The multi-mode firework setting-off device based on mobile phone control is characterized in that the setting-off device is controlled by transmitting a wireless control signal through a mobile phone APP; the setting-off device comprises a signal receiver for receiving wireless control signals, a position sensor, a closed container, a silencing device, an air purifying device, a recording and videoing system, an audio playing system, an electronic gun system, a wireless transmission system, an ignition system and a control system; the setting-off device is provided with a spherical camera (1) which is higher than the top of the closed container; the mobile phone APP is provided with a risk assessment system, a historical setting-off video and a firework setting-off mode.

The multi-mode firework setting off device based on mobile phone control as claimed in claim 1, wherein the setting off device is provided with universal wheels (2) and brake pads (3) at the bottom, and the upper part of the closed container is a dome-shaped cover (4) which can be opened outwards in a controlled manner.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fireworks, in particular to a multi-mode firework setting-off device based on mobile phone control.

Background

Fireworks are widely used by people as an important means for festival celebration in China.

The fireworks setting off of the field technique have many drawbacks: the explosion/splash generated by the setting off of the fireworks easily causes personnel injury, and particularly in holidays, a great number of personnel gather to cause the setting off of the fireworks to be more dangerous; most of the existing cities have disordered firework setting-off management, particularly in villages, and setting-off fireworks at will not only cause environmental pollution, but also influence normal work/rest of people in specific occasions/time; with the powerful functions of the mobile phone and the prevalence of social software such as WeChat, shooting the fireworks into videos and sharing the videos into a plurality of people when the fireworks are set off, because the setting off time of the fireworks is uncertain, the fireworks with long setting off time need several minutes or even tens of minutes, and a large amount of manpower is consumed when the mobile phone is shot for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the multi-mode firework setting-off device which is high in safety, good in environmental protection and suitable for different scenes and time.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the multi-mode firework setting-off device is controlled by a mobile phone APP to transmit a wireless control signal to control the setting-off device; the setting-off device comprises a signal receiver for receiving wireless control signals, a position sensor, a closed container, a silencing device, an air purifying device, a recording and videoing system, an audio playing system, an electronic gun system, a wireless transmission system, an ignition system and a control system; the firing device is provided with a spherical camera which is higher than the top of the closed container; the mobile phone APP is provided with a risk assessment system, a historical setting-off video and a firework setting-off mode.

Preferably: the bottom of the burning device is provided with a universal wheel and a brake block, and the upper part of the closed container is a dome-shaped cover which can be controlled to open outwards.

Preferably: the firework setting off mode comprises a night mode, a common mode, a festival mode and an independent mode.

Preferably: the common mode is for opening the dome cover, ignites the fireworks in the airtight container through ignition system, records the broadcast process through the recording and video recording system, will record the video transmission to the historical video of setting off of cell-phone APP through wireless transmission system.

Preferably: the night mode is that the dome-shaped cover is closed, fireworks in the closed container are ignited through the ignition system, the recording and playing process is carried out through the recording and recording system, and the recorded video is transmitted to the historical set-off video of the mobile phone APP through the wireless transmission system; the sound of the firecrackers is adjusted by controlling the silencing device in the setting-off process.

Preferably: the festival mode is that the solid fireworks of the ignition system and the fireworks of the electronic gun system are set off in a matching way; and synchronously playing the multi-group/multi-type firework setting-off sound through the audio playing system while setting off the fireworks.

Preferably: the air purification device comprises a motor, a fan and an air filtering component which are positioned at the bottom of the closed container.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. put fireworks in closed container and set off, prevent to set off that the fireworks residue/mars of in-process from splashing and improved the security greatly, the fireworks residue after setting off is convenient for collect and clean in closed container, and air purification device can effectively purify the airtight waste gas of setting off the condition, has fine feature of environmental protection, and is especially fabulous to the setting off effect of non-rising type fireworks.

2. The mobile phone APP is used for controlling the movement of the setting-off device and the setting-off of fireworks, the automation degree is high, and the setting-off is controlled remotely without any danger; when the firework display device is used, the surrounding environment is shot through the spherical camera at the top of the closed container, the setting-off environment (such as whether inflammables exist at the periphery, whether children exist, whether electric power/electronic equipment exists or not) is evaluated through the risk evaluation system in the APP, so that the setting-off device is in a safe environment when fireworks are set off, and the external environment is not influenced while the setting-off device is set off safely.

3. The multi-mode selection of the setting-off device enables the setting-off of fireworks to be more flexible; the noise reduction performance of the closed container is suitable for night setting off; the open type closed container is suitable for common scenes; the combination of the electronic gun and the common gun has more entertainment and appreciation, and particularly can realize good setting-off effect in festival celebration.

