and 3) after quenching is finished, pulling out the dust hood, the hose on the water supply pipe connector and the hose on the sewer pipe connector, and pouring coke in the quenching tank into a designated area to finish quenching operation.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of coking equipment, and particularly relates to a low-moisture environment-friendly coke quenching car for a small coke oven and an operation process thereof.

Background

With the upsizing of domestic blast furnaces, the quality requirements of the blast furnaces on coke are gradually improved. The contradiction is that the storage amount of the high-quality coke-rich coal is reduced year by year, and the adding proportion of the coke-rich coal in the blended coal is limited. Under the background, the compatibility among various coal types is researched, the coal blending structure is optimized, the coking performance of the blended coal is improved through the complementarity among the various coal types, and the improvement of the coke quality becomes very important.

Most of domestic coke plants research coal blending schemes and guide production through 40kg experimental coke ovens, and coke quenching modes comprise dry coke quenching and wet coke quenching. Because the dry quenching is relatively complex in equipment and far higher in implementation cost than wet quenching and less in application, most laboratories still mainly adopt a direct spraying wet quenching mode at present. However, the direct spraying can cause the moisture of the upper coke to be too high or red coke to be arranged at the lower part in the quenching process, thereby influencing the implementation result. In addition, the toxic vapor generated in the quenching process pollutes the environment and also threatens the physical health of operators. Therefore, it is necessary to design a quenching device to improve the operation environment while improving the quenching effect.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the low-moisture environment-friendly coke quenching car for the small coke oven and the operation process thereof, and the coke quenching way combining top quenching and bottom quenching is adopted, so that the environment is not polluted, and the occupational health of operators can be ensured.

An operation process of a low-moisture environment-friendly coke quenching car for a small coke oven comprises the following steps:

step 1) adjusting the water inlet positioning height of an upper water pipe to 8-10 cm below the liquid level in advance before receiving red coke, and adjusting the water inlet positioning height of a lower water pipe to 10-12 cm below the liquid level;

step 2) filling red coke into a coke quenching tank body, covering a dust hood, opening a water feeding valve and a water discharging valve simultaneously through a water valve switch, spraying coke quenching water in a water tank on the red coke through an upper water pipe hose, a lower water pipe hose, an atomizing nozzle and a water outlet hole by means of gravity, and discharging generated steam into the water tank through the dust hood, the dust removing hose and a positioning rod and a steam outlet for purification;

and 3) after quenching is finished, pulling out the dust hood, the hose on the water supply pipe connector and the hose on the sewer pipe connector, and pouring coke in the quenching tank into a designated area to finish quenching operation.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

A low-moisture environment-friendly coke quenching car for a small coke oven is shown in figure 1 and comprises a cart 1, a coke quenching box 2, a water tank 3, a water feeding pipe 4, an atomizing spray head 5, a dust hood 6, a dust removal hose 7, a water feeding pipe connector 8, a water feeding valve 9, a water valve switch 10, a positioning rod 11, a water feeding pipe water inlet positioning 12, a water feeding pipe hose 13, a sewer pipe water inlet positioning 14, a sewer pipe hose 15, a steam outlet 16, a sewer valve 17, a sewer pipe connector 18, a sewer pipe 19 and a water outlet 20, wherein the coke quenching box 2 and the water tank 3 are arranged on the cart 1 in parallel;

According to a preferable scheme, the number of the atomizing nozzles 5 is more than 3, and the included angle between each atomizing nozzle 5 and the side wall of the coke quenching box 2 is 30-50 degrees; the number of the water outlet holes 20 is more than 3.

In a preferable scheme, the positioning rod 11 and the downcomer 19 are made of stainless steel with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

In a preferable scheme, the dust removal hose 7, the water feeding hose 13 and the water discharging hose 15 are made of rubber materials.

(4) After quenching is finished, pulling out the dust hood, the hose on the water supply pipe connector and the water drain pipe connector, and dumping coke in the quenching tank to a designated area to finish quenching operation.

Example 2

Based on the operation process of the low-moisture environment-friendly coke quenching car for the small coke oven, which is described in the embodiment 1, the specific steps are as follows:

(1) before the red coke is connected, the water inlet positioning height of the water feeding pipe is adjusted to be 10cm below the liquid level in advance, and the water inlet positioning height of the water discharging pipe is adjusted to be 12cm below the liquid level.

(2) The coke quenching tank is filled with 1000 ℃ red coke, then a dust hood is covered, a water feeding valve and a water discharging valve are opened simultaneously through a water valve switch, the coke quenching water in the water tank is sprayed on the red-hot coke through an upper water pipe hose, a lower water pipe hose, an atomizing nozzle and a water outlet hole by means of gravity, and the generated steam is discharged into the water tank through the dust hood, a rubber hose and a positioning rod and is purified through a steam outlet.

(3) After quenching is finished, pulling out the dust hood, the hose on the water supply pipe connector and the hose on the water drain pipe connector, dumping coke in a quenching tank to a designated area, finishing quenching operation, and measuring and displaying that the coke moisture is 5%.

Example 3

Based on the operation process of the low-moisture environment-friendly coke quenching car for the small coke oven, which is described in the embodiment 1, the specific steps are as follows:

(1) before the red coke is connected, the water inlet positioning height of the water feeding pipe is adjusted to be 8cm below the liquid level in advance, and the water inlet positioning height of the water discharging pipe is adjusted to be 10cm below the liquid level.

(2) The coke quenching tank is filled with 1000 ℃ red coke, then a dust hood is covered, a water feeding valve and a water discharging valve are opened simultaneously through a water valve switch, the coke quenching water in the water tank is sprayed on the red-hot coke through an upper water pipe hose, a lower water pipe hose, an atomizing nozzle and a water outlet hole by means of gravity, and the generated steam is discharged into the water tank through the dust hood, a rubber hose and a positioning rod and is purified through a steam outlet.

(3) After quenching is finished, pulling out the dust hood, the hose on the water supply pipe connector and the hose on the water drain pipe connector, dumping coke in a quenching tank to a designated area, finishing quenching operation, and measuring and displaying that the coke moisture is 3%.
