the preparation method comprises the following steps:

A. firstly, repeatedly crushing straw powder, green tea powder and lotus leaf powder in raw materials, and sieving the crushed materials with a 80-mesh sieve as a standard;

B. sequentially adding the rest raw materials into a stirring container according to the corresponding weight of the raw materials, manually stirring, adding a proper amount of water in the process, uniformly stirring to form a paste, putting into a refrigerator, and refrigerating at 3-5 ℃ for 40 minutes;

C. adding straw powder, green tea powder and lotus leaf powder into the refrigerated paste, adding into a stirrer, and stirring at 200-300 rpm for three minutes.

D. Adding the raw materials finally obtained by stirring into a mold according to the requirement, heating to 180-40 ℃ and taking out after 30-40S molding;

E. taking out the formed tableware, and coating an ethyl cellulose waterproof coating on the surface of the formed tableware;

F. and finally, placing the tableware in an ultraviolet disinfection box for irradiation and sterilization for 5-10 minutes.

Background

With the improvement of living standard, the requirement and pursuit of health of people are higher and higher, wherein, in the aspect of diet, tableware is closely related to the health of people because of being closely contacted with food and can bring negative influence to the health of people if the internal quality of the tableware is poor, tableware of various materials is available on the market at present, some tableware contains certain harmful substances, after being contacted with food, the harmful substances can enter the food and damage the health of people, at present, ceramic or enamel tableware is commonly used at home, the glaze pigment contains harmful metals, the enamel contains compounds such as lead silicate, the wooden tableware is stable in chemical property and is not easy to clean, at present, plastic tableware taking melamine formaldehyde resin as the main raw material is popular with people, but when high-temperature food or water is contained, part of the harmful substances can permeate into the food or water, and the application range is greatly limited. Particularly, the usage amount of disposable tableware is greatly increased for the rise of the current takeout industry, but the quality and the sanitary standard of the tableware are difficult to control, the tableware is not good and uniform, and the types of the disposable health tableware which is environment-friendly and degradable are few, so the research on the environment-friendly tableware by adopting plant fibers is carried out at present, but the problem of easy cracking exists, and the research is further carried out aiming at the problem.
