1. The multifunctional warning rope is characterized by being made of at least one first rope strand, at least one second rope strand and at least one third rope strand, wherein:

the first strand is obtained by wrapping a bright high-strength fiber strand layer on a first inner layer sandwich;

the second strand is obtained by wrapping a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer on a second inner layer sandwich, and wrapping a reflective layer outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer;

the third strand is obtained by wrapping a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer on a third inner layer sandwich, and wrapping a night light layer outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer;

the diameters of the first strand, the second strand and the third strand are different by no more than 0.2mm, and the first inner layer sandwich, the second inner layer sandwich and the third inner layer sandwich are made of non-woven fabrics or flexible foams.

2. The light-weight, high-strength, multifunctional warning cord of claim 1 further comprising at least one first strand, at least one second strand, and at least one third strand.

3. The multifunctional warning rope with light weight and high strength as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the reflective layer is obtained by winding reflective cloth threads outside the middle layer of the high-strength fiber strand wrapped on the second inner-layer sandwich.

4. The light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the noctilucent layer is obtained by winding noctilucent cloth threads outside the middle layer of the high-strength fiber strand wrapped on the third inner-layer sandwich.

The light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the bright-color high-strength fiber strand layer is formed by twisting bright-color high-strength polyolefin fiber monofilaments or bright-color high-strength polyamide fiber multifilaments.

6. The multifunctional warning rope with light weight and high strength as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the high-strength fiber strand layer is twisted from high-strength polyolefin fiber monofilament or high-strength polyamide fiber multifilament.

7. The multifunctional warning rope with light weight and high strength as claimed in claim 3, wherein the width of the reflective fabric is not less than 1.5 cm.

8. The multifunctional warning rope with light weight and high strength as claimed in claim 4, wherein the width of the noctilucent cloth thread is not less than 1.5 cm.

The light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the first strand, the thickness of the bright high-strength fiber layer is not more than 45% of the diameter of the first strand, and the diameter of the first inner layer sandwich is not less than 50% of the diameter of the first strand; in the second strand, the thickness of the high-strength fiber layer is not more than 45% of the diameter of the second strand, and the diameter of the second inner layer sandwich is not less than 50% of the diameter of the second strand; in the third strand, the thickness of the high-strength fiber layer is not more than 45% of the diameter of the third strand, and the diameter of the third inner layer core is not less than 50% of the diameter of the third strand.

10. The manufacturing method of the light-weight high-strength warning rope is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) twisting the bright high-strength fibers with certain fineness, strength and color to form bright high-strength fiber compound yarns;

(2) the high-strength fiber with certain fineness, strength and color is twisted to form a high-strength fiber folded yarn;

(3) taking a set number of first inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of bright high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the first inner-layer sandwich cores to make first strand yarns;

(4) taking a set number of second inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the second inner-layer sandwich cores to make second strand yarns;

(5) taking a set number of third inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the third inner-layer sandwich cores to make third strand yarns;

(6) placing the reflective fabric yarn with a set width on the second rope strand;

(7) placing a noctilucent cloth silk with a set width on the third rope strand;

(8) and twisting the distributed first strand, second strand and third strand to form a light high-strength multifunctional warning rope.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of fiber ropes, particularly relates to a functional fiber rope, and particularly relates to a light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

The product of warning on the existing market is warning area, warning subsides or ordinary fag end usually, and warning area or warning subsides function singleness, and intensity is relatively poor moreover, and ordinary fag end warning effect is not obvious, and quality heavy intensity is poor. the third strand is obtained by wrapping a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer on a third inner layer sandwich and wrapping a night light layer outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer;

the diameter difference among the first strand, the second strand and the third strand is not more than 0.2mm, and the first inner layer sandwich, the second inner layer sandwich and the third inner layer sandwich are made of non-woven fabrics or flexible foams.

Further, some embodiments disclose a lightweight, high-strength multifunctional warning rope, which is formed by twisting at least one first strand, at least one second strand and at least one third strand.

