Background

The existing oil level gauge for the liquid-immersed transformer has a single function and only has the function of detecting the oil level, and actually the transformer needs the assistance of various additional devices in the operation process to ensure the normal operation of the transformer, for example, when the transformer operates, the temperature of a transformer winding and an iron core changes along with the change of the load size and the external environment temperature, so that the volume of transformer oil changes along with the change of the volume, and an oil tank is expanded along with the increase of the pressure in the transformer, and at this time, the heat radiating fins of the transformer need to adopt expandable corrugated fins or an oil storage cabinet and a moisture absorber need to be added. If the temperature of the transformer oil rises due to faults, load condition changes and the like in the operation of the transformer, or a large amount of gas is instantaneously generated due to reasons of partial discharge, overheating and the like, and the forward pressure in the oil tank reaches a certain limit value, the release device needs to be opened to release the pressure in the oil tank, so that the oil tank is prevented from being damaged.

The upper end of the pipe body is provided with the pressure release valve, when the temperature of transformer oil rises due to faults, load condition changes and the like in the running process of the transformer, or a large amount of gas is instantaneously generated due to reasons of partial discharge, overheating and the like, the forward pressure in the oil tank reaches a certain limit value, and the pressure release valve is opened to release the pressure in the oil tank, so that the oil tank is prevented from being damaged.

When transformer oil is cooled and sucked, external air enters through the air flow through hole of the annular oil cup, the external air is filtered through the transformer oil and the allochroic silica gel, and the external air enters the transformer through the radial through hole in the tube body after moisture in the air is filtered; the path is reversed on expiration.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the oil level gauge has the functions of breathing, oil level indication, pressure release and the like, free breathing is realized due to the temperature change of the winding under the condition that the transformer has no fault, the internal pressure of the oil tank is ensured to be equal to the external pressure, and the condition that the oil tank is damaged due to pressure unbalance is avoided;

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a multifunctional oil level gauge for a liquid immersion type transformer includes a connecting rod 12 and a pressure relief valve 1 installed at an upper end of a pipe body 11; one end, far away from the pressure release valve 1, of the pipe body 11 is connected with a transformer tank cover 10, the pipe body 11 is in threaded connection with the transformer tank cover 10 through a base nut 9, threads are arranged on the inner ring and the outer ring of the base nut 9, and internal threads of the base nut 9 are matched with external threads on the pipe body 11; the external thread of the base nut 9 is matched with the internal thread on the transformer tank cover 10. The connecting rod 12 is arranged in the tube body 11, the lower end of the connecting rod 12 extends into the transformer and is connected with the oil float 13, the upper end of the connecting rod 12 is connected with the float indicator 2, and the tube body 11 is provided with an observation window 11-1 for checking the float indicator 2;

As shown in fig. 3, in the air path, when transformer oil is cooled and sucked, external air enters through an air flow through hole 4-2 of an annular oil cup 4, the external air is filtered through transformer oil 5 and allochroic silica gel 7, and the external air is filtered to remove moisture in the air and then enters the interior of the transformer through a radial through hole 11-3 on a tube body 11; the path is reversed on expiration. Allochroic silica gel 7 is mostly blue or white granule, and allochroic silica gel 7 turns yellow along with water content's rising colour gradually, sees through transparent barrel 6 and can observe the colour change of allochroic silica gel 7, treats that allochroic silica gel 7 changes to change allochroic silica gel 7 after turning yellow promptly, and the moisture when avoiding influencing follow-up outside air flow to transformer inside filters.

An annular groove 3-1 with an L-shaped section is arranged below the upper gland 3, the positioning mounting ring 4-1 is clamped in the annular groove 3-1, the air through hole 4-2 is integrally positioned in the annular groove 3-1, the side walls of the two sides of the annular groove 3-1 are not contacted with the positioning mounting ring 4-1, and the oil level of the transformer oil 5 is higher than the inner side groove port of the annular groove 3-1. The side walls of the two sides of the annular groove 3-1 are not in contact with the positioning mounting ring 4-1, so that the air circulation inside and outside the air through hole 4-2 is not influenced, and the air through hole 4-2 is integrally positioned in the annular groove 3-1, so that rainwater and the like are prevented from entering the annular oil cup 4 from the air through hole 4-2. The oil level of the transformer oil 5 is higher than the port of the inner side groove of the annular groove 3-1, so that the air flowing in from the outside is filtered by the transformer oil 5 and then flows into the transparent cylinder 6 from the middle hollow structure of the annular oil cup 4, and is filtered for the second time by the allochroic silica gel 7.

The breathing function comprises an upper gland, a lower gland, an annular oil cup, a transparent cylinder, allochroic silica gel and the like, wherein a certain amount of transformer oil is filled in the annular oil cup, six air circulation holes are formed in the positioning mounting ring along the circumferential direction, and radial through holes for air circulation are also formed in the pipe body.

When the transformer has no fault, the temperature of the transformer body cannot rise or fall quickly, the flow of the breathing function can meet the breathing of internal gas, when the transformer has a fault, the gas is accumulated instantly, the breathing function cannot meet the discharge of the internal gas, and after a certain pressure is reached, the pressure release valve acts to discharge the gas quickly, so that the oil tank is prevented from being damaged.
