1. A sheet feeder, characterized by comprising:

a housing having an accommodating space;

The sheet feeder according to claim 5, wherein the horizontal plate has a set of first mounting holes and a set of second mounting holes, the lift plate has a set of third mounting holes and a set of attaching and detaching holes, the first mounting holes correspond to the third mounting holes, and the attaching and detaching holes correspond to a set of the second mounting holes;

the paper feeder further comprises a group of first connecting pieces and a group of second connecting pieces, the first connecting pieces penetrate through the first mounting holes and the third mounting holes to connect the lifting plate with the horizontal plate, and the second connecting pieces penetrate through the second mounting holes to fixedly mount the horizontal plate on the lifting rod.

the paper feeding machine further comprises a proximity sensor installed in the lower accommodating space, wherein the proximity sensor corresponds to the detection hole and is used for detecting whether the packaging paper is placed in the upper accommodating space.

10. The baling press, its characterized in that includes:

a packer main body having a packing paper grasping arm;

the paper supply machine of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the wrapping paper grasping arm is adapted to grasp wrapping paper from an upper receiving space of the paper supply machine.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a paper feeder and a packaging machine.

Background

In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of life of people, the fast food industry develops rapidly, the demand of people on food in a fast-paced environment is greatly met, and great convenience is brought to the life of people.

In the fast food industry, hamburgers, fried chicken, and the like, typically require wrapping paper for packaging. At present, foods such as hamburgers and fried chicken are packed by adopting an artificial packing mode, an operator usually needs to extract from a stack of packing paper in sequence to pack in the process of artificial packing, the operation speed is slow, the cost is high, and the requirement of fast-paced production cannot be met.

Since the packing paper is usually arranged in a stack, how to sequentially split the packing paper arranged in the stack in the automatic packing process is a very troublesome technical problem.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a sheet feeder and a wrapping machine, which can be used for placing wrapping paper and controlling the lifting of the wrapping paper, so as to facilitate the grabbing of the wrapping machine by the grabbing arm, and improve the wrapping efficiency of the wrapping machine.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sheet feeder comprising:

a housing having an accommodating space;

the lifting plate is movably arranged in the accommodating space and divides the accommodating space into an upper accommodating space and a lower accommodating space, and the upper accommodating space is used for placing packing paper;

and the lifting mechanism is arranged in the lower accommodating space and used for controlling the lifting of the lifting plate.

Preferably, the lifting mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a lifting rod, the top end of the lifting rod is connected to the lifting plate, the bottom end of the lifting rod is connected to the driving assembly, and the driving assembly can drive the lifting rod to lift so as to control the lifting plate to lift.

Preferably, the driving assembly comprises a driving member, a worm, a first worm wheel and a second worm wheel, the first worm wheel is mounted on an output shaft of the driving member, the second worm wheel is mounted at the bottom end of the lifting rod, one end of the worm is rotatably connected to the first worm wheel, and the other end of the worm is connected to the second worm wheel.

Preferably, the lifting mechanism further comprises a guide rail and a mounting plate, the mounting plate comprises a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, the horizontal plate is mounted at the top end of the lifting rod, the vertical plate is slidably mounted on the guide rail, and the lifting plate is mounted on the horizontal plate.

Compared with the prior art, the paper feeder and the packer provided by the invention have at least one of the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention provides a paper supply machine and a packaging machine, which can be used for placing packaging paper and controlling the lifting of the packaging paper, so that the grabbing of a grabbing arm of the packaging machine is facilitated, and the packaging efficiency of the packaging machine is improved;

2. the invention provides a paper feeder and a packer, wherein a laser emitter and a laser sensor are installed at the top opening of an upper accommodating space, and whether packing paper in the upper accommodating space is lifted in place or not can be detected through the laser emitter and the laser sensor, so that the stability of the operation process is improved;

3. the invention provides a paper feeder and a packer, wherein the positions of a first mounting lug and a second mounting lug of a shell on which a laser emitter and a laser sensor are mounted are adjustable, and the mounting heights of the laser emitter and the laser sensor can be adjusted according to use requirements;

4. according to the paper feeding machine and the packaging machine, the lifting plate is further provided with the detection hole, the proximity sensor corresponding to the detection hole is arranged in the lower accommodating space of the shell, the proximity sensor can detect whether packaging paper is placed in the upper accommodating space or not, and whether the packaging paper in the upper accommodating space is used up or not can be judged.

Example 1

Referring to the attached drawings 1 to 4 of the specification, the paper feeder provided by the invention is illustrated, and can be used for placing wrapping paper and controlling the lifting of the wrapping paper, so that the gripping arm of a packer can grip the wrapping paper, and the packing efficiency of the packer is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, and 3 of the specification, specifically, the sheet feeder includes a housing 1, an elevating plate 2, and an elevating mechanism 3. The housing 1 has an accommodating space 10. The lifting plate 2 is movably installed in the accommodating space 10, and divides the accommodating space 10 into an upper accommodating space 11 and a lower accommodating space 12, wherein the upper accommodating space 11 is used for placing packing paper. The lifting mechanism 3 is installed in the lower accommodating space 12 and used for controlling the lifting of the lifting plate 2.

The packing paper which is arranged in a laminated mode is suitable for being placed in the upper containing space 11, and the lifting mechanism 3 can control the lifting plate 2 to lift, so that the packing paper in the upper containing space 11 is controlled to lift, and the packing paper is grabbed by a grabbing arm of a packing machine.

Further, the lifting mechanism 3 comprises a driving component 31 and a lifting rod 32, the top end of the lifting rod 32 is connected to the lifting plate 2, the bottom end of the lifting rod 2 is connected to the driving component 31, and the driving component 31 can drive the lifting rod 32 to lift so as to control the lifting plate 2 to lift.

Preferably, the driving assembly 31 includes a driving member 311, a worm, a first worm gear and a second worm gear, the first worm gear is mounted on the output shaft of the driving member 311, the second worm gear is mounted on the bottom end of the lifting rod, one end of the worm is rotatably connected to the first worm gear, and the other end of the worm is connected to the second worm gear.

In the preferred embodiment, the first worm gear is mounted on the output shaft of the driver 31, the first turning of the power of the driver 31 can be achieved by the engagement between the first worm gear and the worm, the second turning of the driver 311 can be achieved by the engagement between the worm and the second worm gear, and the elevation of the elevation lever 32 can be controlled.

Further, the outer wall of the lifting rod 32 is provided with threads, the second turbine is in threaded fit with the lifting rod 32, and when the second turbine rotates, the lifting of the lifting rod 32 can be controlled.

Preferably, the driving member 311 is a motor. The driving member 311 is vertically installed in the lower receiving space 12. Alternatively, the driving member 311 can also be horizontally installed in the lower receiving space 12. Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4 of the specification, further, the lifting mechanism 3 further includes a guide rail 33 and a mounting plate 34, the mounting plate 34 includes a horizontal plate 341 and a vertical plate 342, the horizontal plate 341 is mounted at the top end of the lifting rod 32, the vertical plate 342 is slidably mounted on the guide rail 33, and the lifting plate 2 is mounted on the horizontal plate 341.

In the process that the driving element 311 drives the lifting plate 2 to move, the vertical plate 342 slides along the guide rail 32, so that the lifting rod 32 can be prevented from deviating in the lifting process, and the stability of the lifting plate 2 in the lifting process can be improved.

Preferably, the guide rail 33 is installed on the inner wall of the lower receiving space 12 of the housing 1, and the outer wall of the vertical plate 342 has a slider adapted to the guide rail 33. Alternatively, in other preferred embodiments of the present invention, a rail groove adapted to the rail 33 can be further provided on an outer wall of the vertical plate 342.

