1. The desulfurization stirring head is characterized by comprising a main body and a double-layer stirring paddle (1) arranged on the peripheral surface of the main body;

an injection tube (2) penetrates through the inside of the main body, and a desulfurizer inlet (3) and a desulfurizer outlet (4) are respectively arranged at two ends of the injection tube (2).

The desulfurization stirring head as described in claim 1, wherein an exhaust cavity (5) is provided in said main body, an exhaust port (6) is provided at the top end of said exhaust cavity (5), the bottom end is sealed, and said blowing pipe (2) penetrates said exhaust cavity (5) from top to bottom.

The desulfurization stirring head of claim 1, wherein the main body comprises a flange section (7), a column section (8) and a stirring section (9) which are connected in sequence from top to bottom, and the stirring paddle (1) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring section (9).

4. The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 3, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the column section (8) is provided with a reinforcing rib plate (10).

The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 3, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the column section (8) is coated with a first refractory material layer (11); the stirring paddle (1) comprises a stirring core plate (13) and a second refractory material layer (12) wrapped on the peripheral surface of the stirring core plate (13).

The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of V-shaped reinforcing bars (14) are welded between the outer peripheral surface of the column section (8) and the first refractory layer (11) and between the outer peripheral surface of the stirring core plate (13) and the second refractory layer (12).

The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer diameter of the stirring paddle (1) at the upper layer is not smaller than the outer diameter of the stirring paddle (1) at the lower layer; and the height of the lower layer of the stirring paddle (1) is 1/2-1/4 of the height of the upper layer of the stirring paddle (1).

8. The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of stirring paddles (1) are provided for each layer, and a plurality of stirring paddles (1) on the upper layer are spirally provided on the outer circumferential surface of the main body.

9. The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 8, characterized in that the angle η between the upper surface of the stirring paddle (1) in the upper layer and the horizontal plane satisfies: eta is more than 0 and less than or equal to 30 degrees.

The desulfurization stirring head according to claim 8, characterized in that the radial projection of the stirring paddle (1) of the lower layer is an inverted trapezoid; and the anteversion angle beta from bottom to top of the iron facing surface of the lower stirring paddle (1) meets the following requirements: beta is more than or equal to 5 and less than or equal to 20 degrees, and the front rake angle gamma of the back iron surface from bottom to top meets the following requirements: gamma is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 10 degrees, and the camber angle alpha of the side surface from bottom to top meets the following requirements: alpha is more than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 4 degrees.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of metallurgical desulfurization, in particular to a desulfurization stirring head.

Background

At present, two methods, namely a KR method and a blowing method, are mainly used for the common molten iron desulphurization method.

The KR method is characterized in that molten iron is desulfurized in a mechanical stirring mode, a desulfurizing agent is added to the surface of a steel ladle when the molten iron is desulfurized in the steel ladle, and the desulfurizing agent and the molten iron are fully mixed and reacted through a stirring head, so that the method has good dynamic conditions and a good desulfurization effect, and can realize deep desulfurization; however, since the desulfurizing agent is added from the surface of the molten iron, the desulfurizing agent is diffused and floated by high-temperature gas on the surface of the molten iron during the addition, so that a large amount of dust is generated, and the working environment of a desulfurization workshop and the service life of equipment are influenced; the desulfurizer is easy to agglomerate, and the using amount of the desulfurizer is increased; in order to screw the desulfurizer into the molten iron quickly, a high-power high-speed stirring device is required, and the energy consumption is increased.

The blowing method is that a desulfurizing agent is sprayed into molten iron by a desulfurizing gun through carrier gas, and the carrier gas simultaneously plays a role in stirring, so that the sprayed gas, the desulfurizing agent and the molten iron are mixed to realize desulfurization; the method can easily spray the desulfurizer into the molten iron, and the desulfurizer is not easy to agglomerate; however, the dynamic conditions of the method are poor, and in order to fully mix the desulfurizing agent with the molten iron, larger air pressure and air quantity are required, and simultaneously, larger bubbles are generated and burst and splash on the shallow surface of the molten iron; and the desulfurizer in the bubbles cannot be mixed and reacted with molten iron, so that the waste of the desulfurizer is caused, the desulfurization time is long, and the desulfurization rate is about 1/4 of the KR method desulfurization rate.

