1. An adjustable paper feed mechanism of a printer, comprising:

the fixing frame is arranged in the printer, a supporting plate is fixed on the supporting plate, a paper conveying shaft transversely penetrates through the supporting plate, a paper conveying wheel is coaxially fixed on the paper conveying shaft, the paper conveying wheel rotates close to the upper portion of the supporting plate and is used for conveying paper along the supporting plate, the supporting plate is designed to be of a hollow structure, a rotating roller is arranged in the supporting plate, a conveying belt is arranged on the rotating roller in a tensioning mode and is attached to the top end of the supporting plate for conveying, a roller shaft is coaxially fixed at one end of the rotating roller and penetrates out of the supporting plate, and a shallow groove is formed in the position, located at the paper conveying wheel, of the top end of the supporting plate;

the driving part is arranged in the printer, and the output end of the driving part is mechanically connected with a transmission part so as to synchronously transmit the paper conveying shaft and the roller shaft to rotate in the same direction;

the friction paper twisting part is arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the paper conveying wheel, and an adjusting part is arranged in the paper conveying wheel and used for controlling and adjusting the diameter of the outward expansion of the friction paper twisting part.

2. The adjustable paper feeding mechanism of printer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving part comprises a motor, a worm is coaxially fixed on the output shaft of the motor, and a worm wheel is engaged and connected to one side of the worm.

The adjustable paper feeding mechanism of printer as claimed in claim 2, wherein the transmission part includes a driving gear, one end of the driving gear is coaxially fixed with the worm gear, the other end of the driving gear and the roller shaft penetrate through the end of the supporting plate and are coaxially fixed, a driven gear is coaxially fixed at one end of the paper feeding shaft penetrating out of the supporting plate, and a transmission gear is engaged and connected between the driven gear and the driving gear.

The adjustable paper feeding mechanism of printer as claimed in claim 4, wherein the bottom end of said rubber post penetrates into said paper feeding wheel along radial direction, and a spring is wound around one end of said rubber post penetrating into said paper feeding wheel, one end of said spring is fixed to the bottom end of said rubber post, and the other end of said spring abuts against the inner side of said paper feeding wheel for pulling said rubber post inward, said adjusting portion includes an air bag, said air bag is disposed in said paper feeding wheel, and the outer side of said air bag abuts against the bottom end of said rubber post.

7. The adjustable paper feeding mechanism of printer as claimed in claim 6, wherein said air bag is externally connected with an air pump through an air pipe for adjusting the air inflation of said air bag.

The adjustable paper feeding mechanism of printer as claimed in claim 7, wherein a controller is provided at the printer end, and the controller is electrically connected to the air pump for selecting the corresponding inflation pressure according to different paper feeding thickness and the use time of the paper feeding roller.

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of printing equipment, and more particularly, to an adjustable paper feeding mechanism for a printer.

Background

The printer is one of the common tools used in people's life and work, which is used to print the operation result or the middle result of the computer on the paper according to the specified format with the number, letter, symbol and graph that can be recognized by people, however, at present, most of the printers in daily office or household use the paper feeding method of sucking disc air suction paper pick-up, and most of the printers in daily office or household use the paper feeding method of paper feeding wheel rotating paper twisting and conveying, however, the paper feeding often causes the problem that two papers are involved in feeding together due to the factors of wet paper or tight pressing of new paper, i.e. the printing failure occurs, in addition, when printing the paper with different thickness and size, the same paper feeding wheel rotates and conveys, obviously, the friction force between the paper feeding wheel and the new paper is weak, so the probability of not feeding paper by slipping is increased, or the friction force between the paper feeding wheel and the new paper is strong, therefore, the probability of paper crumple damage caused by excessive paper twisting is increased, and the paper twisting force is inevitably and gradually weakened along with the long-time use and abrasion of the paper conveying wheel, so that the fault probability of no paper feed caused by slipping is also increased, and the higher adaptability requirement is not met.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable paper feeding mechanism for a printer, so as to further avoid the problem of printing failure caused by two sheets of paper being involved together during paper feeding, and provide an adjustable function for adjusting the paper feeding mechanism according to different paper thicknesses and different wear conditions of a paper feeding wheel.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide an adjustable paper feeding mechanism for a printer, including:

the fixing frame is arranged in the printer, a supporting plate is fixed on the supporting plate, a paper conveying shaft transversely penetrates through the supporting plate, a paper conveying wheel is coaxially fixed on the paper conveying shaft, the paper conveying wheel rotates close to the upper portion of the supporting plate and is used for conveying paper along the supporting plate, the supporting plate is designed to be of a hollow structure, a rotating roller is arranged in the supporting plate, a conveying belt is arranged on the rotating roller in a tensioning mode, the conveying belt is attached to the inner top end of the supporting plate for conveying, a roller shaft is coaxially fixed at one end of the rotating roller, the roller shaft penetrates out of the supporting plate, and a shallow groove is formed in the position, located at the paper conveying wheel, of the top end of the supporting plate;

the driving part is arranged in the printer, and the output end of the driving part is mechanically connected with a transmission part so as to synchronously transmit the paper conveying shaft and the roller shaft to rotate in the same direction;

the friction paper twisting part is arranged at the outer side of the periphery of the paper conveying wheel, and an adjusting part is arranged in the paper conveying wheel and used for controlling and adjusting the diameter of the outward expansion of the friction paper twisting part.

