A thermocouple utilizing a sprung-roof-in-wall type support cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a plurality of sprung-roof-in-wall type support cartridges are connected to the fixed plate using a through-connection member passing through a central through-hole in the fixed plate and through-holes in the sprung-roof-in-wall type support cartridge, the thermocouple passing through the mounting hole in the fixed plate and extending into the temperature measuring hole in the sprung-roof-in-wall type support cartridge for each sprung-roof-in-wall type support cartridge, the remaining thermocouples passing through the side through-holes in the fixed plate or the gap between the fixed plate and the inner wall of the pipe or the gap between the sprung-roof-in-wall type support cartridge and the inner wall of the pipe to reach the next sprung-roof-in-wall type support.

6. The thermocouple of claim 5, wherein each thermocouple is connected to the junction box by a wire.

7. A thermocouple according to claim 5, in which the through connection member is of solid or hollow construction.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of thermocouples, in particular to a spring top wall-mounted supporting clamping seat and a thermocouple using the clamping seat.

Background

Thermocouples are commonly used temperature measuring instruments and are often used in various occasions or reaction devices requiring temperature control, such as chemical reaction kettles, sintering furnaces and the like. In these devices or situations, it is necessary to pay close attention to the contact between the temperature measuring point of the thermocouple and the object or location to be measured, and to prevent external influences while maintaining effective contact between the temperature measuring point and the object or location to be measured. Meanwhile, the thermocouple is a commonly used temperature detection and control unit in various chemical engineering, nuclear power engineering and other projects, the actual reaction temperature needs to be actually reacted and fed back in time, and more importantly, various adaptability improvements are needed to be carried out on the thermocouple due to different actual use environments, such as corrosion resistance requirements of acid resistance and alkali resistance, wear resistance requirements of dust impact resistance, position requirements of various special temperature measurement structures and the like. In actual use conditions, a long-length tubular structure exists, a plurality of thermocouple temperature measuring points need to be arranged in the length direction, and the temperature measuring points of the thermocouples need to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the metal tubular structure for temperature measurement. The length of the tubular structure brings great invariance to the installation of the inner walls of a plurality of thermocouple temperature measuring points, and the inner wall of the tubular structure often has welding seams left by welding treatment, so that the thermocouple temperature measuring points are easily damaged; the same installation problems exist with long distance thermowells. In order to solve the problem, the applicant develops and applies a Chinese invention patent 'bimetallic-strip-based elastic mounting bracket and a thermocouple using the same' (application number 2019106481667), and aims to drive a thermocouple temperature measuring point to operate in a pipeline by using the form change of bimetallic strips at different temperatures so as to achieve the purpose of being tightly attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, but the design needs to screen and design the bimetallic strips according to the environmental use temperature and lacks certain universality; meanwhile, during installation and use, deformation of the bimetallic strip brings damage risk to a thermocouple temperature measuring point.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a spring top wall-attached type supporting clamping seat and a thermocouple using the clamping seat, aiming at fixing a thermocouple temperature measuring point at an attached position by using the action of a spring and protecting the thermocouple temperature measuring point when the thermocouple is installed, thereby realizing the wall-attached type installation and use of the thermocouple temperature measuring point.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme.

The spring top wall-mounted supporting clamping seat comprises a temperature measuring end, a penetrating body and a supporting body, wherein the temperature measuring end, the penetrating body and the supporting body are sequentially and fixedly arranged from bottom to top.

The temperature measuring end comprises a protective sleeve and a temperature measuring hole arranged in the protective sleeve, and the temperature measuring hole is used for installing and containing (armored) a thermocouple (temperature measuring point)

The penetrating body is arranged at the upper part of the temperature measuring end and comprises a penetrating body outer wall and a through hole, particularly, the penetrating body outer wall is fixedly connected with the protective sleeve of the temperature measuring end, the through hole integrally penetrates through the penetrating body outer wall from left to right, and in the penetrating body outer wall, the through hole is a through hole and is used for accommodating a plurality of penetrating connecting parts which are arranged on the front and the back of connection and abut against the wall and support the clamping seat

The number of supports is at least one, preferably 1 to 2.

The support member is selected to be in point contact with the inner wall of the pipeline, so that friction between the support member and the pipeline is reduced, and the support member is a top semicircle ball and a bottom cylinder, or a spherical ball or a ball.

And a fixing sheet is selected to be used for mounting and matching the plurality of spring top wall-mounted supporting clamping seats and the armored thermocouple.

The stationary blade, including the stationary blade body, side through hole, central through hole and mounting hole set up side through hole, central through hole and mounting hole on the stationary blade body, wherein:

the side through holes are symmetrically positioned at two sides of the central axis and used for the thermocouple to penetrate through the fixing piece and extend to the next fixing piece;

The central through hole on the fixing piece corresponds to the through hole of the spring top adherence type support clamping seat, the mounting hole on the fixing piece corresponds to the temperature measuring hole of the spring top adherence type support clamping seat, and the central through hole is positioned above the mounting hole on the central axis of the fixing piece.

