Technical Field

The invention relates to a water-based paint, in particular to a self-flame-retardant water-based antifouling paint, belonging to the technical field of water-based functional paints.

Background

The flame-retardant coating is a special temperature-resistant coating which is used for the surface of a flammable base material, can reduce the flammability of the surface of a coated object and retard the rapid spread of fire so as to improve the fire endurance of the coated object. Along with the rapid development of economy in recent years, the fire-fighting concept is gradually improved, the selection of fireproof building materials is particularly important besides the effective escape space planning of buildings, the existing fireproof coating can generate the phenomena of melting, dripping or cracking and peeling off and the like when being baked at high temperature, the effective fireproof capability cannot be provided, and the existing flame-retardant coating is often high in production cost and is not environment-friendly.

Compared with other synthetic polymer resins, the acrylic resin coating has many outstanding advantages, such as excellent light resistance and weather resistance, strong outdoor exposure durability, ultraviolet irradiation resistance, difficult decomposition and yellowing, and good heat resistance, but the acrylic paint has certain defects in the using process, the common acrylic resin coating has a flame retardant function, the coating has large surface tension and is easily covered by pollutants, so the original performance of the coating is lost, therefore, in order to obtain some special water-based acrylic paints, some special functional additives are required to be additionally added or modified, the storage time of the coating is easily shortened, and the functional additives easily influence the performance of the coating.

Chinese patent CN109554056A discloses a functional self-flame-retardant coating, which consists of waterborne alkyd self-flame-retardant resin, pigment and filler, auxiliary agent and deionized water; the waterborne alkyd self-flame-retardant resin is prepared by reacting drying oil, organic acid anhydride, polybasic acid, polyalcohol, octadecanol, benzoic acid, melamine derivative, acrylic monomer, dimethylolpropionic acid and a neutralizing agent; the functional self-flame-retardant coating prepared by the invention does not precipitate during storage; the leveling property of the coating film is good in the film forming process, sagging is not generated, and a flame retardant is not required to be added; the coating film has good adhesive force, fullness, durability, chemical resistance, flame retardant property and low price; widely used for surface protection and decoration of furniture, musical instruments, metal, concrete and the like. Although it has a flame retardant function, the coating has a high surface tension and is easily covered by contaminants.

Therefore, the development of the water-based antifouling flame-retardant coating without additional flame retardant and low surface tension auxiliary agent meets the requirement of social development.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems existing at present, the invention aims to provide a self-flame-retardant water-based antifouling paint.

The polyphenylene sulfide ether ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin is used as a main film forming substance, a flame retardant auxiliary agent and a low surface tension auxiliary agent are not required to be added, the flame retardant coating has good flame retardant function and high temperature resistance, the surface tension of the coating is effectively reduced, the self-cleaning capability of the coating is improved, and the coating effect is more durable.

The preparation method of the polyphenylene sulfide ether ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin comprises the following steps:

a) uniformly stirring an acrylate hard monomer, an acrylate soft monomer, a crosslinking monomer, acrylic acid, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, double-bond-containing polyphenylene sulfide ketone, glycidyl methacrylate, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 2/3 benzoyl peroxide and a 1/4 cosolvent at normal temperature according to the weight parts of the formula to obtain a mixed solution I;

b) adding the rest 3/4 cosolvent and 1/3 benzoyl peroxide into a reactor, stirring for dissolving, heating, slowly dropwise adding 1/3 mixed solution I, heating to 82-84 ℃ for reaction for 0.5h, then dropwise adding the rest mixed solution I, wherein the dropwise adding time is 3.0-4.0 h, heating to 92-94 ℃, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1.0 h;

c) cooling, adding a neutralizing agent, stirring for reaction, adding deionized water according to the formula amount, stirring for uniform dispersion, and filtering to obtain the polyphenylene sulfide ether ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin.

The polyphenylene sulfide ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin is based on the applied invention patent of 'a polyphenylene sulfide ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin and a preparation method thereof', and is described in detail.