4. The recording and videoing system records and sends the mobile phone in the non-lift-off firework setting-off process in the closed container, so that the recording and videoing system is convenient to view and share, safe and convenient.

Detailed Description

The principles of the firework display device and the functions of the various systems of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof, so as to enable those skilled in the art to understand and implement the same.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the multi-mode firework setting-off device based on mobile phone control transmits a wireless control signal through a mobile phone APP to control the setting-off device; the setting-off device comprises a signal receiver for receiving wireless control signals, a position sensor, a closed container, a silencing device, an air purifying device, a recording and videoing system, an audio playing system, an electronic gun system, a wireless transmission system, an ignition system and a control system; the burning device is provided with a spherical camera 1 which is higher than the top of the closed container (by additionally arranging a vertical camera rod on the surface of the burning device, the spherical camera 1 is positioned at the top of the rod, and a line channel is additionally arranged in the rod body); the mobile phone APP is provided with a risk assessment system, a historical setting-off video and a firework setting-off mode.

Wherein, the fireworks are placed in a closed container which is made of wired glass, and the upper part of the closed container is a dome-shaped cover 4 which can be controlled to open outwards; the bottom of the burning device is provided with a universal wheel 2 and a brake block 3 (the control system controls the on/off of a built-in motor to drive the whole device to move); the air purification device comprises a motor 5, a fan 6 and an air filtering component 7 which are positioned at the bottom of the closed container. The opening/closing of the dome cover 4, the air cleaning device, and the respective system elements is controlled by a control system.

The firework display mode comprises a night mode, a common mode, a festival mode and an independent mode.

The common mode is for opening dome cover 4, ignites the fireworks in the airtight container through ignition system (adopt electric ignition, with the lead wire of fireworks and electric ignition's ignition end fixed contact), records the broadcast process through the recording system, will record the video transmission through wireless transmission system to the history of cell-phone APP in the video of setting off.

The night mode is that the dome-shaped cover 4 is closed, fireworks in the closed container are ignited through the ignition system, the recording and playing process is carried out through the recording and recording system, and the recorded video is transmitted to the historical set-off video of the mobile phone APP through the wireless transmission system; controlling the silencing device to adjust the firecracker setting-off sound in the setting-off process (the silencing device is realized by adding a plurality of layers of sound-absorbing boards, the bottom of the sound-absorbing board is elastically adsorbed at the bottom of the setting-off device through magnetic force, and the sound-absorbing board is ejected out through reverse magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic adsorption device).

The festival mode is that the solid fireworks of the ignition system and the fireworks of the electronic gun system are set off in a matching way; and synchronously playing the multi-group/multi-type firework setting-off sound through the audio playing system while setting off the fireworks.

The independent mode comprises a dome cover control key, an electronic firecracker firing key, a common firecracker firing key and an audio playing key.

Pass through cell-phone APP operating means during the use: transmitting a signal to a burning device and controlling the burning device; the setting-off device receives an instruction through a signal receiver and moves to a setting-off area; selecting a risk evaluation system, shooting an ambient environment image by the spherical camera 1, sending a mobile phone by the control system, sending position information by the position sensor, and carrying out intelligent analysis on the ambient image and the position information (whether unsafe factors, flammable and explosive articles, children, important electric equipment, electronic devices and the like exist around the position); after the risk assessment is carried out, selecting a corresponding firework setting-off mode, and simultaneously starting a recording and video recording system; and fourthly, starting the air purification device, and sending the recorded video to the historical burning video of the mobile phone APP.

The firework setting-off device remotely controls the setting-off of the fireworks through the mobile phone, so that the safety of the fireworks during setting-off is greatly improved; the environmental information can be confirmed before the fireworks are set off through the risk assessment system, so that the harm to others or the environment caused by the setting off of the fireworks is avoided (especially for the fireworks setting off mode after the dome-shaped cover 4 is opened); the firework setting-off process is synchronized by the recording and video system, so that the viewing and sharing are facilitated, and the convenience is improved; the electronic gun system can enable fireworks to be set off in a diversified manner, so that the ornamental effect is better; the silencing device and the air purifying device greatly reduce the noise pollution and the air pollution of the set-off fireworks and have good environmental protection performance.

In a preferred embodiment, the closed container is also provided with a firework storage chamber and an automatic warehouse-out device; the mobile phone APP is provided with a firework setting-off quantity selection key. The multiple groups of fireworks are sequentially set off by selecting the setting off quantity, and after one group of fireworks is set off, the next group of fireworks is automatically moved out of the automatic delivery device to the setting off area until the setting off quantity is reached.
