本发明专利工作流程：首先通过设置的过滤池2、门架4和基座1，过滤池2、门架4和基座1之间通过螺栓连接，形成可拆卸结构，方便拆装，从而方便搬运和移动，通过设置的挡板6和喷淋头7，支撑架11和门架4、挡板6之间通过螺栓连接，分水管12和过滤池2之间通过法兰连接，主水管13、分水管12和循环泵8之间通过法兰连接，限位环10和主水管13之间套接，限位环10和门架4之间通过螺栓连接，当对多色铝单板进行喷涂时，通过设置的挡板6和喷淋头7，挡板6在多色铝单板后方，可以有效的挡住多余的喷涂料，然后喷淋头7内喷出的水带动挡板6上多余的喷涂料落入过滤池2池内，然后经过过滤池2过滤再经由循环泵8抽出，再循环上述操作，形成循环的喷淋装置，从而多色铝单板喷涂用防护装置，有效的带走多余的喷涂料，减少喷涂料污染，通过设置的过滤池2，支撑横梁15、踏板14和过滤池2之间通过螺栓连接，方便工作人员行走，过滤池2内部两侧设有挡条，且抽拉滤盒5和过滤池2之间通过挡条卡接，滤芯9和抽拉滤盒5之间通过螺栓连接，排水口3端面螺纹连接有外盖，通过滤芯9将多余的喷涂料进行过滤，形成可循环的喷淋水，更加环保，整体结构简单、效果好，且稳定性和实用性较高。