In some embodiments, the light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope is obtained by winding reflective cloth threads outside a middle layer of a high-strength fiber strand wrapped on a second inner-layer sandwich.

In some embodiments, the light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope is obtained by winding noctilucent cloth threads outside a middle layer of a high-strength fiber strand wrapped on a third inner-layer sandwich.

In some embodiments, the bright high-strength fiber rope strand layer is formed by twisting bright high-strength polyolefin fiber monofilaments or bright high-strength polyamide fiber multifilaments.

Some embodiments disclose a light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope, wherein the high-strength fiber rope strand layer is formed by twisting high-strength polyolefin fiber monofilaments or high-strength polyamide fiber multifilaments.

Some embodiments disclose a lightweight, high strength multifunctional warning rope formed by twisting a first strand, a second strand, and a third strand.

Some embodiments disclose a light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope, wherein the number of the first strand, the second strand and the third strand is equal.

Some embodiments disclose a light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope, the width of the reflective cloth thread is not less than 1.5 cm.

In another aspect, some embodiments disclose a method of making a high tensile warning rope, comprising:

(1) twisting the bright high-strength fibers with certain fineness, strength and color to form bright high-strength fiber compound yarns;

(2) the high-strength fiber with certain fineness, strength and color is twisted to form a high-strength fiber folded yarn;

(3) taking a set number of first inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of bright high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the first inner-layer sandwich cores to make first strand yarns;

(4) taking a set number of second inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the second inner-layer sandwich cores to make second strand yarns;

(5) taking a set number of third inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the third inner-layer sandwich cores to make third strand yarns;

(6) placing the reflective fabric yarn with a set width on the second rope strand;

(7) placing a noctilucent cloth silk with a set width on the third rope strand;

(8) and twisting the distributed first strand, second strand and third strand to form a light high-strength multifunctional warning rope.

The light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope disclosed by the embodiment of the application utilizes the stranding characteristic of a plurality of ropes, combines multiple functions of reflection of light, noctilucence, warning and the like in the same rope, can play a warning role in different scenes such as daytime, night and direct light, and can play the roles of bundling, intercepting, stretching and the like as the rope. In addition, the non-woven fabrics or the cotton inlayer of flexible bubble core in the multi-functional warning rope that matter is light, excels in has reduced its linear density, and convenient to use is nimble, uses high strength fiber as the support simultaneously, can improve the breaking strength of multi-functional warning rope, can promote its wearability again, is showing improvement its security and life. Therefore, the light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope can meet the warning function of various complex operation places such as rescue, detection and construction fences, can improve the use strength and meet the workload required by different operation places.

Typically the number of first strands may be one or more, e.g. 2, 3, 4, 5 etc., the number of second strands may be one or more, e.g. 2, 3, 4, 5 etc., and the number of third strands may be one or more, e.g. 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.

The first strand is a composite strand and includes a first inner layer core disposed in the middle, the first inner layer core is made of non-woven fabric or flexible foam material, the first inner layer core is wrapped with a bright high-strength fiber layer, the bright high-strength fiber layer is usually made of bright high-strength fiber, for example, a plurality of bright high-strength fibers are twisted to obtain a bright high-strength fiber strand, and then the plurality of bright high-strength fiber strands are wrapped around the first inner layer core to obtain the bright high-strength fiber strand layer. The first inner-layer sandwich made of the non-woven fabric or the flexible foam material is low in density and has certain elasticity in the radial direction, the first strand can be well supported to keep the shape of the first strand, the bright high-strength fiber layer has striking colors such as yellow and red, a good warning effect is achieved, meanwhile, the first inner-layer sandwich has proper strength, and the first strand is guaranteed to have proper strength. As an alternative embodiment, the thickness of the layer of bright high strength fibers is no more than 45% of the diameter of the first strand. As an alternative, the diameter of the first inner core is not less than 50% of the diameter of the first strands.

