Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a sesame oil skimming device, which comprises: container 1, flapper 2, and a drive mechanism, wherein:

the container 1 is a pan-shaped vessel with a circular arc bottom structure. Flapper 2 has an open vessel, flapper 2 is located inside container 1 and can be driven by a driving mechanism to vibrate up and down, so that oil in sesame oil can be separated and float up when the flapper 2 vibrates at high frequency. The center line of flapper 2 coincides with the center line of container 1, the opening of flapper 2 faces upward, and the edge of the opening of flapper 2 is provided with a plurality of oil overflow ports 21 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, so that oil in container 1 can enter flapper 2 through oil overflow ports 21.
