The epoxy zinc-based anticorrosive powder coating for the highway comprises the following components in parts by weight: bisphenol A epoxy resin E12480 parts, hexa-agilawood SA2830 curing agent 120 parts, hexa-agilawood SA31 curing accelerator 10 parts, flaky zinc powder 80 parts with particle size of 5-10 micrometers, 788 leveling agent 9 parts, benzoin 3 parts, 701 brightening agent 9 parts and ultrafine barium sulfate 289 parts.

Adding bisphenol A epoxy resin E12, a hexa-agilawood SA2830 curing agent, a hexa-agilawood SA31 curing accelerator, flaky zinc powder, a 788 leveling agent, benzoin, a 701 brightening agent and superfine barium sulfate into a mixer, uniformly mixing, adding into an extruder with the extrusion temperature of 90-100 ℃, melting, mixing, extruding, cooling and tabletting, crushing and sieving to obtain the highway epoxy zinc-based anticorrosive powder coating with the particle size of 35-38 mu m.

The powder coating prepared in the embodiment 1-2 is sprayed on a steel substrate to form a coating, and then the performance of the coating is tested, wherein the quality index and the testing method are shown in table 1, and the specific testing result is detailed in table 2.
