The invention relates to a floating expansion type packer, belongs to the technical field of reservoir transformation, and is suitable for layered fracturing construction operation.

Background

The existing technology generally adopts a mode of 'packer + sliding sleeve' to carry out separate-layer fracturing transformation, the fracturing scale is larger and larger along with the gas field exploration and development entering the middle and later stages, the construction pressure is higher and higher, the overpressure phenomenon is more and more common, the liquid friction is minimum at the moment of stopping the pump, the pump pressure even exceeds the construction pressure limiting, the overpressure instant bearing pressure difference of the expansion type packer reaches the maximum, and new requirements are provided for the pressure bearing performance and the stability of the packer.

With the phenomenon of overpressure becoming more common, as shown in fig. 1, the conventional expandable packer includes an upper joint 21, an upper rubber sleeve seat 22, a rubber sleeve 23, a central tube 24, a lower rubber sleeve seat 25, and a lower joint 26, where the upper joint 21 is in threaded connection with the central tube 24, the lower joint 26 is in threaded connection with the central tube 6, the rubber sleeve 23 is sleeved on the central tube 24, the upper end of the rubber sleeve 23 is in threaded connection with the upper rubber sleeve seat 22, the lower end of the rubber sleeve 23 is in threaded connection with the lower rubber sleeve seat 25, the upper rubber sleeve seat 22 is in threaded connection with the upper joint 21, and the lower rubber sleeve seat 25 is in threaded connection with the lower joint 26, so that the rubber sleeve 23 is sleeved outside. The invention aims to solve the technical problems that the deformation of the shoulder part of a rubber sleeve of a conventional expansion type packer is large in the fracturing construction process, the rubber sleeve is not unsealed and is not sealed off due to stress concentration of the shoulder part of the rubber sleeve after instantaneous overpressure, the service life of the rubber sleeve is shortened, and the like; in the fracturing construction process, the sealing mechanism can adjust the deformation amount of the sealing mechanism according to pressure fluctuation, so that the stress concentration effect of the shoulder of the rubber cylinder is effectively buffered and weakened, and the shoulder is protected; the stability of the expanding packer in the fracturing process is improved, the bearing capacity is improved, and the service life is prolonged.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a floating expansion type packer comprises an upper joint, an upper rubber cylinder seat, an upper rubber cylinder framework, a rubber cylinder, a central pipe, a lower rubber cylinder framework, a lower rubber cylinder seat and a lower joint, wherein the upper joint and the lower joint are respectively connected with the central pipe through threads; the lower part of the lower rubber cylinder seat is sleeved on the outer side of the lower joint, the outer wall of the lower joint is provided with a circle of convex steps, the steps are in matched contact with the inner wall of an annular cavity at the lower part of the lower rubber cylinder seat and are sealed through a sealing ring, so that the lower rubber cylinder seat can move up and down along the steps, the inner wall at the bottom of the lower rubber cylinder seat is in threaded connection with a floating joint, and the floating joint is annular and is in contact fit with the outer side of the lower joint; and a lower adjusting ring is connected and installed on the lower joint through threads below the lower rubber cylinder seat and used for limiting the up-and-down movement distance of the lower rubber cylinder seat.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sealing assembly adopts floating sealing, the deformation amount of the sealing assembly is larger, and the deformation amount of the shoulder part of the rubber cylinder is reduced; in the fracturing construction process, the sealing mechanism can adjust the deformation amount of the sealing mechanism according to pressure fluctuation, particularly at the moment of overpressure, the stress concentration effect of the shoulder of the rubber cylinder is effectively buffered and weakened, and the shoulder is protected; the stability of the expanding packer in the fracturing process is improved, the bearing capacity is improved, and the service life is prolonged.

Compared with the conventional expanding packer, the floating head 9 of the floating expanding packer can slide up and down along the outer wall of the lower joint 11 along with the continuous change of pressure in the fracturing construction process, has larger deformation amount per se, reduces the deformation amount of the shoulder of the rubber sleeve, and can compensate the deformation amount of a sealing mechanism, particularly effectively buffer and weaken the stress concentration effect of the shoulder of the rubber sleeve at the moment of overpressure, protect the shoulder, improve the pressure bearing capacity and prolong the service life.