Therefore, how to improve the desulfurization efficiency and the utilization rate of the desulfurizer and improve the desulfurization environment is a difficult problem to be solved urgently in the field at the present stage.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a desulfurization stirring head, which can improve the desulfurization efficiency and the utilization rate of a desulfurizing agent, improve the desulfurization environment, and solve the problems in the field at the present stage.

A desulfurization stirring head comprises a main body and a double-layer stirring paddle arranged on the peripheral surface of the main body;

and a blowing pipe penetrates through the inside of the main body, and a desulfurizer inlet and a desulfurizer outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the blowing pipe.

Preferably, the desulfurization stirring head is provided with an exhaust cavity in the main body, the top end of the exhaust cavity is provided with an exhaust port, the bottom end of the exhaust cavity is sealed, and the injection pipe penetrates through the exhaust cavity from top to bottom.

Preferably, the desulfurization stirring head, the main part includes flange section, stand section and the stirring section that connects from the top down in proper order, the stirring rake set up in the outer peripheral face of stirring section.

Preferably, the outer circumferential surface of the upright column section of the desulfurization stirring head is provided with a reinforcing rib plate.

Preferably, the outer peripheral surface of the column section of the desulfurization stirring head is wrapped with a first refractory material layer; the stirring paddle comprises a stirring core plate and a second refractory material layer wrapped on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring core plate.

Preferably, a plurality of V-shaped steel bars are welded between the outer circumferential surface of the column section and the first refractory material layer, and between the outer circumferential surface of the stirring core plate and the second refractory material layer.

Preferably, the outer diameter of the stirring paddle on the upper layer of the desulfurization stirring head is not less than that of the stirring paddle on the lower layer; and the height of the lower layer of the stirring paddle is 1/2-1/4 of the height of the upper layer of the stirring paddle.

Preferably, the desulfurization stirring head, every layer all is equipped with a plurality ofly the stirring rake, and a plurality ofly of upper strata the stirring rake is the heliciform and sets up in the outer peripheral face of main part.

Detailed Description

The core of the specific embodiment is to provide a desulfurization stirring head, which can improve the desulfurization efficiency and the utilization rate of a desulfurizer, improve the desulfurization environment, and solve the problem in the field at the present stage.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiments described below do not limit the contents of the invention described in the claims. The entire contents of the configurations shown in the following embodiments are not limited to those required as solutions of the inventions described in the claims.

The desulfurization stirring head provided by the specific embodiment comprises a main body and a double-layer stirring paddle 1 arranged on the peripheral surface of the main body; an injection tube 2 penetrates through the inside of the main body, and a desulfurizer inlet 3 and a desulfurizer outlet 4 are respectively arranged at two ends of the injection tube 2.

The desulfurization stirring head sprays the desulfurizer into the molten iron through the injection pipe 2 in the stirring head, so that the advantages of mechanical stirring desulfurization and injection desulfurization are comprehensively utilized, the desulfurization efficiency is ensured, the generation of dust is reduced, and the improvement of the field working environment is facilitated; and the design of the two layers of stirring paddles 1 can enable the molten iron to form vortex-type turbulence, effectively avoid the generation of large bubbles, prolong the floating stroke and time of the desulfurizer, and improve the dynamic performance of molten iron desulfurization and the utilization rate of the desulfurizer.

Therefore, the desulfurization stirring head provided by the invention can improve the desulfurization efficiency and the utilization rate of a desulfurizer, improve the desulfurization environment and solve the problem in the field at the present stage. Please refer to fig. 1-7.

