the modular stand 11 by a cross brace mounting bolt 18.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the hanger 8 is a horizontally placed portal structure, and the reinforcing rods 9 are welded to two inner corners, and the hanger 8 is clamped between the front and rear unit longitudinal rails 13 of the uppermost combined type upright frame 11, and supports the left and right cross beams clamped to the uppermost combined type upright frame 11 by the portal-shaped clips 26.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the door-type clip 26 is equipped with a clip lock bolt 27, and a frame-type structure enclosed by the clip lock bolt 27 and the door-type clip 26 penetrates the cross member of the uppermost modular riser 11.

When the hanger 8 needs to be separated from the cross beam, the clip locking bolt 27 can be taken down firstly, then the hanger 8 is jacked upwards, and the hanger can be separated from the cross beam.

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the cross section of the unit longitudinal rail 13 is a door-shaped structure, the longitudinal traveling mechanism 12 includes a traveling frame 32, a back traveling wheel 29, an outer traveling wheel 30 and an inner traveling wheel 21, the traveling frame 32 is welded to the basket 4, the back traveling wheel 29, the outer traveling wheel 30 and the inner traveling wheel 21 are all mounted on the traveling frame 32, the inner side and the outer side of one side portion of the unit longitudinal rail 13 are in contact with the wheel surface of the inner traveling wheel 21 and the wheel surface of the outer traveling wheel 30, respectively, and the back side of the unit longitudinal rail 13 is in contact with the wheel surface of the back traveling wheel 29.

When the gondola 4 moves up and down along the longitudinal guide rail by the longitudinal traveling mechanism 12, the back traveling wheels 29 move up and down along the back side of the longitudinal guide rail, the outer traveling wheels 30 move up and down along the outer side of the longitudinal guide rail, and the inner traveling wheels 21 move up and down along the inner side of the longitudinal guide rail.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the walking frame 32 is welded with the reinforcing bars 28.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the height maintaining mechanism comprises two threaded hooking adjusting components and a plurality of hanging plate groups; the hanging plate groups are correspondingly arranged on the top side beams of the combined type vertical frames one by one, and the two thread hanging adjusting assemblies are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the hanging basket;

the hanging plate group comprises two hanging plates 33 provided with strip-shaped hanging grooves 34, the two hanging plates 33 are respectively welded on the left side beam and the right side beam of the combined vertical frame, and the two thread hanging adjusting assemblies respectively correspond to the hanging plates 33 on the left side and the hanging plates 33 on the right side;

the thread hanging adjusting assembly comprises a base 22, a hanging screw 21 and a handle wheel 20, the base 22 is fixed on the hanging basket, the hanging screw 21 is in threaded connection and penetrates through the left side and the right side of the base 22, the handle wheel 20 is fixed at the right end of the hanging screw 21, and the left end of the hanging screw 21 is used for being hung in a strip-shaped hanging groove 34 of a corresponding hanging plate 33.

In addition to the above embodiments, the electric hoist 5 of the present invention may be replaced by a hand block in consideration of low manufacturing and use costs, i.e., a worker may stand in the gondola 4 and operate the hand block to move the gondola 4 along the longitudinal rails.