The second strand is a composite strand and comprises a second inner-layer sandwich arranged in the middle, the second inner-layer sandwich is made of non-woven fabrics or flexible foam materials, a high-strength fiber strand middle layer is wrapped on the second inner-layer sandwich, the high-strength fiber strand middle layer is usually made of high-strength fibers, for example, a plurality of high-strength fibers are twisted to obtain the high-strength fiber strand, and then the plurality of high-strength fiber strands are wrapped on the second inner-layer sandwich to obtain the high-strength fiber strand middle layer; the outer side of the middle layer of the high-strength fiber rope strands is wrapped with a reflective layer. The second inner-layer sandwich made of non-woven fabrics or flexible foam materials is low in density and has certain elasticity in the radial direction, the second strand can be well supported to keep the shape of the second strand, the high-strength fiber layer has proper strength, the first strand is guaranteed to have proper strength, the light irradiated on the second strand can be effectively reflected by the light reflecting layer, and the visual effect is enhanced. In an alternative embodiment, the high strength fiber layer has a thickness of no more than 45% of the second strand diameter. In an alternative embodiment, the diameter of the second inner core is not less than 50% of the diameter of the second strands.

Usually, the third strand is a composite strand, which includes a third inner layer sandwich disposed in the middle, the third inner layer sandwich is made of non-woven fabric or flexible foam material, the third inner layer sandwich is wrapped with a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer, the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer is usually made of high-strength fibers, for example, a plurality of high-strength fibers are twisted to obtain a high-strength fiber strand, and then the plurality of high-strength fiber strands are wrapped around the third inner layer sandwich to obtain the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer; and a noctilucent layer is wrapped outside the middle layer of the high-strength fiber strand. The second inner-layer sandwich made of the non-woven fabric or the flexible foam material is low in density and has certain elasticity in the radial direction, the second strand can be well supported to keep the shape of the second strand, the high-strength fiber layer has proper strength, the first strand is ensured to have proper strength, the noctilucent layer can effectively reflect light irradiated on the second strand at night or in an environment with low visibility, and the visual effect of the third strand at night or in an environment with low visibility is enhanced. In an alternative embodiment, the high strength fiber layer has a thickness of no more than 45% of the third strand diameter. In an alternative embodiment, the diameter of the third inner core is not less than 50% of the diameter of the third strands.

As an alternative embodiment, the light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope is formed by twisting at least one first strand, at least one second strand and at least one third strand. Typically the first, second and third strands may be twisted to make a twisted rope.

As an alternative embodiment, the reflecting layer is obtained by winding reflecting cloth threads outside the middle layer of the high-strength fiber strand wrapped on the second inner-layer sandwich. The width of the reflective cloth thread can be determined according to the diameter of the multifunctional warning rope, and as an optional embodiment, the width of the reflective cloth thread is not less than 1.5cm, and the reflective cloth thread reflects light on two sides.

As an alternative embodiment, the noctilucent layer is obtained by winding noctilucent cloth threads outside the middle layer of the high-strength fiber strand wrapped on the third inner-layer sandwich. The width of the noctilucent cloth wire can be determined according to the diameter of the multifunctional warning rope, and as an optional implementation mode, the width of the noctilucent cloth wire is not less than 1.5cm, and double-sided noctilucence is achieved.

As an alternative embodiment, the bright-color high-strength fiber strand layer is formed by twisting bright-color high-strength polyolefin fiber monofilaments or bright-color high-strength polyamide fiber multifilaments.

As an alternative embodiment, the high-strength fiber strand layer is formed by twisting high-strength polyolefin fiber monofilaments or high-strength polyamide fiber multifilaments.

As an alternative embodiment, the warning rope is formed by twisting a first strand, a second strand and a third strand to form the multifunctional three-strand warning rope.

As an alternative, the number of first, second and third strands is equal.

As an alternative embodiment, the difference in strength between the bright, high-strength fiber strands and the high-strength fiber strands is not more than 20%.

As an optional implementation mode, the light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope is manufactured by the following method:

(1) twisting the bright high-strength fibers with certain fineness, strength and color to form bright high-strength fiber compound yarns;

(2) the high-strength fiber with certain fineness, strength and color is twisted to form a high-strength fiber folded yarn;

(3) taking a set number of first inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of bright high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the first inner-layer sandwich cores to make first strand yarns;

(4) taking a set number of second inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the second inner-layer sandwich cores to make second strand yarns;

(5) taking a set number of third inner-layer sandwich cores from a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing a set number of high-strength fiber strand yarns outside the third inner-layer sandwich cores to make third strand yarns;

(6) placing the reflective fabric yarn with a set width on the second rope strand;

(7) placing a noctilucent cloth silk with a set width on the third rope strand;

(8) and twisting the distributed first strand, second strand and third strand to form a light high-strength multifunctional warning rope.

The manufacturing method disclosed in this embodiment can be changed and combined in the steps, unless necessary, to improve the manufacturing efficiency and save the process steps. For example, if the second inner core and the third inner core are the same, the steps of making the second strand and making the third strand may be combined into the same step.

The technical details are further illustrated in the following examples.

Example 1

Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of a light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope disclosed in embodiment 1.

In example 1, a light-weight, high-strength, multifunctional warning rope was formed by twisting a first strand 1, a second strand 2, and a third strand 3; the first strand 1 is obtained by wrapping a bright high-strength fiber strand layer on a first inner layer sandwich, the second strand 2 is obtained by wrapping a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer on a second inner layer sandwich, a reflective layer is wrapped outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer, the third strand 3 is obtained by wrapping a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer on a third inner layer sandwich, and a night light layer is wrapped outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer, the diameters of the first strand 1, the second strand 2 and the third strand 3 are equal, and the first inner layer sandwich, the second inner layer sandwich and the third inner layer sandwich are the same and are made of flexible foam.

Example 2

Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a lightweight high-strength multifunctional warning rope disclosed in embodiment 2.

The light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope disclosed in embodiment 2 is formed by twisting a first rope strand 1, a second rope strand 2 and a third rope strand 3; the first rope strand 1 is obtained by wrapping a bright-color high-strength fiber rope strand layer 11 on a first inner layer sandwich 11, and the bright-color high-strength fiber rope 11 is formed by twisting a plurality of bright-color high-strength fibers; a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer 22 formed by twisting high-strength fibers is wrapped on a second inner layer sandwich 21 of the second strand 2, a reflective layer 23 is wrapped outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer 22, a high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer 32 formed by twisting high-strength fibers is wrapped on a third inner layer sandwich 31 of the third strand 3, a night light layer 33 is wrapped outside the high-strength fiber strand intermediate layer 32, the diameter difference among the first strand 1, the second strand 2 and the third strand 3 is less than 0.2mm, and the first inner layer sandwich 11, the second inner layer sandwich 21 and the third inner layer sandwich 21 are the same;

the light high-strength multifunctional warning rope is 12mm in diameter, 8KN in breaking strength, 55g/m in linear density, 630D and 7g/D in specification of high-strength polyolefin monofilaments, 630D and 7g/D in specification of bright yellow high-strength polyolefin monofilaments, 7g/m in specification of inner-layer sandwich material, and 2cm in width of reflective cloth threads and noctilucent cloth threads.

The light-weight high-strength multifunctional warning rope is manufactured by the following method:

(1) combining bright yellow high-strength polyolefin monofilaments 20 into one strand, and twisting the strands in the forward direction by 60 to form a bright high-strength fiber strand;

(2) combining high-strength polyolefin monofilaments 20 into one strand, and twisting the high-strength polyolefin monofilaments in the forward direction by 60 to form a high-strength fiber strand;

(3) taking non-woven fabric as a first inner-layer sandwich on a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing 8 bright-color high-strength fiber strands outside the non-woven fabric to make a first strand;

(4) taking non-woven fabric as a second inner-layer sandwich on a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing 8 high-strength fiber strands outside the non-woven fabric to make a second strand;

(5) taking non-woven fabric as a third inner-layer sandwich on a strand cradle of a rope making machine, and uniformly distributing 8 high-strength fiber strands outside the non-woven fabric to prepare a third strand;
