1. The UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil comprises the following components in parts by weight:

50-60 parts of modified acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin: 30-40 parts of benzyl acrylate: 5-15 parts, 5-10 parts of a photoinitiator, and a wetting auxiliary agent: 0.5-2 parts.

2. The UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil of claim 1, wherein the modified acrylic resin is a HC5110 model modified acrylic resin available from Guangdong Hao Hai New materials.

3. The UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil of claim 1, wherein the polyurethane acrylic resin is an HP6615 type polyurethane acrylic resin available from Guangdong Hao Hai New materials.

4. The UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil of claim 1, wherein the photoinitiator comprises 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-methanone and benzophenone.

5. The UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil of claim 4, wherein the weight portion of the 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone is 2-6;

the benzophenone is 2-6 parts by weight.

6. A method for preparing the UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

A) mixing the modified acrylic resin, the polyurethane acrylic resin and the photoinitiator, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;

B) and stirring and mixing the mixture, the wetting assistant and benzyl acrylate to obtain the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil.

7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the stirring speed in the step A) is 1000-1500 rpm; the stirring time in the step A) is 15-30 min.

8. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the stirring speed in the step B) is 1000-1500 rpm; the stirring time in the step B) is 20-30 min.

9. Use of a UV-curable high surface tension varnish according to any one of claims 1 to 5 in paper printing.

10. The use according to claim 9, wherein the UV-curable high surface tension varnish is applied to the surface of the paper in a thickness of 3 to 5 μm.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil, and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

UV varnish is a transparent coating, also known as UV varnish. The coating is sprayed or rolled on the surface of a substrate, and then is irradiated by a UV lamp to change the liquid state into the solid state instantly, so that the surface is hardened and is scratch-resistant. And looks beautiful, bright and mellow in texture. The method is most applied to the printing industry, such as surface treatment of tobacco, wine, cosmetics, food packaging and the like.

However, the printing process is usually multi-layer coating printing, so as to achieve more aesthetic effects, such as printing color ink on gloss oil, special effects, and the like. At present, other effects of printing on high-hardness gloss oil are difficult to achieve, and the recoatability is poor. Therefore, the surface tension of the UV varnish film needs to be over 38 dyne so as to improve the wettability, provide good recoatability and ensure the quality of printed matters.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil, a preparation method and application thereof.

The invention provides UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

50-60 parts of modified acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin: 30-40 parts of benzyl acrylate: 5-15 parts, 5-10 parts of a photoinitiator, and a wetting auxiliary agent: 0.5-2 parts.

Preferably, the modified acrylic resin is a modified acrylic resin of HC5110 model supplied by Guangdong Haohui New Material company.

Preferably, the polyurethane acrylic resin is an HP6615 model polyurethane acrylic resin available from guangdong haohui new materials corporation.

Preferably, the photoinitiator comprises 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-methanone and benzophenone.

Preferably, the weight portion of the 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone is 2-6 portions;

the benzophenone is 2-6 parts by weight.

The invention provides a preparation method of the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil, which comprises the following steps:

A) mixing the modified acrylic resin, the polyurethane acrylic resin and the photoinitiator, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;

B) and stirring and mixing the mixture, the wetting assistant and benzyl acrylate to obtain the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil.

Preferably, the stirring speed in the step A) is 1000-1500 revolutions/min; the stirring time in the step A) is 15-30 min.

Preferably, the stirring speed in the step B) is 1000-1500 revolutions/min; the stirring time in the step B) is 20-30 min.

The present invention provides the use of a UV curable high surface tension varnish as described above in paper printing.

Preferably, the coating thickness of the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil on the surface of the paper is 3-5 μm.

Detailed Description

The invention provides UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight:

50-60 parts of modified acrylic resin, polyurethane acrylic resin: 30-40 parts of benzyl acrylate: 5-15 parts, 5-10 parts of a photoinitiator, and a wetting auxiliary agent: 0.5-2 parts.

In the present invention, the modified acrylate resin is preferably a modified acrylate resin of HC5110 type supplied by the new material of guangdong haohui, which is a main film forming substance and contains polar bonds, and provides high surface energy after film formation. The modified acrylic resin is preferably 50 to 60 parts by weight, such as 50 parts, 51 parts, 52 parts, 53 parts, 54 parts, 55 parts, 56 parts, 57 parts, 58 parts, 59 parts or 60 parts, and preferably ranges in which any of the above values is an upper limit or a lower limit.

In the present invention, the urethane acrylic resin is preferably a hexafunctional urethane acrylic resin available from the new material, guangdong haohui, model HP6615, to provide high hardness and high gloss properties. The weight portion of the polyurethane acrylic resin is preferably 30 to 40 parts, such as 30 parts, 31 parts, 32 parts, 33 parts, 34 parts, 35 parts, 36 parts, 37 parts, 38 parts, 39 parts or 40 parts, and preferably any value is a range with an upper limit or a lower limit.

