1. The camellia soap composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:

50-80 parts of camellia oil;

8-20 parts of sodium hydroxide;

10-30 parts of hydrolat;

20-60 parts of hot spring water.

2. The camellia soap composition of claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight:

60-70 parts of camellia oil;

10-17 parts of sodium hydroxide;

13-20 parts of hydrolat;

40-55 parts of hot spring water.

3. The camellia soap composition of claim 1, wherein the camellia oil is produced by a cold pressing process using wild camellia seeds.

4. The camellia soap composition of claim 1, wherein the hydrolat is prepared from at least one of green tea, honeysuckle, osmanthus fragrans and rose flowers by distilling with hot spring water.

5. The camellia soap composition of claim 1, wherein,

the sodium hydroxide is refined by adopting seawater.

6. A preparation method of a camellia soap composition comprises the following steps:

alkali solvent step: dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrolat, and cooling to a preset temperature to obtain alkaline hydrolat;

heating raw materials: heating the camellia oil and the hot spring water to the preset temperature respectively;

a saponification reaction step: under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding the alkaline hydrosol and the hot spring water into the camellia oil, and keeping for a first preset time to carry out saponification reaction;

a forming step: and pouring the mixture into a mold after the saponification reaction is finished, keeping the mixture at the preset temperature for a second preset time, pouring out the mixture, and cutting the mixture to obtain the camellia soap.

7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:

and (3) airing: placing the camellia soap in a soap room, and airing for more than 35 days under the conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity to remove water in the camellia soap.

8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the preset temperatures are 37 ℃ to 39 ℃ in the alkali solvent step, the raw material heating step and the molding step.

9. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the first preset time is 4-6 h.

10. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the two preset times are 18-30 h.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to a camellia soap composition and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the improvement of living standard of people, the performance requirements of people on daily chemical articles are higher and higher, and the daily chemical article which is necessary for people is used for washing hands, faces and bathes in the process of perfumed soap.

Some traditional soap-based soaps have a large number of hydroxide radicals, which can exert destructive influence on the stratum corneum of the skin, so that the skin of people is damaged; many handmade soaps also cause the skin to feel dry and tight, which seriously affects the use feeling of people.

It should be noted that the statements herein merely provide background information related to the present application and may not necessarily constitute prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present application is proposed to provide a camellia soap composition and a method for preparing the same that overcomes or at least partially solves the above problems.

According to one aspect of the application, a camellia soap composition is provided, wherein the camellia soap composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:

Optionally, in the above camellia soap composition, the sodium hydroxide is refined by using seawater.

According to another aspect of the present application, a method for preparing a camellia soap composition is provided, which comprises:

alkali solvent step: dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrolat, and cooling to a preset temperature to obtain alkaline hydrolat;

heating raw materials: heating the camellia oil and the hot spring water to the preset temperature respectively;

a saponification reaction step: under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding the alkaline hydrosol and the hot spring water into the camellia oil, and keeping for a first preset time to carry out saponification reaction;

a forming step: and pouring the mixture into a mold after the saponification reaction is finished, keeping the mixture at the preset temperature for a second preset time, pouring out the mixture, and cutting the mixture to obtain the camellia soap.

Optionally, the method further includes:

and (3) airing: placing the camellia soap in a soap room, and airing for more than 35 days under the conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity to remove water in the camellia soap.

Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below. The camellia soap is prepared from camellia oil mainly, pure dew and hot spring water rich in various beneficial mineral elements, can provide various nutritional ingredients for the skin while mildly cleaning the skin, and can improve the defects of dry skin, water shortage, oil passing and easiness in allergy.

According to some embodiments of the present application, a camellia soap composition is provided, wherein the camellia soap composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of camellia oil; 8-20 parts of sodium hydroxide; 10-30 parts of hydrolat; 20-60 parts of hot spring water.

The camellia oil is the main component of camellia seeds and accounts for 25-35% of the dry weight of the camellia seeds. The camellia oil belongs to non-drying oil, is colorless or light yellow oily liquid, and does not contain erucic acid, cholesterol, aflatoxin and other additives. In the application, the original ecological high-quality raw materials are particularly recommended to be used for cold pressing of the non-refined whole camellia oil, so that a better effect can be achieved.

The camellia oil is rich in nutrition, contains fatty acids (93% of unsaturated fatty acids, wherein the oleic acid is 82%, and the linoleic acid is 11%), camellin, tea polyphenol, saponin, tannin, and squalene, squalene and flavonoids which are rich in antioxidants and have an anti-inflammatory effect, and has an excellent effect on resisting cancers. The camellia oil is also rich in vitamin E and trace elements such as calcium, iron, zinc and the like, and the zinc element which is praised as 'flowers of life' by medical scientists and nutriologists has the content 10 times that of the soybean oil.

The hydrolat, also called water essential oil (hydrate), refers to a 100% saturated distillation stock solution separated during the extraction of essential oil during the distillation extraction process, which is a byproduct of essential oil, and has natural and pure components and light and pleasant fragrance. In some embodiments of the present application, the hydrolat is prepared by distilling at least one of green tea, honeysuckle, sweet osmanthus, and rose using mineral water. The preparation method of the hydrolat can refer to the prior art.

In hot spring water, a great amount of various mineral ions exist, and the skin is well improved. The hot spring water can be prepared by means of purification and the like, particularly, the camellia soap composition prepared from the hot spring water has the effects of moistening and tendering the skin of a human body and maintaining the mineral water balance, and has more obvious effect than the common mineral water, which is one of the important characteristics of the application. The hot spring water is naturally gushed out from the underground, the temperature of the spring mouth is obviously higher than the underground natural spring water of the average temperature of the local year, the hot spring water contains mineral spring water of trace elements beneficial to the health of human bodies, and the beneficial trace elements can enter the skin of the human bodies through the exchange action, thereby having very strong improvement effect on the skin. Further, within the specific range given in the present application, better effects can be obtained

The processing method of the hot spring water can refer to the prior art.

For the sodium hydroxide, cosmetic-grade industrial sodium hydroxide can be adopted, the application recommends using seawater-extracted sodium hydroxide, namely commonly called seawater alkali, and a large amount of trace elements beneficial to human skin are remained in the seawater-extracted sodium hydroxide, so that the using effect and using feeling of the camellia soap composition can be further improved.

In the application, hot spring water, camellia oil and seawater alkali are adopted for saponification, particularly, stirring reaction is carried out for a period of time at the reaction temperature of 37-39 ℃, fatty acid sodium (generally called soap) and high-quality glycerin can be generated through saponification, wherein the glycerin can form an invisible protective film on the surface of the skin, isolate the external air from the skin, resist the invasion of the external environment for the skin, particularly in winter, the glycerin has an especially obvious skin moistening effect, and can play a certain protection role for the skin; moreover, glycerin also has the effects of preventing skin from frost cracking, repairing damaged skin stratum corneum and the like. And the glycerin is colorless, sweet and the like, so that a user can feel pleasure.

The fatty acid sodium generated by the camellia oil and the seawater alkali is mainly sodium oleate and sodium linoleate, the sodium oleate and the sodium linoleate have excellent emulsifying power, penetrability and detergency and good solubility in warm water, are used as anionic surfactants and are main components of handmade soaps, can not only perform a decontamination effect, but also have a moistening effect on the skin, so that a user feels comfortable after using the soap without feeling dry and tight.

Because the reaction raw materials are high-quality hot spring water, camellia oil and seawater alkali, the generated sodium aliphatate and glycerin are high-quality, and particularly the generated high-quality glycerin has particularly remarkable moistening and repairing effects on the skin.

In other embodiments of the present application, the above camellia soap composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of camellia oil; 10-17 parts of sodium hydroxide; 13-20 parts of hydrolat; 40-55 parts of hot spring water.

In some embodiments of the application, the camellia oil can be prepared by adopting wild camellia seeds through a cold pressing process, the oil content of the wild camellia oil prepared through cold pressing is generally 25-35%, the wild camellia oil mainly contains oleic acid, linoleic acid and the like, the content and the proportion of fatty acid of the wild camellia oil are extremely similar to those of olive oil, and even the indexes of some nutritional ingredients are higher than those of the olive oil.

According to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a method of making a camellia soap composition, which method can be used to make any of the camellia soap compositions described above, in the preparation method, the amount of each component is referred to the above camellia soap composition, and the use of original ecological non-refined whole camellia oil is recommended in the application, because the water content of the original-ecology non-delicate whole camellia oil and many other aspects are unstable, the saponification value written on the textbook is not necessarily accurate, therefore, the preparation difficulty is much higher than that of industrialized vegetable oil, the camellia soap composition prepared by repeatedly debugging and because all the components of the raw materials of the camellia soap composition are effective components has no chemical residue, especially no free alkali, and compared with the soap prepared by adopting clean water and industrial vegetable oil in the prior art, the prepared camellia soap composition has better skin moistening effect.

The preparation method at least comprises the following steps:

alkali solvent step: and dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrolat, and cooling to a preset temperature to obtain the alkaline hydrolat.

Different from the traditional cold soap, the preparation method is carried out at a preset temperature in the whole process, and the preset temperature is higher than room temperature, such as 30-45 ℃. Firstly, dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrolat, wherein the dissolving process is exothermic, and after the dissolving is finished, cooling to a preset temperature to obtain the alkaline hydrolat.

Heating raw materials: and respectively heating the camellia oil and the hot spring water to the preset temperature.

Then heating the raw materials camellia oil and hot spring water to the above preset temperature, such as 30-45 deg.C, respectively.

A saponification reaction step: and under the condition of stirring, sequentially adding the alkaline hydrosol and the hot spring water into the camellia oil, and keeping for a first preset time to perform saponification reaction.

Under the condition of stirring, firstly adding the alkaline hydrosol into the camellia oil, after the alkaline hydrosol is completely added, continuously stirring, then adding the hot spring water, and keeping for a period of time to carry out saponification reaction.

A forming step: and pouring the mixture into a mold after the saponification reaction is finished, keeping the mixture at the preset temperature for a second preset time, pouring out the mixture, and cutting the mixture to obtain the camellia soap.

Pouring the mixture into a mold after saponification reaction is finished, solidifying and molding the mixture in the mold, specifically, keeping the mixture for a period of time at a preset temperature, pouring the mixture out of the mold, wherein the camellia soap becomes a large solid, and cutting the large solid into small blocks with different sizes as required to obtain the camellia soap.

In order to further reduce the water content and alkalinity of the tea soap, the method further comprises the following steps: and (3) airing: the camellia soap is placed in a soap room and aired for more than 35 days under the conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity so as to remove water in the camellia soap and reduce the alkaline strength of the camellia soap.

The camellia soap composition prepared by the preparation method of the application keeps the glycerin naturally generated in the saponification reaction, the glycerin content is about 25%, the camellia soap composition has the effects of mildly cleaning and not drying the skin, no chemical additive is added, no residue exists after the only caustic alkali is completely saponified, and the free alkali is detected to be 0.

In some embodiments of the present application, the preset temperature in the alkali solvent step, the raw material heating step and the molding step in the above-mentioned method is not limited, and in other embodiments, the preset temperature is 37 to 39 ℃.

In some embodiments of the present application, in the above-mentioned method, the saponification reaction time is not limited, and in other embodiments, the saponification reaction time, i.e., the first predetermined time, is 4 to 6 hours, preferably 4 hours.

In some embodiments of the present application: in the above method, in the molding step, the molding time is not limited, and the second preset time is 18 to 30 hours, preferably 24 hours.

Example 1

The camellia soap composition A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of camellia oil; 20 parts of sodium hydroxide; 30 parts of hydrolat; 20 parts of hot spring water.

The preparation method of the camellia soap composition A comprises the following steps:

alkali solvent step: and dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrosol, and cooling to 39 ℃ to obtain the alkaline hydrosol.

Heating raw materials: heating camellia oil and hot spring water to 39 deg.C respectively.

A saponification reaction step: adding alkaline hydrosol and hot spring water into oleum Camelliae Japonicae under stirring, and maintaining for 4 hr for saponification reaction.

A forming step: pouring into a mold after saponification reaction is finished, keeping at 39 ℃ for 24h, pouring out, and cutting into small blocks.

And (3) airing: placing the small blocks in a soap room, and air-drying at constant temperature and humidity for 35 days to obtain Camellia soap composition A.

The camellia soap composition a prepared in example 1 was tested, and the test results are shown in table 1.

The camellia soap composition B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 080 parts of camellia oil; 10 parts of sodium hydroxide; 10 parts of hydrolat; 45 parts of hot spring water.

The preparation method of the camellia soap composition B comprises the following steps:

alkali solvent step: and dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrosol, and cooling to 40 ℃ to obtain the alkaline hydrosol.

Heating raw materials: heating camellia oil and hot spring water to 40 deg.C respectively.

A saponification reaction step: adding alkaline hydrosol and hot spring water into oleum Camelliae Japonicae under stirring, and maintaining for 6 hr for saponification reaction.

A forming step: pouring into a mold after saponification reaction is finished, keeping at 40 ℃ for 28h, pouring out, and cutting into small blocks.

And (3) airing: placing the camellia soap small blocks in a soap room, and airing for 36 days under the conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity to obtain the camellia soap composition B.

Example 3

The camellia soap composition C comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of camellia oil; 10 parts of sodium hydroxide; 10 parts of hydrolat; 45 parts of hot spring water.

The camellia oil is prepared by adopting wild tea oil seeds and performing a cold pressing process.

Alkali solvent step: and dissolving sodium hydroxide in the hydrosol, and cooling to 39 ℃ to obtain the alkaline hydrosol.

Heating raw materials: heating camellia oil and hot spring water to 39 deg.C.

A saponification reaction step: adding alkaline hydrosol and hot spring water into camellia oil in sequence under stirring, and keeping for 6h after the hot spring water is completely added to perform saponification reaction.

A forming step: pouring into a mold after saponification reaction is finished, keeping at 39 ℃ for 30h, pouring out, and cutting into small blocks.

And (3) airing: placing the small blocks in a soap room, and air-drying at constant temperature and humidity for 35 days to obtain Camellia soap composition C.