The desulfurization stirring head provided by the embodiment can be provided with an exhaust cavity 5 in the main body, wherein the top end of the exhaust cavity 5 is provided with an exhaust port 6, the bottom end of the exhaust cavity is sealed, and the injection pipe 2 penetrates through the exhaust cavity 5 from top to bottom. Please refer to fig. 4. The air exhaust cavity 5 can exhaust the air expanded by high temperature in the main body in time.

The desulfurization stirring head that this embodiment provided, the main part can be in proper order from top to bottom including the flange section 7, the stand section 8 and the stirring section 9 that connect, and stirring rake 1 sets up in the outer peripheral face of stirring section 9. Please refer to fig. 1 and 5.

According to the desulfurization stirring head provided by the specific embodiment, the reinforcing rib plate 10 can be arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the upright column section 8, so that the strength of the main body is better enhanced, and the service life of the stirring head is prolonged.

Further, in order to better ensure the service life of the stirring head, the outer peripheral surface of the upright post section 8 can be wrapped with a first refractory material layer 11; and the stirring paddle 1 can include a stirring core plate 13 and a second refractory material layer 12 wrapped on the outer peripheral surface of the stirring core plate 13, so that the stirring head arranged in the molten iron is prevented from being corroded, and the actual using effect of the stirring head is ensured.

The desulfurization stirring head provided by the embodiment can be welded with a plurality of V-shaped steel bars 14 between the outer peripheral surface of the column section 8 and the first refractory material layer 11 and between the outer peripheral surface of the stirring core plate 13 and the second refractory material layer 12, so as to ensure the stability of connection between the first refractory material layer 11 and the second refractory material layer 12 and between the main body and the stirring core plate 13, and avoid the situations of fracture, falling off and the like of the first refractory material layer 11 and the second refractory material layer 12 in the using process.

In the desulfurization stirring head provided by the present embodiment, the outer diameter of the upper stirring paddle 1 may be not less than the outer diameter of the lower stirring paddle 1; and the height of the lower stirring paddle 1 can be 1/2-1/4 of the height of the upper stirring paddle 1, so that the molten iron can be stirred better.

The desulfurization stirring head that this embodiment provided, every layer can all be equipped with a plurality of stirring rakes 1, and a plurality of stirring rakes 1 on upper strata are the heliciform and set up in the outer peripheral face of main part, when actual stirring promptly, the design of upper stirring rake 1 can make the molten iron form the vortex formula torrent, and then has effectively avoided the production of big bubble to the stroke and the time that the desulfurizer floated on having prolonged, improved the kinetic properties of molten iron desulfurization and the utilization ratio of desulfurizer.

The desulfurization stirring head provided by the embodiment can meet the condition that the included angle eta between the upper surface of the upper layer stirring paddle 1 and the horizontal plane is more than 0 and less than or equal to 30 degrees when in actual design. Please refer to fig. 6.

In the desulfurization stirring head provided by the embodiment, the radial projection of the stirring paddle 1 at the lower layer can be in an inverted trapezoid shape; the front inclination angle beta from bottom to top of the iron facing surface of the stirring paddle 1 at the lower layer is not less than 5 and not more than 20 degrees, the front inclination angle gamma from bottom to top of the back iron surface is not less than 0 and not more than 10 degrees, and the external inclination angle alpha from bottom to top of the side surface is not less than 2 and not more than 4 degrees. Please refer to fig. 7.

Furthermore, the upright post and the lower stirring paddle 1 can be in conical transition, and the transition angle theta is more than 10 and less than or equal to 30 degrees; the front inclination angle of the iron facing surface of the upper stirring paddle 1 from bottom to top ranges from 30 degrees to 70 degrees; and preferably, the stirring paddles 1 on the upper layer and the stirring paddles 1 on the lower layer can be in a staggered form along the center of the stirring section 9.

The radial direction in the present embodiment refers to a radial direction of the main body having a cylindrical shape as a whole.