In the present invention, the benzyl acrylate is preferably benzyl acrylate model EM75 supplied by Changxing materials industries, Inc.; the benzyl acrylate single-functional-group monomer has high leveling property, good recoatability, low viscosity and good dilutability. The parts by weight of the benzyl acrylate is preferably 5 to 15 parts, such as 5 parts, 6 parts, 7 parts, 8 parts, 9 parts, 10 parts, 11 parts, 12 parts, 13 parts, 14 parts or 15 parts, and preferably any of the above values is a range with an upper limit or a lower limit.

In the present invention, the photoinitiator is a high-efficiency radical initiator, preferably comprising 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone (PI184) and benzophenone (PIBP), and the weight part of the 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone is preferably 2 to 6 parts, such as 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts or 6 parts, and is preferably a range value with any of the above values as an upper limit or a lower limit; the benzophenone is preferably 2 to 6 parts by weight, such as 2 parts, 3 parts, 4 parts, 5 parts or 6 parts by weight, and is preferably a range value with any value of the above values as an upper limit or a lower limit.

In the invention, the wetting assistant can provide leveling property of gloss oil and improve surface tension of a paint film, and is preferably a BYK3650 wetting assistant, wherein the weight part of the wetting assistant is preferably 0.5-3 parts, such as 0.5 part, 1 part, 1.5 part, 2 parts, 2.5 parts or 3 parts, and is preferably a range value taking any value as an upper limit or a lower limit.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil, which comprises the following steps:

A) mixing the modified acrylic resin, the polyurethane acrylic resin and the photoinitiator, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture;

B) and stirring and mixing the mixture, the wetting assistant and benzyl acrylate to obtain the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil.

In the present invention, the types, sources and usage amounts of the modified acrylic resin, the urethane acrylic resin, the photoinitiator, the wetting assistant and the benzyl acrylate are the same as those of the modified acrylic resin, the urethane acrylic resin, the photoinitiator, the wetting assistant and the benzyl acrylate, and are not described herein again.

The stirring speed of the mixture in the preparation step A) is preferably 1000-1500 revolutions/min, such as 1000 revolutions/min, 1100 revolutions/min, 1200 revolutions/min, 1300 revolutions/min, 1400 revolutions/min or 1500 revolutions/min, and is preferably a range value taking any value as an upper limit or a lower limit; the stirring time of the mixture in the preparation step A) is preferably 15-30 min, and more preferably 20-25 min.

After the mixture is obtained, the wetting auxiliary is preferably added into the mixture under the stirring condition, then the benzyl acrylate is added, the mixture is uniformly stirred, and a 200-mesh filter screen is used for filtering to obtain the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil.

In the invention, the stirring speed is preferably 1000-1500 rpm, such as 1000 rpm, 1100 rpm, 1200 rpm, 1300 rpm, 1400 rpm or 1500 rpm, and is preferably a range value taking any value as an upper limit or a lower limit; the stirring time is preferably 20-30 min, and more preferably 25-28 min.

The invention also provides the application of the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil in paper printing, and specifically, the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil is printed on the surface of paper to form a gloss oil coating, and then other printing is carried out on the surface of the gloss oil coating.

In the present invention, the UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil is preferably used with an in-line offset printing press orThe gravure printing machine is used for printing, the printing speed is preferably 10000-13000 sheets/hour, and the construction viscosity is preferably 30-50 seconds/25 ℃ (coating-4 cups); the invention uses ultraviolet radiation for curing in coating printing, such as using a high-pressure mercury lamp, with the output power more than or equal to 30KW and 1000-1500J/cm2Is cured.

In the invention, the thickness of the coating formed by UV curing the high surface tension gloss oil is preferably 3-5 μm.

In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe the UV curable high surface tension gloss oil, its preparation method and application in detail, but should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

See table 1 for raw material amounts.

The modified acrylic resin, the polyurethane acrylic resin and the photoinitiators PI184, PIBP were mixed and stirred at a machine speed of 1000 rpm for 20 minutes until the photoinitiators were completely dissolved.

Under the condition of low-speed stirring, adding wetting assistant BYK3650, stirring for 30min at the machine speed of 1000 rpm, adding benzyl acrylate and uniformly stirring. Filtering with a 200-mesh filter screen to obtain the UV-cured high-surface-tension gloss oil.

Examples 2 to 3

UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil was prepared according to the method of example 1 and the formulation in Table 1.

Comparative examples 1 to 2

UV-curable high surface tension gloss oil was prepared according to the method of example 1 and the formulation in Table 1.

The gloss oil obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was printed under the following printing conditions, and the obtained printed matter detection structure is shown in table 2:
