Technical Field

Background

It can be used to distribute electric energy, start asynchronous motor infrequently, protect power supply circuit and motor, and automatically cut off circuit when they have serious overload or short circuit and undervoltage faults, and its function is equivalent to the combination of fuse switch and over-and-under-heat relay. Moreover, after the fault current is cut off, parts do not need to be changed generally, and the method is widely applied. Traditional low voltage circuit breaker uses traditional modes such as thermal tripping, magnetism tripping to realize protection functions such as circuit load, short circuit, undervoltage and electric leakage, and the distribution system that accompanies constantly enlarges, and traditional low voltage circuit breaker equipment only has a mode, can only accomplish inherent function, and when traditional low voltage circuit breaker goes wrong, the action of tripping will unable the realization. And the setting value in the traditional low-voltage circuit breaker is preset, so that the problem of large use limitation is caused.

For solving traditional distribution circuit breaker equipment mode single, the setting in the traditional low voltage circuit breaker is for presetting, has caused the great problem of use limitation, does not possess network communication ability or only has local communication function scheduling problem, and can't meet the rail with present other equipment, can't more accurate and efficient control. The existing problems cause that the traditional low-voltage circuit breaker can not fully apply modern information technologies and advanced communication technologies such as mobile interconnection, artificial intelligence and the like around each link of the power system, and the requirements of universal interconnection, man-machine interaction and the like in each link of the power system are met. The intelligent breaker resource management system is combined with a service communication structure system based on subscription, an advanced lightweight communication technology of the Internet of things is used, the intelligent breaker equipment resource is uniformly managed, the traditional breaker function module is expanded and extended, the integration research of the Internet of things communication protocol and the power system is developed by combining the plug-and-play, the IP automatic allocation, the multithreading technology and the wired/wireless communication technology, and the bottom layer technical support is provided for the establishment of an intelligent distribution network system.

The tripper adopts thermal trip and magnetism trip mixed mode, and thermal element of thermal trip realizes the protect function to short circuit, transshipping, and the magnetism trip is connected with MSP430G2553 chip, establishes ties in distribution live wire circuit, realizes that the current overload attracts in the twinkling of an eye and alleviates thermal element perception time delay. The second chip of the intelligent circuit breaker device is developed by adopting STM32F303VCT6, is in data communication with MSP430G2553 through an SPI interface, develops a lightweight Internet of things communication protocol LWM2M on the second chip, and realizes information interaction with the master station 7. Meanwhile, STM32F303VCT6 may send a control command to MSP430G2553 to trigger a magnetic trip action.

Example 3:

based on the same invention concept, the invention also provides an implementation method of the Internet of things intelligent circuit breaker based on the open protocol, and because the principle of solving the technical problems of the methods is similar to that of the implementation device of the Internet of things intelligent circuit breaker based on the open protocol, repeated parts are not repeated. The flow chart is shown in fig. 3, and includes:

collecting the power distribution network data based on local equipment resources installed in a power distribution network;

the second chip unit 4 of the intelligent circuit breaker feeds back an action instruction issued by the external control equipment to the first chip 3 of the intelligent circuit breaker;

a disconnecting device connected with the first chip 3 of the intelligent circuit breaker controls the disconnecting device to execute the operation of the action command based on the action command;

the action command is determined by the external control equipment connected with the second chip unit 4 of the intelligent circuit breaker based on the open protocol through the data of local equipment resources and the state of the disconnecting device.

Example 4:

based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides an implementation system of the internet of things intelligent circuit breaker based on the open protocol, and the framework of the implementation system is shown in fig. 4 and comprises the following components:

an Internet of things intelligent circuit breaker realization device based on an open protocol and a master station 7;

the master station 7 is in communication connection with the intelligent circuit breaker implementation device based on an open protocol, (the function of the external control device in embodiment 1 can be implemented by the master station 7 in embodiment) the master station 7 is configured to receive the state of the intelligent circuit breaker implementation device, and is further configured to send an action instruction, which is generated by the intelligent circuit breaker implementation device, to the intelligent circuit breaker implementation device based on data of local device resources.

Preferably, the intelligent circuit breaker implementation device is in communication connection with the master station 7 in a wired/wireless manner.

Preferably, the master station 7 is specifically configured to issue a first chip trip instruction to be forwarded to the first chip unit 3 of the intelligent circuit breaker through the second chip unit 4 of the intelligent circuit breaker to calculate a first execution instruction based on data of local device resources and a state of the implementation apparatus of the intelligent circuit breaker, and send the first execution instruction to the disconnecting apparatus;

or issuing a second tripping instruction, calculating a second execution instruction in the second chip unit 4 of the intelligent circuit breaker, and sending the second execution instruction to the disconnecting device through the first chip unit 3 of the intelligent circuit breaker;

or issuing setting value adjusting instruction information to adjust the setting value stored in the first chip unit 3 of the intelligent circuit breaker.

As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

The present application is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the application. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application and not for limiting the scope of protection thereof, and although the present application is described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that after reading the present application, they can make various changes, modifications or equivalents to the specific embodiments of the application, but these changes, modifications or equivalents are all within the scope of protection of the claims to be filed.
