The tobacco rolling type temperature increasing device solves the problems that the existing tobacco rolling type temperature increasing devices have large quality difference of tobacco shreds at different processing points and can not realize homogenization processing, and can improve the quality consistency of tobacco shred preparation and the quality consistency level of cigarette processing.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling consistency of processing strength of tobacco roller type warming equipment provided by this embodiment specifically includes the following steps in an actual implementation process:

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the specific steps of regulating the consistency of the processing strength of the tobacco roller type warming equipment are as follows:

1. normally loosening and conditioning, feeding and roller cut tobacco drying production are carried out on a line A (which is an original production line), if the loosening and conditioning return air temperature is 55 ℃, the feeding return air temperature is 60 ℃, the temperatures of a 1 region and a 2 region of a roller cut tobacco drying cylinder wall are both 120 ℃, the hot air temperature is 110 ℃, and the length of each drying section of the roller type warming drying equipment of the original production line and the material retention time of each equipment are detected by a system.

4. The sizes of SS1, SJ1 and G1 were compared to SS0, SJ0 and G0, respectively. By the adjusting method, the processing parameters after the B line adjustment are used as the quality consistency processing conditions of the line roller type heating equipment.

On the premise of ensuring consistent processing strength, the method is adopted to adjust the water content of the material outlet to meet the design requirement through a PID association program.

As shown in fig. 1, the method further comprises:

and judging whether the difference value of the processing strengths of the two production line roller type warming devices is smaller than a set threshold value, if not, adjusting the temperature of the cylinder wall or the temperature of the hot air and the temperature of the return air to ensure that the difference value is smaller than the set threshold value.

For a drying type device:

For humidification type devices:

if the processing strength of the other production line is smaller than that of the original production line, the return air temperature is increased, and the processing strengths of the two lines are consistent; if the processing strength of the other production line is greater than that of the original production line, the processing strength of the two lines is consistent by reducing the return air temperature. In order to well control the water content of the outlet material on the premise of ensuring the processing strength, a target value of the water content of the outlet material is set, and a PID control model of the water adding amount and the water content of the outlet material is established so that the water adding amount is adjusted along with the target value of the water content of the outlet material. The specific operation is as follows: acquiring measured values of the water content of inlet and outlet materials of the roller, and acquiring a target deviation value of the water content of the outlet materials according to the target value and the measured values; the PID control model controls the water adding amount according to the target deviation value and the inlet water content, so that the outlet material water content is adjusted according to the target value; acquiring the water content and the water adding amount of the inlet and outlet materials within a set time in real time, and fitting according to a time relation to obtain a fitting curve of the water content of the outlet material and the water content and the water adding amount of the inlet; and controlling the water adding amount of the roller according to the fitting curve.

Therefore, according to the control method for the consistency of the processing strength of the tobacco roller type warming equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the expected processing strength of the production line of the expected tobacco roller type warming equipment is set, the wall temperature, the hot air temperature, the return air temperature, the length of each drying section and the material retention time of the tobacco material roller type warming equipment are collected, the actual processing strength of the roller type warming equipment is calculated on the basis of the data, and the processing strength is controlled according to the difference value between the actual processing strength and the expected processing strength. The tobacco rolling type temperature increasing device solves the problems that the existing tobacco rolling type temperature increasing devices have large quality difference of tobacco shreds at different processing points and can not realize homogenization processing, and can improve the consistency of the tobacco shred making quality and the consistency level of the cigarette processing quality.

The fitting curve adjusting unit is also used for controlling the hot air speed or the moisture removal negative pressure of the drum of the drying equipment according to the first fitting curve and/or controlling the water adding amount of the drum of the humidifying equipment according to the second fitting curve.
