The geotechnical engineering investigation of the power transmission line is an important component of the investigation in the power industry, wherein the stability of a tower of the power transmission line is a basic condition for ensuring the normal operation of the overhead power transmission line, factors such as the landform and the landscape where the tower is preset, the type of the tower, the required foundation depth, the drilling cost and the like are comprehensively considered, and the most widely used drilling tool is still the most original hand-operated twist drill in the geotechnical engineering investigation of the power transmission line at present.

In actual drilling operation, along with the increase of drilling depth and the change of underground soil layer strength, sometimes after a twist drill bit carries soil, the drill rod is difficult to pull up, sometimes even 3-4 people cannot pull up, the drill rod has to be rotated in the opposite direction, and in the drilling process, when the drill rod needs to be increased, the upper rotating structure needs to be disassembled, and then the drill rod is assembled. Therefore, the drilling period is prolonged, a large amount of manpower is consumed, and after the soil turns reversely, the soil structure is seriously disturbed, so that field workers can misjudge the soil property, and the provided data is deviated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing hand-operated twist drill is difficult to pull in the drilling process, and provides a combined hand-operated twist drill pulling tool and a drilling pulling method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

According to the scheme, the threaded hollow steel pipe is horizontally placed in the earth taking process of the tool drilling, the threaded hollow steel pipe and the steel handle are both used as handles (the functions are consistent), and field workers hold the steel handles on two sides and the threaded hollow steel pipe to rotate; when the tool is drilled to a certain depth and needs to be pulled out, the detachable base is connected with the threaded hollow steel pipe, and the detachable base is pulled out by rotating the threaded hollow steel pipe to be perpendicular to the ground and taking the detachable base as a fulcrum.

According to above-mentioned scheme, still including supporting drilling rod, along with boring the process deepening, when the drilling rod is high more than the ground when not enough, directly be connected supporting drilling rod with the drilling rod through the screw thread (solved the problem that traditional twist drill need dismantle drilling rod upper portion rotary device when adding the drilling rod at present stage every time).

According to the scheme, the length of the steel handle is 4-6 times of the distance between the steel nail at the front end of the handle and the clamping structure, namely 5 times of labor is saved.

2) when the drill bit needs to be pulled out after drilling to a certain depth, the threaded hollow steel pipe is rotated to be vertical to the ground by taking the fixed steel nail as a circle center, the threaded hollow steel pipe is connected with the detachable base, and the detachable base is used as a fulcrum to be pulled out;

3) in the pulling process, the switch handle is controlled to tightly engage the clamping structure and the drill rod by controlling the clamping structure, and after the adjustment is finished, a field operator lifts upwards through the steel handle to pull;

4) after the drill bit at the bottom of the pull-out hole is loosened, the clamping structure is controlled to control the switch handle to loosen the clamping structure, and the drill rod is manually pulled out (the pull-out speed is increased); if the drill bit is loosened after the bottom of the hole is pulled up, the manual pulling up is still difficult, the clamping structure can be readjusted to control the switch handle, and the continuous pulling up is completed.

According to the scheme, in the step 3), when the pulling force is insufficient due to some special conditions, a hollow sleeve is inserted into the steel handle, and the length of the force arm is adjusted.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the hand-operated twist drill drilling and pulling processes are combined for use, the combined tool has the functions of drilling and continuous pulling, soil can be taken for drilling, whether the continuous pulling function is required or not can be selected by combining with the actual soil layer condition, the drilling period is shortened, a large amount of manpower is saved, the drilling efficiency and the drilling quality can be obviously improved, and the tool is simple to operate and convenient to carry and has a better market application prospect;

2. the drilling process still selects a static pressure rotation method of the traditional twist drill, the pulling process occludes the drill rod through the clamping structure and utilizes the lever principle to pull, along with the deepening of the drilling process, when the height of the drill rod above the ground is not enough, the matched drill rod can be directly connected with the drill rod, and the problem that the upper rotating device of the drill rod needs to be detached when the drill rod is added to the traditional twist drill at the current stage every time is solved.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the combined hand twist drill pulling tool comprises a detachable base 1, a threaded hollow steel pipe 2, a fixed steel nail 3, a clamping structure 4, a clamping structure control switch handle 5, a steel handle 6, a hollow sleeve 7, a drill rod 8, a twist drill 9 and a matched drill rod 10; the threaded hollow steel pipe 2 is connected with a steel handle 6 through a fixed steel nail 3, the threaded hollow steel pipe 2 can rotate up and down around the steel handle 6 by taking the steel nail 3 as a circle center, the detachable base 1 is in threaded connection with the threaded hollow steel pipe 2, the detachable base 1 is connected with the hollow steel pipe 2 when pulling is needed, the threaded hollow steel pipe 2 is perpendicular to the ground through rotation, and the detachable base 1 is used as a fulcrum to pull; the middle front part of the steel handle 6 is provided with a groove for connecting the clamping structure 4, the upper end of the drill rod 8 is clamped and arranged at the groove of the middle front part of the steel handle 6 through the clamping structure 4, and the clamping structure control switch handle 5 is used for controlling the clamping structure 4 to be screwed and loosened; the hollow sleeve 7 can be inserted into a steel handle 6 and is used for increasing the length of the force arm if necessary; the lower end of the drill rod 8 is fixed with the twist drill 9 by welding, and the matched drill rod 10 is connected with the drill rod 8 by screw threads.

The drilling and pulling method of the combined type hand-operated twist drill pulling tool provided by the embodiment of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:

1) in the drilling and soil taking process, the threaded hollow steel pipe 2 is placed horizontally to achieve the same function as the steel handle 6, the two sides of the handle can be held by hands to rotate, and the drill rod 8 drives the twist drill 9 to rotate for drilling; along with the deepening of the drilling process of the drill rod 8, when the height of the drill rod 8 above the ground is not enough, the matched drill rod 10 can be directly connected with the drill rod 8 through a screw thread, and the problem that a rotating device at the upper part of the drill rod needs to be disassembled when the drill rod is added to the traditional twist drill at each time at the present stage is solved;

3) in the pulling process, the clamping structure 4 and the drill rod 8 are tightly occluded by controlling the clamping structure control switch handle 5, after the adjustment is finished, a field operator lifts upwards through the steel handle 6 to pull, the length of the steel handle 6 is designed to be about 5 times of the distance between the steel nail 3 at the front end of the handle and the clamping structure 4 at present, namely 5 times of labor is saved, the pulling force can basically meet the requirements of field operation through preliminary calculation, but a hollow sleeve 7 is configured in consideration of some special conditions, the steel handle 6 can also be designed into a pulling structure to adjust the length of the force arm, and the equipment has the continuous pulling function through the design of the clamping structure;

4) after the drill bit at the bottom of the pulling hole is loosened, the clamping structure can be controlled to control the switch handle 5 to loosen the clamping structure 4, the drill rod 8 is manually lifted, and the pulling rate is increased; if the drill bit is loosened after the bottom of the hole is pulled up and pulled out, the manual pulling up and pulling out is still difficult, the clamping structure can be readjusted to control the switch handle 5, the operation is repeated, and the continuous pulling up and pulling out is carried out until one-time operation is completed.

The combined tool has the functions of drilling and continuous pulling, and solves the problem that a rotating device at the upper part of a drill rod needs to be disassembled when the drill rod is added to the traditional twist drill each time.