Preferably, the driving part comprises a motor, a worm is coaxially fixed on an output shaft of the motor, and a worm wheel is connected to one side of the worm in a meshing manner.

Preferably, the transmission part comprises a driving gear, one end of the driving gear is coaxially fixed with the worm gear, the other end of the driving gear and one end of the roll shaft penetrating out of the supporting plate are coaxially fixed, one end of the paper conveying shaft penetrating out of the supporting plate is coaxially fixed with a driven gear, and a transmission gear is meshed and connected between the driven gear and the driving gear.

Preferably, the friction paper twisting part comprises a plurality of rubber convex columns which are uniformly distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer side of the paper conveying wheel.

Preferably, the top end face of the rubber convex column is designed to be hemispherical.

Detailed Description

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

An adjustable paper feeding mechanism of a printer is disclosed, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, comprising a bracket 1, the bracket 1 is fixedly arranged in the printer, a supporting plate 2 is fixed on the bracket 1, a paper conveying shaft 3 transversely penetrates through the bracket 1, a paper conveying wheel 4 is coaxially fixed on the paper conveying shaft 3, the paper conveying wheel 4 rotates close to the upper part of the supporting plate 2 and is used for conveying paper along the supporting plate 2, the supporting plate 2 is designed to be a hollow structure, a rotating roller 5 is arranged in the supporting plate 2, a conveying belt 6 is arranged on the rotating roller 5 in a tensioning manner, the conveying belt 6 is attached to the top end in the supporting plate 2 for conveying, a roller shaft 51 is coaxially fixed at one end of the rotating roller 5, the roller shaft 51 penetrates out of the supporting plate 2, a shallow groove 7 is arranged at the position of the top end of the paper conveying wheel 4 at the top end of the supporting plate 2, a driving part 8 is arranged in the printer, a transmission part 9 is mechanically connected to the output end of the driving part 8, the paper conveying shaft 3 and the roller shaft 51 rotate in the same direction in a synchronous transmission manner, a friction paper rubbing part 10 is arranged at the circumferential outer side of the paper conveying wheel 4, the paper feeding wheel 4 is internally provided with an adjusting part 11 for controlling and adjusting the diameter of the outward expansion of the friction paper twisting part 10.

The invention is characterized in that a bracket 1 is arranged, the bracket 1 is fixedly arranged in a printer, a support plate 2 is fixed on the bracket 1, a paper conveying shaft 3 transversely penetrates through the bracket 1, a paper conveying wheel 4 is coaxially fixed on the paper conveying shaft 3, the paper conveying wheel 4 rotates close to the upper part of the support plate 2 and is used for conveying and feeding paper along the support plate 2 in a rotating way, in particular, the support plate 2 is designed to be a hollow structure, a rotating roller 5 is arranged in the support plate 2, a conveying belt 6 is arranged on the rotating roller 5 in a tensioning way, the conveying belt 6 is attached to the top end in the support plate 2 for conveying, a roller shaft 51 is coaxially fixed at one end of the rotating roller 5, a driving part 8 is arranged in the printer, the output end of the driving part 8 is mechanically connected with a transmission part 9 to synchronously drive the paper conveying shaft 3 and the roller shaft 51 to rotate in the same direction, meanwhile, a shallow groove 7 is arranged at the top end of the support plate 2 and is arranged at the paper conveying wheel 4, so that when the paper conveying wheel 4 normally presses and conveys paper, the thickness of a piece of paper is not enough to extend into the shallow groove 7 and is influenced by the conveying belt 6, therefore, the paper is normally conveyed along the supporting plate 2, when two pieces of paper are rolled into the bottom end of the paper conveying wheel 4 to be conveyed together due to the influence of factors such as wet paper at the paper feeding end or tight pressing of newly added paper, the paper at the bottom layer extends into the shallow groove 7 and is influenced by the conveying of the conveying belt 6, and the driving part 8 synchronously drives the paper conveying shaft 3 and the roller shaft 51 to rotate in the same direction, namely the rolling direction of the paper conveying shaft 3 is opposite to the conveying direction of the conveying belt 6 driven by the roller shaft 51, so that the paper at the bottom end is braked reversely by the conveying belt 6 to avoid being rolled together, wherein the friction paper rubbing part 10 is arranged on the circumferential outer side of the paper conveying wheel 4, the friction paper rubbing part 10 can be made of rubber material and used for conveying the friction rubbing paper, so that the abrasion after long-time use cannot be avoided, the adjusting part 11 is arranged in the paper conveying wheel 4 and used for controlling and adjusting the diameter size of the outward expansion of the friction paper rubbing part 10 to feed the paper under the conditions of different paper thicknesses and different abrasion of the paper conveying wheel 4, the paper twisting force is adaptively adjusted to meet the requirement of higher adaptability.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving part 8 includes a motor 81, a worm 82 is coaxially fixed to an output shaft of the motor 81, and a worm wheel 83 is engaged with one side of the worm 82, so that the motor 81 sequentially drives the worm 82 and the worm wheel 83 to rotate in an engaged manner, thereby providing a stable power output.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the transmission part 9 includes a driving gear 91, one end of the driving gear 91 is coaxially fixed with the worm wheel 83, the other end of the driving gear 91 and one end of the roller shaft 51 penetrating the supporting plate 2 are coaxially fixed, one end of the paper feeding shaft 3 penetrating the supporting plate 1 is coaxially fixed with a driven gear 92, a transmission gear 93 is engaged and connected between the driven gear 92 and the driving gear 91, so that power is output through the worm wheel 83 to drive the driving gear 91 and the roller shaft 51 to rotate, and meanwhile, the driving gear 91 drives the driven gear 92 to engage and rotate through the transmission gear 93 to drive the paper feeding shaft 3 to synchronously rotate, so that the driving part 8 synchronously drives the paper feeding shaft 3 and the roller shaft 51 to rotate in the same direction.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the friction paper feeding portion 10 includes a plurality of rubber convex columns 101, and the rubber convex columns 101 are uniformly distributed along the outer circumference of the paper feeding wheel 4 at intervals, so as to feed paper by friction paper feeding through each rubber convex column 101.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the top end surface of the rubber stud 101 is designed to be hemispherical.

