Technical Field

Background

At present, after a hosiery machine or circular knitting equipment is knitted for the last circle, the hosiery in a needle cylinder on the hosiery machine or the circular knitting equipment needs to be transferred to additional processing equipment for removing a sewing head, and the situations of missed stitches, hanging loops, needle drop and the like are often caused by the fact that an upper transfer is not aligned with a knitting needle on the needle cylinder in the transferring process.

In view of the above, the inventors of the present invention have made extensive studies on how to improve and ensure the accurate alignment between the knitting needles on the hosiery machine and the upper transfer needles.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the picking transfer needle with the knitting needle guiding function, which has the advantages of simple structure, accurate alignment of the knitting needle and the upper transfer needle, and capability of avoiding missed stitches, hanging loops and needle drop in fabric picking and transferring, and the fabric picking and transferring method.

The specific scheme of the invention is as follows:

The thickness of the front needle rod is smaller than that of the rear needle rod, on the basis of ensuring the mechanical strength of the picking transfer needle, the structure with the thick rear surface and the thin front surface is beneficial to ensuring the guiding and aligning accuracy of the guide needle surface relative to the knitting needle when the picking transfer needle moves back and forth and moves up and down, and the technical structure with the thin front needle rod can reduce the possibility of hard collision between the knitting needle and the picking transfer needle and reduce the friction between the last circle of coils of socks or fabrics after being transferred to the moving loop needle and the picking transfer needle. The front needle rod and the rear needle rod are gradually thickened through the transition section, and the structural strength of the picking transfer needle is improved.

The two guide needle surfaces are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the front needle rod, and the guide needle surfaces are arranged at the two sides to improve the guide performance of the guide needle surfaces to the knitting needles.

The transverse length of the guide pin surface comprises the whole front needle rod and part of the rear needle rod, and the guide effect is further improved by prolonging the length of the guide pin surface.

The upper top surface of the front needle rod is a picking surface, the height of the picking surface is lower than that of the rear needle rod, the height of the front needle rod is reduced, the matching performance of the picking transfer needle and the knitting needle is facilitated, and the knitting needle and the upper transfer needle are aligned conveniently.

A web pick-up and transfer method, said web pick-up and transfer method comprising the steps of:

step one, after a hosiery machine or circular knitting equipment finishes knitting a last circle, a hosiery supporting barrel arranged in a needle cylinder supports a fabric away from a sinker, meanwhile, a knitting needle drives the hosiery or the fabric to rise to a height waiting for picking and transferring, an upper picking and transferring mechanism and a lower picking and transferring mechanism move above the needle cylinder, and the axis of the upper picking and transferring mechanism, the axis of the lower picking and transferring mechanism and the axis of the needle cylinder are aligned with each other;

secondly, the lower picking and transferring mechanism moves downwards, and then the picking and transferring needle moves inwards, so that the guide needle surface of the picking and transferring needle moves to a position corresponding to the knitting needle;

step three, the upper picking and transferring mechanism and the lower picking and transferring mechanism simultaneously move downwards, the knitting needle moves upwards along the guide pin surface to a position corresponding to the upper transferring needle, and the needle head of the knitting needle is guided into the upper transferring needle;

and step nine, the upper picking and transferring mechanism and the lower picking and transferring mechanism move towards the direction of the additionally working equipment simultaneously to realize the picking and transferring of the socks or the fabrics.

And fourthly, pushing the sock and the last circle of the fabric to a position below the latch of the knitting needle by adopting a loop pushing device.

The two picking and transferring needles are a group of matched guide knitting needles, so that the guide effect of the picking and transferring needles on the knitting needles is further improved.

The invention guides the deviated knitting needle to the upper transfer needle through the needle guide surface structure, ensures the accurate alignment of the knitting needle and the upper transfer needle, and avoids the problems of needle leakage, loop hanging and needle drop in the fabric picking and transferring.

Detailed Description

A pick-up transfer needle with a needle guiding function as shown in fig. 1 to 13 comprises a pick-up transfer needle body 1, and the pick-up transfer needle body 1 comprises a stitch 3 and a needle bar 4. The needle bar 4 comprises a front needle bar 2 and a rear needle bar 6 which are integrated, a needle guide surface 5 is arranged at the edge of the transverse bottom of the front needle bar 2, and a knitting needle is guided by the needle guide surface 5 and used for correcting the corresponding position of the knitting needle and an upper transfer needle, so that the phenomena of needle leakage, needle hanging and needle drop caused by dislocation between the knitting needle and the upper transfer needle are solved.

It is preferable as a structure that the thickness of the front needle bar 2 is smaller than that of the rear needle bar 6. The transition section 20 gradually thickens between the front needle rod 2 and the rear needle rod 6.

In order to further improve the guiding effect, the needle guiding surfaces 5 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the front needle bar 2. The needle guide surface 5 comprises the entire front shank 2 and a part of the rear shank 6 in its transverse extent.

The upper top surface of the front needle bar 2 is a picking surface (position indicated by reference numeral 2) which is lower in height than the upper top surface of the rear needle bar 6 (position indicated by reference numeral 6).

A fabric pick-up and transfer method comprising the steps of:

after the last circle of knitting is finished by a hosiery machine or circular knitting equipment, a sock supporting barrel 15 arranged in a needle cylinder 13 supports the fabric away from a sinker 14, meanwhile, a knitting needle 8 drives the sock or the fabric to rise to a height waiting for picking and transferring, an upper picking and transferring mechanism 11 and a lower picking and transferring mechanism 10 move to the upper part of the needle cylinder 13, and the axis of the upper picking and transferring mechanism 11, the axis 10a of the lower picking and transferring mechanism 10 and the axis 13a of the needle cylinder 13 are aligned with each other;

secondly, the lower picking and transferring mechanism 10 moves downwards, then the picking and transferring needle 1 moves inwards, and the guide needle surface 5 of the picking and transferring needle moves to a position corresponding to the knitting needle 8;

step three, the upper pick-up transfer mechanism 11 and the lower pick-up transfer mechanism 10 simultaneously move downwards, the knitting needle 8 moves upwards along the needle guide surface 5 to a position corresponding to the upper transfer needle 9, and the knitting needle head 8a is guided into the upper transfer needle 9;

fourthly, the lower pick-up transfer mechanism 10 and the pick-up transfer needle 1 continue to move downwards, so that the lower pick-up transfer mechanism 10 stops moving after the last circle of the socks 16 or the fabric is pushed to a position below the knitting needle latch 8 b;

step five, the picking transfer needle 1 moves outwards to enable the front needle bar 2 of the picking transfer needle to be separated from the knitting needle 8;

step six, the lower picking and transferring mechanism 10 continues to move downwards, so that the picking and transferring needle 1 simultaneously moves downwards to the lower side of the needle latch 8b, and then the picking and transferring needle 1 moves inwards, so that the upper top surface of the front needle rod 2 of the picking and transferring needle enters a position below the needle latch 8 b;

seventhly, the lower picking and transferring mechanism 10 moves the picking and transferring needle 1 upwards to transfer the sock 16 or the last circle of fabric onto the upper transferring needle 9;

step eight, the upper pick-up transfer mechanism 11 and the lower pick-up transfer mechanism 10 simultaneously move upwards to completely separate the socks 16 or the fabrics from the knitting needles 8;

and step nine, simultaneously moving the upper pick-up transfer mechanism 11 and the lower pick-up transfer mechanism 10 to the direction of the additionally working equipment to realize pick-up transfer of the socks 16 or the fabrics. Finally, the sock or the fabric is completely separated from the needle cylinder to the additional processing position for additional sewing processing.

The pick-up transfer needles 1 are preferably arranged in groups of two co-operating guide needles 8, so that the curved needles 8 are guided by the needle guide surfaces 5 on the pick-up transfer needles in a correct manner into a position corresponding to the upper transfer needles 9.

Step four is preferably carried out by pushing the sock and the fabric in the last turn by means of the device 12 to a position below the latch 8b of the knitting needle.