The through connecting part is of a solid structure or a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is preferably used for facilitating air inflation into the installation pipeline through the hollow structure during actual installation and use.

Each thermocouple (namely thermocouple temperature-measuring armor wire) is connected with the junction box through a line so as to realize adherent measurement of the temperature of each preset position in the pipeline.

The invention discloses a spring top wall-attached type supporting clamping seat and a thermocouple using the clamping seat. The technical scheme of the invention utilizes the spring action to fix the temperature measuring point of the thermocouple at the position of the wall-attached position and protect the temperature measuring point, thereby realizing the wall-attached installation and use of the temperature measuring point of the thermocouple.

Detailed Description

The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining specific examples.

The structure of the spring top wall-mounted supporting clamping seat is illustrated by the structure shown in the attached drawing 1, and comprises a temperature measuring end, a penetrating body and a supporting body, wherein the temperature measuring end, the penetrating body and the supporting body are fixedly arranged from bottom to top in sequence.

The temperature measuring end comprises a protective sleeve and a temperature measuring hole arranged in the protective sleeve, and the temperature measuring hole is used for installing and containing (armored) a thermocouple (temperature measuring point)

The design of the whole clamping seat is carried out according to the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the pipeline, then the whole elastic top wall-attached type supporting clamping seat is arranged in the pipeline, at the moment, the supporting part and the inner wall of the pipeline act, the temperature measuring end is transmitted to the temperature measuring end through the spring and the penetrating body, so that the temperature measuring end is attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, a (armored) thermocouple temperature measuring point arranged in a temperature measuring hole is driven to be attached to the inner wall of the pipeline, the temperature measurement attached to the inner wall of the pipeline is realized, and the number of the supporting bodies.

To facilitate push/pull operations in long pipes to prepare the thermocouple temperature measurement points for placement at predetermined locations within the pipe, for the support members, as seen in fig. 1 and 2, the support members are selected to make point contact with the inner wall of the pipe, reducing friction between the two, such as the top and bottom cylindrical support members of fig. 1, or the round balls or beads of fig. 2; the protective sheath is whole cylindrical, and one end opening sets up the temperature measurement hole (the temperature measurement hole does not run through whole protective sheath), selects to set up the protection end at the other end of protective sheath, is about to the other end design round platform shape of protective sheath. Thus, when the push/pull operation is performed in a long pipe, the protection end in the shape of a truncated cone at the front end of the protection sleeve can not only protect the thermocouple in the temperature measurement hole, but also reduce the contact or collision with the inner wall of the pipe.

The plurality of ejection wall-mounted supporting clamping seats are connected by a penetrating connecting part, a thermocouple is arranged in a temperature measuring hole of each ejection wall-mounted supporting clamping seat, and a fixing piece shown in the attached drawing 3 is selected to be used for mounting and matching the plurality of ejection wall-mounted supporting clamping seats and the armored thermocouples.

The stationary blade, including the stationary blade body, side through hole, central through hole and mounting hole set up side through hole, central through hole and mounting hole on the stationary blade body, wherein:

the side through holes are symmetrically positioned at two sides of the central axis and used for the thermocouple to penetrate through the fixing piece and extend to the next fixing piece;

the central through hole is positioned on the central axis and is used for penetrating through the connecting part so as to connect the front elastic top wall-mounted support clamping seat and the rear elastic top wall-mounted support clamping seat;

the mounting hole is positioned on the central axis and below the central through hole and used for enabling the thermocouple to penetrate through the fixing piece and extend into a temperature measuring hole of the spring top wall-mounted type supporting clamping seat matched with the fixing piece.

The central through hole on the fixing piece corresponds to the through hole of the spring top adherence type support clamping seat, the mounting hole on the fixing piece corresponds to the temperature measuring hole of the spring top adherence type support clamping seat, and the central through hole is positioned above the mounting hole on the central axis of the fixing piece.

For each spring top adherence type support clamping seat, the armored thermocouple passes through the mounting hole of the fixing piece and extends into the temperature measuring hole of the spring top adherence type support clamping seat, and the rest armored thermocouples pass through the side through holes of the fixing piece or the gap between the fixing piece and the inner wall of the pipeline or the gap between the spring top adherence type support clamping seat and the inner wall of the pipeline to reach the next spring top adherence type support clamping seat until the last spring top adherence type support clamping seat.

The through connecting part is of a solid structure or a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is preferably used for facilitating air inflation into the installation pipeline through the hollow structure during actual installation and use.

In this embodiment, a plurality of sheathed thermocouples converge on the mounting flange, and each sheathed thermocouple (i.e., thermocouple temperature-measuring sheathed wire) is connected with the junction box through a line, so as to realize adherent measurement of the temperature of each preset position in the pipeline.

The invention has been described in an illustrative manner, and it is to be understood that any simple variations, modifications or other equivalent changes which can be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention fall within the scope of the invention.