In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom end of the rubber convex column 101 penetrates into the paper conveying wheel 4 along the radial direction, one end penetrating into the paper conveying wheel 4 is wound with the spring 102, one end of the spring 102 is fixed at the bottom end of the rubber convex column 101, the other end abuts against the inner side of the paper conveying wheel 4 and is used for pulling the rubber convex column 101 inwards, the adjusting part 11 comprises the air bag 111, the air bag 111 is arranged in the paper conveying wheel 4, the outer side of the air bag 111 abuts against the bottom end of the rubber convex column 101, and therefore the air bag 111 is pressed against the rubber convex column 101 to expand outwards to different diameters through different inflation sizes, and adaptive adjustment and control of different paper twisting forces of the paper conveying wheel 4 are realized.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the air bag 111 is externally connected with an air pump 112 through a ventilation pipeline to facilitate the adjustment of the air bag 111.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the printer end is provided with the controller 12, and the controller 12 is electrically connected to the air pump 112, so that the user can select the corresponding inflation pressure according to different paper feeding thicknesses and the use time of the paper feeding wheel 4, thereby realizing intelligent and convenient adaptive adjustment.

When the adjustable paper feeding mechanism of the printer disclosed by the invention is used, a supporting plate 2 is fixed on a bracket 1, a paper conveying shaft 3 transversely penetrates through the bracket 1, a paper conveying wheel 4 is coaxially fixed on the paper conveying shaft 3, a rotating roller 5 is arranged in the supporting plate 2, a conveying belt 6 is arranged on the rotating roller 5 in a tensioning manner, the conveying belt 6 is attached to the top end of the supporting plate 2 for conveying, the output end of a driving part 8 is mechanically connected with a transmission part 9 for synchronously transmitting the paper conveying shaft 3 and a roller shaft 51 to rotate in the same direction, meanwhile, a shallow groove 7 is arranged at the position, which is positioned at the paper conveying wheel 4, of the top end of the supporting plate 2, so that when the paper conveying wheel 4 normally supports and presses and conveys paper, the thickness of one piece of paper is not enough to extend into the shallow groove 7 and be influenced by the conveying of the conveying belt 6, and when the paper at the paper feeding end is wet or the newly added paper is tightly pressed and the like, so that two pieces of paper are rolled into the bottom end of the paper conveying wheel 4 for conveying together, the paper at the bottom layer extends into the shallow slot 7 and is influenced by the transmission of the transmission belt 6, and the driving part 8 synchronously drives the paper conveying shaft 3 and the roller shaft 51 to rotate in the same direction, namely the rolling direction of the paper conveying shaft 3 is opposite to the transmission direction of the transmission belt 6 driven by the roller shaft 51, so that the paper at the bottom end is reversely braked by the transmission belt 6 to avoid being rolled in, a friction paper rubbing part 10 is arranged on the circumferential outer side of the paper conveying wheel 4, and an adjusting part 11 is arranged in the paper conveying wheel 4 and used for controlling and adjusting the diameter size of the outward expansion of the friction paper rubbing part 10 so as to adapt to the adjustment of the size of the paper rubbing force during paper feeding and printing under different paper thicknesses and different abrasion conditions of the paper conveying wheel 4.
