Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of packaging box production, in particular to a production process of a waterproof packaging box.

Background

The packaging box is a box for packaging products, and comprises a paper box, an iron box, a wood box, a leather box and the like according to different materials. The paper box is the most common packaging box at present, and has the advantages of cheapest raw materials, convenient production and processing and low cost. However, at present, various crop wastes such as straw, wood chips and the like are recycled to prepare the environment-friendly packaging box, so that the environment is protected, and the economic benefit is high. The paper packaging box is an indispensable packaging container in production and life, and is widely applied to transportation and packaging in various industries such as food, household appliances, textile, food industry, daily chemicals and the like. With the increase of the consumption level of people, the demand of the carton is increased, and higher requirements are also put on the appearance effect and the functionality of the carton.

The paper packaging box has poor waterproof performance in the using process, so that the service life of the packaging box is greatly reduced, and particularly, the paper packaging box is easy to contact with water in occasions, such as short-time rainwater in the transportation process. In order to prevent the paper-packaged product from being damaged by water, people often coat water-emulsion waterproof paint on the outer side of the packaging box or stick waterproof kraft paper on the outer side of the packaging box to improve the waterproof performance of the paper-packaged product, then the water-emulsion waterproof paint easily causes the corrugated collapse or corrugated separation of the packaging box, inevitable gaps exist when the waterproof kraft paper is stuck, water seeps into the paper box from the gaps of the waterproof kraft paper, and the water is diffused through the capillary action of the paper box to still cause the strength of the paper box to be reduced.