Preferably, the lifting plate 2 is detachably mounted to the horizontal plate 341, and the horizontal plate 341 is detachably mounted to the top end of the lifting rod 32. Alternatively, in other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the lifting plate 2 is integrally formed with the horizontal plate 341, and the horizontal plate 341 is integrally formed with the top end of the lifting rod 32.

Further, the horizontal plate 341 has a set of first mounting holes 3411 and a set of second mounting holes 3412, the lifting plate 2 has a set of third mounting holes 21 and a mounting and dismounting hole 22, the first mounting holes 3411 correspond to the third mounting holes 21, and the mounting and dismounting hole 22 corresponds to the set of second mounting holes 3412. The sheet feeder further includes a set of first connectors passing through the first mounting holes 3411 and the third mounting holes 21 to connect the lifting plate 2 to the horizontal plate 341, and a set of second connectors passing through the second mounting holes 3412 to fixedly mount the horizontal plate 341 to the lifting rod 32.

The mounting and dismounting hole 22 corresponds to a set of the second mounting holes 3412, and the horizontal plate 341 can be dismounted from the lifting rod 32 without dismounting the horizontal plate 341 from the lifting plate 2, so that the lifting plate 2 and the horizontal plate 341 can be mounted and dismounted together.

Referring to the accompanying drawings 1, 2 and 3 of the specification, further, the top of the housing 1 has at least one first mounting lug 13 and at least one second mounting lug 14, and the first mounting lug 13 and the second mounting lug 14 are respectively located at two sides of the top opening of the accommodating space 10. The paper feeding machine further comprises at least one laser emitter 14 and at least one laser sensor 16, wherein the laser emitter 15 is mounted on the first mounting lug 13, and the laser sensor 16 is mounted on the second mounting lug 14.

The laser emitter 15 is adapted to emit light, such as, but not limited to, laser light. The laser sensor 16 is adapted to receive laser light emitted by the laser emitter 14. In the process that the lifting mechanism 3 controls the lifting plate 2 to lift and adjust the height of the wrapping paper, when the laser sensor 16 does not receive the light emitted by the laser emitter 15, it indicates that the height of the lifting plate 2 meets the requirement.

Further, the first mounting lug 13 has a first mounting long hole 1311, and the second mounting lug 14 has a second mounting long hole 141, so that the mounting height of the laser transmitter 15 can be changed by changing the position where the laser transmitter 15 is mounted in the first mounting long hole 1311, and the mounting height of the laser sensor 16 can be changed by changing the position where the laser sensor 16 is mounted in the second mounting long hole 1411.

Further, the lifting plate 2 is provided with a detection hole 23. The paper feeding machine further includes a proximity sensor 17 installed in the lower receiving space 12, the proximity sensor 17 corresponding to the detection hole 23 for detecting whether the packing paper is placed in the upper receiving space 11.

During the operation of the packaging machine, when the proximity sensor 117 senses that the packaging paper is not present in the upper accommodating space 11, it indicates that the packaging paper in the upper accommodating space 11 is used up, and the packaging paper needs to be replaced.

Further, the sheet feeder provided by the present invention further includes a micro-control module, which is electrically connected to the driving assembly 31, the laser emitter 15, the laser sensor 16 and the proximity sensor 17, respectively, and is configured to control operations of the driving assembly 31, the laser emitter 15, the laser sensor 16 and the proximity sensor 17.

The paper feeder provided by the invention further comprises a switch button, wherein the switch button is electrically connected to the micro-control module, and the driving assembly 31 can be controlled to control the lifting plate 2 to return to the original position by pressing the switch button, so that new packaging paper can be placed in the upper accommodating space 11 conveniently.

Example 2

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is further provided a sheet feeder including a main body of a sheet feeder and the above-described sheet feeder according to embodiment 1. The packaging machine main body is provided with a packaging paper grabbing arm, and the packaging paper grabbing arm is suitable for grabbing packaging paper from an upper accommodating space of the paper supply machine.
