The safety valve is opened automatically when the air pressure in the box body is too high, the box body exhausts air outwards, when the air pressure in the box body is reduced to a certain value, the safety valve is closed to realize the sealing function of the packing box, but the safety valve is only suitable for the safety valve for automatically relieving the pressure when the air pressure in the box body exceeds the external air pressure by a certain value when the external air temperature of the packing box is increased or the packing box is transported to a high altitude area, but when the external air temperature of the packing box is reduced or the air pressure in the box body is lower than the external air pressure by a certain value when the external air temperature of the packing box is reduced or the packing box is transported from the high altitude area to a low altitude area, the safety valve does not work, the pressure caused by the internal and external pressure difference is resisted by the strength and rigidity of the packing box, and the packing box and the contents are easily damaged when the internal and external pressure difference exceeds a certain value.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that an automatic pressure release valve for a sealed packaging box cannot be opened in two directions and the risk of damage to the packaging box and contents is caused, and provides a breather valve for the sealed packaging box.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a breather valve for a sealed packing box comprises a valve body I and a valve body II which are matched together in a rotating mode, the inner cavities of the valve body I and the valve body II are communicated, a plugging cover is matched on the inner side wall of the valve body I in a rotating mode, the plugging cover is a perforated annular plate, two annular steps which are a first annular step and a second annular step are arranged inside the valve body II respectively, a piston is arranged in the inner cavity of the valve body II, a piston is arranged in the valve body II in a clearance fit mode, a piston shaft of the piston extends into the inner cavity of the valve body I and penetrates through the plugging cover, a thread is arranged on the outer side of one end of the piston shaft penetrating through the plugging cover, a cushion is sleeved with a cushion through the thread, a pore plate is sleeved on the piston shaft between the plugging cover and the piston, an extending section is formed by the pore plate and one end, facing the plugging cover, of the pore plate, an extending section is sleeved with a small spring together, and the plugging cover and the pore plate are provided with a large spring sleeved on the outer side of the small spring, and a sealing ring II is arranged between the pore plate and the second annular stepped end faces of the piston end cover and the valve body II.

The working principle is as follows: through adjusting the position of the cushion on the piston shaft, the pretightening force of the small spring can be adjusted, namely the air pressure value of the breather valve during exhaust is adjusted. Through adjusting the position of blanking cover in valve body I, the pretightning force of big spring, atmospheric pressure value when adjusting the breather valve promptly and admitting air. When the air pressure in the box is greater than the air pressure in the box by a certain value, the air pressure in the box acts on the piston, the piston is separated from the sealing ring II by compressing the small spring, the air in the box is enabled to be exhausted out of the box, as shown in figure 2, when the air pressure in the box is greater than the air pressure in the box by a certain value, the air pressure in the box acts on the piston and the sealing ring II simultaneously, the sealing ring II is enabled to be separated from the valve body II by compressing the large spring, and the air in the box is enabled to enter the box, as shown in figure 3.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the invention replaces the safety valve (automatic pressure release valve) commonly used for the sealed packing box, and can simultaneously realize the automatic air inlet function when the internal pressure of the sealed packing box is less than a certain value of external pressure and the automatic air outlet function when the internal pressure is more than the certain value of external pressure by utilizing the combined structure of double springs; the risk of damage to the packaging box and the contents caused by the conventional safety valve when the internal air pressure of the packaging box is lower than the external air pressure by a certain value is avoided.

The invention has the advantages of simple process, low processing cost, strong practicability, convenient operation and good military and economic benefits.

As shown in figure 1, the breather valve for the sealed package box comprises a valve body I1 and a valve body II 10 which are matched together in a rotating mode, the inner cavities of the valve body I1 and the valve body II 10 are communicated, a plugging cover 4 is matched on the inner side wall of the valve body I1 in a rotating mode, the plugging cover 4 is a perforated annular plate, two annular steps which are respectively a first annular step and a second annular step are arranged inside the valve body II 10, a piston 9 is arranged inside the inner cavity of the valve body II 10, the piston 9 is in clearance fit in the valve body II 10, a piston shaft of the piston 9 extends into the inner cavity of the valve body I1 and penetrates through the plugging cover 4, threads are arranged on the outer side of one end of the piston shaft penetrating through the plugging cover 4, a cushion 2 is sleeved through the threads, a pore plate 7 is sleeved on the piston shaft between the plugging cover 4 and the piston 9, an extension section is formed by the pore plate 7 and one end of the cushion 2 facing the plugging cover 4 along the piston shaft, a small spring 3 is sleeved on the extension sections of the cushion 2 and the pore plate 7, the plug cover 4 and the pore plate 7 are provided with a large spring 5 which is sleeved outside the small spring 3, and a sealing ring II 8 is arranged between the pore plate 7 and the second annular step end faces of the piston end cover and the valve body II 10.

One end of the small spring 3 acts on the cushion 2, the other end acts on the pore plate 7, and the pretightening force of the small spring 3, namely the air pressure value when the breather valve exhausts, can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the cushion 2 on the shaft of the piston 9.

The blanking cover 4 is connected in the valve body I1 through threads, one end of the large spring 5 acts on the blanking cover 4, the other end of the large spring acts on the pore plate 7, and the pretightening force of the large spring 5 can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the blanking cover 4 in the valve body I, namely, the air pressure value of the breathing valve during air intake is adjusted.

When the air pressure in the box is larger than the air pressure outside the box by a certain value, the air pressure in the box acts on the piston 9, the piston 9 is separated from the sealing ring II 8 through the pressure reducing spring 3, and the air in the box is discharged out of the box, as shown in figure 2, and figure 2 shows the exhaust state of the breather valve.

When the air pressure outside the box is larger than the air pressure inside the box by a certain value, the air pressure outside the box simultaneously acts on the piston 9 and the sealing ring II 8, the sealing ring II 8 is separated from the valve body II 10 by compressing the large spring 5, so that the air outside the box enters the box, as shown in figure 3, and figure 3 shows the air inlet state of the breather valve.
