The width of a modern large paper machine can reach 11m, the working speed of the modern large paper machine reaches more than 1000m/min, the weight of the whole machine reaches more than thousand tons, and the machine reaches more than hundred meters, the occupied area of the paper machine is large, and the production cost is high, so that the machine is not suitable for small factories and folk workshops to process original pulp paper such as toilet paper, drafts and toilet paper, therefore, most of the small factories and folk workshops still adopt the traditional manual operation to produce the original pulp paper, even if a small paper machine is adopted, the problem that the formed paper is still inconvenient to take out from the inside of a forming groove exists, and the production efficiency is not high.