The self-flame-retardant water-based antifouling paint prepared by the invention does not need an additional flame retardant and a low-surface-tension auxiliary agent, and polyphenylene sulfide ketone and fluorine are connected with water-based acrylic resin through chemical bonds, so that the structure is stable, and the defects of uneven dispersion, easy sedimentation and the like of the additional auxiliary agent in the paint are effectively overcome; the self-flame-retardant water-based antifouling paint prepared by the invention has the characteristics of good adhesive force, low surface tension, good flame retardant property, good corrosion resistance, strong chemical resistance, good antifouling capability and the like.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described with reference to the following examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention.

In the present invention, all parts and percentages are by weight, unless otherwise specified, and the equipment and materials used are commercially available or commonly used in the art. The methods in the following examples are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.

Example 1

A polyphenylene sulfide ether ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin X comprises the following components in parts by weight: 22.0 parts of double-bond polyphenylene sulfide ketone, 3.0 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.8 part of benzoyl peroxide, 5.0 parts of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 6.0 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 4.5 parts of acrylic acid, 40.0 parts of methyl methacrylate, 35.0 parts of butyl methacrylate, 3.0 parts of hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 28.0 parts of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 4.0 parts of triethylamine and 180.0 parts of deionized water.

The preparation method of the polyphenylene sulfide ether ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin X in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

a) uniformly stirring methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, polyphenylene sulfide ketone A containing double bonds, glycidyl methacrylate, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 2/3 benzoyl peroxide and 1/4 diethylene glycol monobutyl ether at normal temperature according to the weight parts of the formula to obtain a mixed solution I;

b) adding the rest 3/4 diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 1/3 benzoyl peroxide into a reactor, stirring for dissolving, heating, slowly dropwise adding 1/3 mixed solution I, heating to 82-84 ℃ for reaction for 0.5h, then dropwise adding the rest mixed solution I, wherein the dropwise adding time is 3.5h, heating to 92-94 ℃, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1.0 h;

c) cooling, adding triethylamine, stirring for reaction, adding deionized water according to the formula amount, stirring for uniform dispersion, and filtering to obtain the polyphenylene sulfide ether ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin. And (4) X.

The preparation method of the polyphenylene sulfide ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin Y in the embodiment comprises the following steps:

a) uniformly stirring isobornyl acrylate, lauryl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, polyphenylene sulfide ketone B containing double bonds, glycidyl methacrylate, hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, 2/3 benzoyl peroxide and 1/4 propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate at normal temperature according to the weight parts of the formula to obtain a mixed solution I;

b) adding the rest 3/4 propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 1/3 benzoyl peroxide into a reactor, stirring for dissolving, heating, slowly dropwise adding 1/3 mixed solution I, heating to 82-84 ℃ for reaction for 0.5h, then dropwise adding the rest mixed solution I, heating to 92-94 ℃ for 3.0h, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1.0 h;

c) cooling, adding triethylamine, stirring for reaction, adding deionized water according to the formula amount, stirring for uniform dispersion, and filtering to obtain the polyphenylene sulfide ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin Y.

Example 3

A self-flame-retardant water-based antifouling paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75.0 parts of polyphenylene sulfide ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin X, 0.7 part of wetting agent, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 0.7 part of flatting agent, 1.2 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 0.6 part of dispersing agent, 0.9 part of hydroxy cellulose, 2.5 parts of Mg/Al type bimetallic oxide, 15.0 parts of nano titanium dioxide powder and 20.0 parts of secondary distilled water.

Example 4

A self-flame-retardant water-based antifouling paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65.0 parts of polyphenylene sulfide ketone modified waterborne acrylic resin Y, 0.6 part of wetting agent, 0.9 part of defoaming agent, 0.8 part of flatting agent, 1.1 part of triethylamine, 1.0 part of dispersing agent, 0.9 part of hydroxy cellulose, 3.0 parts of Mg/Al type bimetallic oxide, 8.0 parts of barium sulfate, 18.0 parts of kaolin and 25.0 parts of secondary distilled water.

And (3) testing performance indexes: the above examples and conventional acrylic water-based paint (comparative example) were subjected to a performance comparison test under the same conditions, and a performance test was carried out according to the relevant standards, and the test performance specifications are shown in table 1:
