1. The active skin care composition containing the raspberry fruit polyphenol is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-10% of berry fruit extract and 0.5-10% of synthetic efficacy active ingredient; the berry extract comprises berry polyphenols; the synthetic effective active ingredient comprises at least one of hyaluronic acid, nicotinamide, active peptide, ceramide and salicylic acid.

2. The active berry fruit polyphenol skin care composition of claim 1 wherein the berry fruit polyphenols comprise at least one of strawberry polyphenols, seabuckthorn fruit polyphenols, blueberry polyphenols, blackberry polyphenols, and cranberry polyphenols.

3. The raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 1, wherein at least one of the following (a) - (e):

(a) in the active skin care composition containing the berry polyphenol, the berry polyphenol is strawberry polyphenol, and the active ingredient with synthetic effect is hyaluronic acid;

(b) in the active skin care composition containing the berry fruit polyphenol, the berry fruit polyphenol is seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol, and the active ingredient with synthetic effect is nicotinamide;

(c) in the active skin care composition containing the berry polyphenol, the berry polyphenol is blueberry polyphenol, and the active ingredient with the synthetic effect is active peptide;

(d) in the active skin care composition containing the berry polyphenol, the berry polyphenol is blackberry polyphenol, and the active ingredient with synthetic effect is active peptide;

(e) in the active skin care composition containing the berry polyphenol, the berry polyphenol is cranberry polyphenol, and the active ingredient with the synthetic effect is salicylic acid.

4. The raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 1 or 3, wherein the active peptide comprises at least one of acetyl 6 peptide-8, acetyl 4 peptide-5, tripeptide-1 copper, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate.

5. The strawberry polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 2, wherein the strawberry polyphenols comprise at least one of strawberry anthocyanins, tilirosides, hydroxycinnamic acids.

The strawberry polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 2, wherein the strawberry polyphenol comprises at least one of the following components: strawberry anthocyanin accounting for 5-10% of the mass of strawberry polyphenol, tiliroside accounting for 2-15% of the mass of strawberry polyphenol and hydroxycinnamic acid accounting for 10-15% of the mass of strawberry polyphenol.

9. The active blueberry polyphenol skin care composition of claim 2 wherein the blueberry polyphenol comprises at least one of blueberry anthocyanin, gallic acid, and gallocyanin.

The active blueberry polyphenol skin care composition of claim 2 wherein the blueberry polyphenol comprises at least one of the following components: blueberry anthocyanin accounting for 35-45% of the mass of blueberry polyphenol, gallic acid accounting for 2-10% of the mass of blueberry polyphenol and gallocyanin accounting for 10-30% of the mass of blueberry polyphenol.

11. The raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 2, wherein the blackberry polyphenols comprise at least one of blackberry anthocyanins, ellagic acids, ellagitannins, and blue pigments.

The raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 2, wherein the blackberry polyphenols comprise at least one of the following components: the blackberry polyphenol composition comprises, by mass, 45-60% of blackberry anthocyanins, 10-15% of ellagic acids, 1-5% of ellagitannins and 1-5% of blue pigments.

13. The cranberry polyphenol active skin care composition of claim 2, wherein the cranberry polyphenols comprise at least one of cranberry anthocyanins, resveratrol.

As a high-quality production place of a plurality of natural safe raw materials in China, a plurality of excellent agricultural crops are not effectively utilized in the skin care product industry, which causes great loss to the whole skin care industry. Preferably, the berry fruit extract is prepared by the following steps: cleaning a raw material of the strawberry, preparing the raw material into powder, adding hot water for soaking, heating to 80-85 ℃, performing reflux extraction for 7-9 h, filtering, concentrating, adjusting pH, aging, filtering and sterilizing to obtain the strawberry extract.

The obtained fructus Rubi extract has high purity, long shelf life, and high activity of contained fructus Rubi polyphenol.

Preferably, the active peptide comprises at least one of acetyl 6 peptide-8, acetyl 4 peptide-5, tripeptide-1 copper, dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate.

Among the active peptides, copper tripeptide-1 can promote the synthesis of DNA of aged cells to complete cell renewal, rebuild aged skin, and maintain healthy skin extracellular matrix; the acetyl tetrapeptide-5 realizes the function of inhibiting black eye circles by regulating the permeability of local capillary vessels of eye skin; the acetyl 6 peptide-8 can relieve expression lines formed by contraction and relaxation of skin muscles; the snake venom tripeptide serving as a neurotransmitter analog can also inhibit expression striation effects generated around eyes.

More preferably, in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition, the raspberry fruit polyphenol is strawberry polyphenol, and the synthetic efficacy active ingredient is hyaluronic acid.

Preferably, the seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol comprises at least one of luteolin, lacetin and catechin; more preferably, the seabuckthorn fruit polyphenols include at least one of the following components: luteolin accounting for 5-10% of the mass of the seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol, lacrimycin accounting for 1-5% of the mass of the seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol and catechin accounting for 15-30% of the mass of the seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol.

More preferably, in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition, the raspberry fruit polyphenol is seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol, and the synthetic efficacy active ingredient is niacinamide.

Preferably, the blueberry polyphenol comprises at least one of blueberry anthocyanin, gallic acid and gallocyanin; more preferably, the blueberry polyphenol comprises at least one of the following components: blueberry anthocyanin accounting for 35-45% of the mass of blueberry polyphenol, gallic acid accounting for 2-10% of the mass of blueberry polyphenol and gallocyanin accounting for 10-30% of the mass of blueberry polyphenol.

More preferably, in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition, the raspberry fruit polyphenol is blueberry polyphenol, and the synthetic efficacy active ingredient is active peptide.

Preferably, the blackberry polyphenols include at least one of blackberry anthocyanins, ellagic acid, ellagitannins, blue pigments; more preferably, the blackberry polyphenols comprise at least one of the following components: the blackberry polyphenol composition comprises, by mass, 45-60% of blackberry anthocyanins, 10-15% of ellagic acids, 1-5% of ellagitannins and 1-5% of blue pigments. More preferably, in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition, the raspberry fruit polyphenol is blackberry polyphenol, and the synthetic efficacy active ingredient is active peptide.

(1) cleaning a raw material of the strawberry, and performing reflux extraction by using an ethanol water solution with the mass concentration of 70-80% to obtain an extracting solution A and filter residue B;

(2) carrying out reflux extraction on the filter residue B obtained in the step (1) by using an ethanol water solution with the mass concentration of 70-80% to obtain an extracting solution C and a filter residue D;

The anthocyanin content in the blueberry and blackberry extracts obtained by the preparation method is remarkably improved.

Preferably, the cranberry polyphenols include at least one of cranberry anthocyanins, resveratrol; more preferably, the cranberry polyphenols include at least one of the following components: cranberry anthocyanidin accounting for 40-60% of cranberry polyphenol mass, and resveratrol accounting for 1-10% of cranberry polyphenol mass.

More preferably, in the berry polyphenol active skin care composition, the berry polyphenol is cranberry polyphenol, and the synthetic efficacy active ingredient is salicylic acid.

When the berry fruit polyphenol is cranberry polyphenol, the contained resveratrol can directly pass through an Akt signal channel of an inhibition cell, and then the reproduction of a sebocyte is inhibited. More preferably, the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.5-10% of berry fruit extract, 0.5-10% of synthetic functional active ingredient, 0-20% of polyhydric alcohol and the balance of skin conditioner and water.

Preferably, the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of strawberry fruit extract, 1% of hyaluronic acid component, 0.5% of blueberry fruit extract, 2% of propylene glycol, 0.5% of hexylene glycol, 15% of glycerol, 1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 1% of panthenol, 0.5% of carnosine and the balance of water.

Preferably, the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 4% of cranberry extract, 1.5% of salicylic acid, 1% of 1, 3-butanediol, 2% of hexanediol, 8% of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.5% of tocopherol acetate and the balance of water.

The product prepared by the formula has excellent oil control and skin care effects.

The invention also aims to provide application of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition in preparing skin care products.

Preferably, the skin care product comprises a moisturizing skin care product, an acne-removing skin care product, an anti-aging skin care product, an eye skin care product and an oil-controlling skin care product.

Compared with a product only added with synthetic functional components, the active skin care composition containing the raspberry fruit polyphenol greatly reduces the concentration of the synthetic functional components under the synergistic effect of the raspberry fruit polyphenol and the synthetic functional components, improves the safety and the mildness, and meets the consumption requirements of young sensitive muscle users; compared with the product only added with the raspberry polyphenol, the product of the invention has improved efficacy due to the synergistic effect of the raspberry polyphenol and the synthetic functional components, and the raspberry polyphenol is chemically stable, is not easy to oxidize and has longer storage time. In conclusion, the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition can be widely applied to preparation of skin care products with different requirements.

The invention has the beneficial effects that the product is prepared by matching the berry extract and the synthesized functional active ingredients, the activity duration of the synthesized functional active ingredients is longer and the stability is higher under the assistance of substances such as polyphenol in the berry extract, and the like, while the berry polyphenol in the berry extract avoids the defect of easy fading when existing alone, and simultaneously can make up the singleness in the aspect of the function of the synthesized functional active ingredients, so that the skin care effect of the product is better in the use process. The invention also provides application of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition in preparation of skin care products. The product has obvious effect and can be widely applied to the preparation of skin care products with different requirements.

Detailed Description

Unless otherwise specified, the raw materials used in the examples of the present invention and comparative examples were commercially available, and the production equipment used was a commercially available common model.

For better illustrating the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be understood in detail, but not intended to limit the present invention.

In the embodiment of the invention, HPLC tests show that the strawberry polyphenol in the strawberry extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8% of strawberry anthocyanin, 7.5% of tiliroside and 11% of hydroxycinnamic acid; the seabuckthorn fruit polyphenol in the seabuckthorn fruit extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: luteolin 8.6%, lacrimol 3.2%, catechin 20%; the blueberry polyphenol of the blueberry fruit extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40% of blueberry anthocyanin, 5.5% of gallic acid and 24.7% of tannin anthocyanin; the blackberry polyphenol of the blackberry fruit extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 58% of blackberry anthocyanin, 12.6% of ellagic acid, 3% of ellagitannin and 4.2% of blue pigment; the cranberry polyphenol of the cranberry extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 52 percent of cranberry anthocyanin and 6.8 percent of resveratrol.

Examples 1 to 3

In one embodiment of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by the invention, components of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by embodiments 1-3 are shown in tables 1-3, and the product provided by the embodiment mainly aims at the moisturizing skin care effect. The principle diagram of the synergistic effect of the raspberry polyphenol and the synthetic functional active ingredients in the raspberry polyphenol active skin care composition is shown in figure 1.

The preparation method of the berry fruit extract described in this example is: cleaning and soaking a raw material of the berry with sterile deionized water, shredding to prepare powder, mixing with hot water, heating to 85 ℃, extracting under reflux at normal pressure for 8 hours, filtering with a 120-mesh filter screen and a ceramic membrane in sequence, and concentrating by using an organic membrane; adding small amount of antiseptic into the concentrated solution, adjusting pH, aging at 4 deg.C for 2 weeks, filtering with 0.22UM filter membrane frame, pasteurizing, inspecting quality, and packaging to obtain the berry fruit extract, as shown in FIG. 2.

Examples 4 to 6

In an embodiment of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by the invention, components of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by embodiments 4-6 are shown in tables 4-6, and a product obtained by the embodiments mainly aims at the skin care effect of removing acne.

Examples 7 to 9

In an embodiment of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by the invention, components of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by embodiments 7-9 are shown in tables 7-9, and a product obtained by the embodiments mainly aims at the skin care effect of removing acne.

The preparation method of the berry fruit extract comprises the following steps as shown in figure 3:

(1) cleaning the raw material of the strawberry, and performing reflux extraction by using 75% ethanol water solution by mass concentration to obtain an extracting solution A and filter residue B;

(2) carrying out reflux extraction on the filter residue B obtained in the step (1) by using 75% ethanol water solution by mass concentration to obtain an extracting solution C and a filter residue D;

(3) and combining the extracting solution A and the extracting solution C, concentrating under reduced pressure, stirring and dissolving by using an ethanol water solution with the mass concentration of 95%, filtering, continuously concentrating under reduced pressure, filtering after crystallization, drying the obtained solid in vacuum, crushing, and sieving by using a 80-mesh sieve to obtain the blueberry fruit extract.

Examples 10 to 12

In an embodiment of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by the invention, components of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by the embodiment 10-12 are shown in tables 10-12, and a product obtained by the embodiment mainly aims at the skin care effect of eye skin.

The preparation method of the berry fruit extract comprises the following steps:

(1) cleaning the raw material of the strawberry, and performing reflux extraction by using 75% ethanol water solution by mass concentration to obtain an extracting solution A and filter residue B;

(2) carrying out reflux extraction on the filter residue B obtained in the step (1) by using 75% ethanol water solution by mass concentration to obtain an extracting solution C and a filter residue D;

(3) and combining the extracting solution A and the extracting solution C, concentrating under reduced pressure, stirring and dissolving by using an ethanol water solution with the mass concentration of 95%, filtering, continuously concentrating under reduced pressure, filtering after crystallization, drying the obtained solid in vacuum, crushing, and sieving by using a 80-mesh sieve to obtain the blackberry fruit extract.

Examples 13 to 15

In one embodiment of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by the invention, the components of the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition provided by embodiments 13-15 are shown in tables 13-15, and the product provided by the embodiments mainly aims at the skin care effect of controlling oil of the skin.

Effect example 1

In order to verify the synergistic acne-removing and skin-care effect of each component in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin-care composition, a skin test experiment is carried out on the product obtained in the example 4, and the inhibition rates of the macrophage inflammatory factors IL-6 (interleukin 6), IL-1 alpha (interleukin 1 alpha), TNF-alpha (tumor necrosis factor alpha), PGE2 (prostaglandin 2) and COX2 (cyclooxygenase 2) which are in positive correlation with the degree of inflammation generated by acne by the product are examined. The method comprises the following specific steps: the macrophages after induction by lipopolysaccharide with the concentration of 1 mug/mL are added with 0.0391% (selected according to the maximum activity for maintaining the cell activity) of the product obtained in the example 4 with the mass concentration for culture, and the product is marked as an experimental group, the culture condition is culture for 24 hours at 37 ℃, and the content of relevant inflammatory factors after culture is recorded; setting negative control group BC, and not inducing and treating the cells in the group; setting a positive control group NC, and carrying out no other treatment after the cells in the group are induced; a dexamethasone control PC was set in which the product from example 4 was replaced with 0.01% by mass dexamethasone (an acne steroid drug). As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, compared with the PC group (35.1%, 90.5%, 30.8% and 66.3% for IL-6, IL-1 α, TNF- α, PGE2 and COX2 inflammatory factor), the product of the administered group had a lower inhibition rate on the cells associated with acne inflammation (17%, 58%, 13.3%, 16.3% and 30.7% for IL-6, IL-1 α, TNF- α, PGE2 and COX2 inflammatory factor), but had a better inhibition effect than the NC group, in which the product of example 4 had an inhibition rate of IL-1 α inflammatory factor as high as 58%. In the field of skin care, under the condition of high self-mildness, the product has better acne-removing and skin-care effects, is more suitable for consumers with sensitive muscles, and has better curative effect compared with a product of single berry polyphenol or synthetic active substances.

Effect example 2

In order to verify the synergistic effect of the components in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition for inhibiting the inflammatory injury and apoptosis caused by skin aging, a skin test experiment is carried out on the product obtained in the example 7, and the inhibition rate of the macrophage inflammatory factors IL-1 alpha, PGE2 and IL-8 (interleukin 8) which are in positive correlation with the inflammation degree caused by skin aging is investigated. The test method is the same as that of effect example 1, the mass concentration of the product of example 7 when added is 0.0195% (selected according to the maximum activity to maintain the cell activity), and the test results are shown in fig. 6, which shows that the product of the present invention has significant inhibitory effects on inflammation caused by skin aging (the inhibitory rates of IL-1 α, PGE2 and IL-8 inflammatory factor in the PC group are 99.1%, 6.9% and 18.8%, respectively, and the inhibitory rates of the experimental group are 53.5%, 10.6% and 44.6%, respectively).

Meanwhile, the production inhibition rate of free cations, which is positively correlated to skin aging, of the product, the production promotion rate of type I collagen for inhibiting wrinkle production, and the production inhibition rates of matrix degrading enzyme-1 and matrix degrading enzyme-3 for degrading collagen and further promoting skin aging are examined. The method comprises the following specific steps: using 30J/cm2The UVA-induced fibroblasts of (1) were cultured, labeled as experimental groups, with the addition of 0.0195% (selected according to the maximum activity to maintain cell activity) mass concentration of the product obtained in example 7, at 37 ℃ for 24h, and the contents of ROS (free cation), type I collagen, MMP-1 (matrix degrading enzyme-1), and MMP-3 (matrix degrading enzyme-3) after culture were recorded; setting negative control group BC, and not inducing and treating the cells in the group; setting a positive control group NC, and carrying out no other treatment after the cells in the group are induced; setting a control group PC (VE) (0.05%) in which the product obtained in example 4 was replaced with vitamin E at a mass concentration of 0.05%; control group PC (TGF) (50ng/mL) was set, in which 50ng/mL of transforming growth factor (medical growth hormone) was substituted for the product obtained in example 4. The test results are shown in fig. 7 and 8, the inhibition rate of the PC (VE) group on ROS generation is 67.4%, and the inhibition rate of the experimental group is 35.1%; the promotion rate of the generation of type I collagen by the PC (VE) group was 209.9%, and the promotion rate of the generation of type I collagen by the experimental group was 236.2%. The inhibition rates of the PC (TGF) group on MMP-1 and MMP-3 were 2.8% and 32.4%, and the experimental group was 10.1% and 14%, respectively. The data show that the product has weak or even stronger effect on the inhibition of skin aging and wrinkle generation compared with the medical auxin drug transforming growth factor in the UVA-induced skin aging process, has almost no problems of related side effects and the like compared with the drug, is more suitable for standby and daily care and sensitive muscle users, and simultaneously, the inhibition of the product on MMP-1 and MMP-3 shows that the raspberry polyphenol and the effective active ingredients in the product have synergistic effect.

Effect example 3

In order to verify the synergistic effect of the components in the raspberry fruit polyphenol active skin care composition for inhibiting the generation of inflammatory black eye and skin problems around the eyes, a skin test experiment is carried out on the product obtained in example 10, and the inhibition rates of macrophage inflammatory factors IL-1 alpha, TNF-alpha, PGE2, NO (nitric oxide), COX2 and iNOS (nitric oxide synthase) which are positively correlated to the inflammation degree of the black eye are investigated. The test method was the same as that of effect example 1, and the mass concentration of the product of example 10 was 0.0391% (selected based on the maximum activity to maintain the cell activity), and the test results were as shown in fig. 9 and 10, with the PC group having 90.5%, 30.9%, 20.4%, 51.7%, 66.3% and 81.1% inhibition rates for IL-1 α, TNF- α, PGE2, NO, COX2 and iNOS, and the experimental group having 27.9%, 44.8%, 33.5%, 35.8%, 29.5% and 19%, respectively. The experimental result shows that the product of the invention has obvious inhibition effect on inflammation of dark eye circles.

Meanwhile, the production-promoting rate of the product for inhibiting the generation of type I collagen by periocular wrinkles and the production-inhibiting rate of matrix-degrading enzyme-1 and matrix-degrading enzyme-3 for degrading collagen and further promoting the generation of wrinkles on periocular skin were examined. The method comprises the following specific steps: using 30J/cm2The UVA-induced fibroblasts are cultured by adding 0.0391% (selected according to the maximum activity for maintaining the cell activity) of the product obtained in the example 10 with the mass concentration, and the cultured cells are marked as an experimental group, wherein the culture condition is that the cells are cultured for 24 hours at 37 ℃, and the content of the cultured type I collagen, the matrix degrading enzyme-1 and the matrix degrading enzyme-3 is recorded; setting negative control group BC, and not inducing and treating the cells in the group; setting a positive control group NC, and carrying out no other treatment after the cells in the group are induced; control group PC (TGF) (50ng/mL) was set, in which the product obtained in example 4 was replaced with transforming growth factor (medical growth hormone). The test results are shown in fig. 11, the promotion rate of the generation of type I collagen by the pc (tgf) group is 12.4%, and the promotion rate of the experimental group is 10.5%; the inhibition ratio of the PC (TGF) group to MMP-1 and MMP-3 is 12.4 percent and 28.2 percent, the inhibition ratio of the experimental group is 10.5 percent and 29.2 percent respectively, which shows the inhibition effect of the product of the invention on the eye skin problems in the UVA-induced skin aging process,compared with the medical auxin drug transforming growth factor, the effect is weak or even stronger, and compared with the drug, the product has almost no problems of related side effects and the like, and is more suitable for standby and daily nursing and sensitive muscle users, and meanwhile, the product has the inhibition effect on MMP-1 and MMP-3, which shows that the raspberry polyphenol and the functional active ingredients in the product have synergistic effect.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
