1. A slitting machine of a double-shearing system comprises a base and is characterized in that a mother roll and a rubber roll are arranged on the upper surface of the base, a steel roller is arranged below the rubber roll, and the rubber roll and the steel roller form a separation roller system of the double-shearing system;

the left side and the right side of the rubber roller are respectively provided with an adjusting hand wheel A and an adjusting hand wheel B of the blade to control the ascending, descending and left-right adjustment of the blade;

8. A double shear system slitting machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the adjustment handwheels a and B control the blade up, down and side to side adjustment.

9. A double shear system slitter machine as in claim 1 wherein the female arbors are steel hardened surface galvanized material spaced 1mm apart by 1mm raised rings and 1mm recessed rings.

10. The slitting machine with double shearing system according to claim 1, wherein the shore hardness of said leveling rollers a and B is 80-95 degrees.

The shape of the existing splitting machine is vertical, horizontal, inclined and the like, but the double-splitting system of the invention is only an example of using a horizontal splitting machine, and can be generally used on the vertical and inclined splitting machines.
