The clean water tank 43 is fixed on the frame 1, the clean water tank 43 is positioned between the liquid storage tank 21 and the water storage pipe 41, and the two second buckles 6 are fixed on the outer side wall of the clean water tank 43 facing the water storage pipe 41. The bottom of the clear water tank 43 stores clear water, and the top side wall of the clear water tank 43 is provided with a water inlet channel 431 communicated with the upper area of the water storage pipe 41. The second control member comprises a drain pipe 8 to which one end of the drain pipe 8 is connected and a manual valve installed on the drain pipe 8, and the other end of the drain pipe 8 is connected to the middle side wall of the clean water tank 43. The drain pipe 8 is spiral, and the end of the drain pipe 8 connected to the water storage pipe 41 is higher than the end of the drain pipe 8 connected to the clean water tank 43.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the driving member 45 includes a driving member, two synchronizing wheels 451 and a timing belt 452, the timing belt 452 and the synchronizing wheels 451 are located inside the clean water tank 43, and the driving member is located outside the clean water tank 43. Two synchronous wheels 451 are rotatably connected to the top and bottom side walls of the clean water tank 43, respectively, and a synchronous belt 452 is wound around the two synchronous belts 452. The timing wheel 451 is located on the side wall of the clean water tank 43 adjacent to the water inlet channel 431. A plurality of straight rods are fixed on the timing belt 452 and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the timing belt 452. The end part of the straight rod far away from the synchronous belt 452 is hinged on the water storage member 44, and the hinged position of the straight rod and the water storage member 44 is above the gravity center position of the movable seat 441 and the water storage member 44. With the rotation of the timing belt 452, the water storage member 44 keeps the current state under its own weight, and even if water is filled in the water storage member 44, the mass of the water filled in the water storage member 44 is much smaller than the overall mass of the water storage member 44, and the state of the water storage member 44 is not changed greatly by the water filled in the water storage member 44.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the transmission member includes a first bevel gear 453, a second bevel gear 454, a connecting rod 455, a third bevel gear 456 and a fourth bevel gear 457, the first bevel gear 453 is coaxially connected to the rotating shaft 13 on which the brake disc 35 is mounted, the connecting rod 455 is rotatably connected to the frame 1, the connecting rod 455 is parallel to the carrier rod 32, one end of the connecting rod 455 is coaxially connected to the second bevel gear 454, and the other end of the connecting rod 455 is coaxially connected to the third bevel gear 456. The second bevel gear 454 is engaged with the first bevel gear 453. The fourth bevel gear 457 is coaxially connected with any of the synchronizing wheels 451, and the fourth bevel gear 457 is in meshed connection with the third bevel gear 456. When the fourth bevel gear 457 is connected to the synchronizing wheel 451 positioned below, a rotary seal ring needs to be installed on a connecting shaft between the fourth bevel gear 457 and the synchronizing wheel 451 to prevent water leakage from the clean water tank 43.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the water storage member 44 includes a movable base 441 and a water containing cup 442, and the movable base 441 is hinged to the straight rod of the timing belt 452. The water containing cup 442 is positioned on the top surface of the movable seat 441, the end of the water containing cup 442 away from the water inlet channel 431 is hinged on the movable seat 441, and a fourth spring 444 is connected between the end of the water containing cup 442 close to the water inlet channel 431 and the movable seat 441. The side wall of the water containing cup 442 facing the water inlet channel 431 is provided with a notch, a cover plate 445 for blocking the notch is hinged to the water containing cup 442, a third spring 443 is connected between the cover plate 445 and the water containing cup 442, and the end part, far away from the hinged position, of the cover plate 445 extends to one side of the water inlet channel 431. The movable seat 441 is further provided with a rotating rod 446, and the rotating rod 446 is positioned at one side of the water containing cup 442. The middle part of the rotating rod 446 is hinged on the movable seat 441, one end of the rotating rod 446 extends towards one side of the water inlet channel 431, and the other end of the rotating rod 446 abuts against the top surface of the end part of the water containing cup 442 provided with the fourth spring 444.

Referring to fig. 5, a guide member for guiding the water storage member 44 to pour water toward the water inlet passage 431 is installed on a top side wall of the clean water tank 43. The guide member includes a first blocking plate 71, a first stopper plate 72, a second blocking plate 73, and a second stopper plate 74, and the first blocking plate 71 and the second blocking plate 73 are respectively located at both sides of the water inlet passage 431. The first blocking plate 71 and the second blocking plate 73 are hinged to the side wall of the clean water tank 43. And the first and second limit plates 72 and 74 are fixed to the side wall of the clean water tank 43. The first limit plate 72 is blocked above the first blocking plate 71, a second spring 75 is connected between the first limit plate 72 and the first blocking plate 71, and the second spring 75 enables the first limit plate 72 to be intercepted on the moving track of the extending end part of the cover plate 445. The second stopper plate 74 abuts on a lower surface of the second stopper plate 74, and the second stopper plate 73 is adapted to contact the extended end portion of the rotating lever 446.

The water replenishing component replenishes clear water into the water storage pipe 41, the whole spraying vehicle is required to move, and the specific water replenishing process is different according to the two moving modes of the spraying vehicle, namely advancing and retreating.

When the spraying vehicle moves forward, the rotating shaft 13 rotates in a forward direction, the rotating shaft 13 drives the connecting rod 455 to rotate through the first bevel gear 453 and the second bevel gear 454, and meanwhile the connecting rod 455 drives the fourth bevel gear 457 to rotate through the third bevel gear 456, so that the synchronous belt 452 is driven by the synchronous wheel 451 to rotate, and one side of the synchronous belt 452 close to the water inlet channel 431 moves from bottom to top. When the water containing cup 442 moves from the side of the timing belt 452 far away from the water inlet channel 431 to the side of the timing belt 452 close to the water inlet channel 431 through the bottom of the clean water tank, clean water is stored in the water containing cup 442. In the process that the water containing cup 442 moves upwards continuously, the extending end of the cover plate 445 is intercepted by the first blocking plate 71, so that the cover plate 445 rotates towards one side of the water inlet channel 431, and clear water in the water containing cup 442 is poured towards the water inlet channel 431 through the notch, so that the clear water enters the water storage pipe 41. When the end of the rotating rod 446 contacts the second blocking plate 73, the second blocking plate 73 is rotated upward, so that the rotating rod 446 can move upward continuously.

When the spraying vehicle retreats, the rotating shaft 13 rotates in the opposite direction, the rotating shaft 13 can still drive the synchronous belt 452 to rotate through a series of transmissions, and only at this time, one side of the synchronous belt 452 close to the water inlet channel 431 moves from top to bottom. When the water containing cup 442 moves from the side of the timing belt 452 close to the water inlet channel 431 through the bottom of the clean water tank to the side of the timing belt 452 far away from the water inlet channel 431, clean water is stored in the water containing cup 442. When the water containing cup 442 moves from the side of the timing belt 452 far from the water inlet channel 431 through the top of the timing belt 452 to the side of the timing belt 452 close to the water inlet channel 431, the extending end of the rotating rod 446 contacts the second blocking plate 73 in the subsequent movement, the second blocking plate 73 limits the extending end of the rotating rod 446 to move downwards, so that the rotating rod 446 rotates, the end of the rotating rod 446 far from the second blocking plate 73 presses the end of the water containing cup 442 close to the water inlet channel 431 to rotate downwards, the clean water in the water containing cup 442 can still be poured into the water inlet channel 431, and the water replenishing operation on the water storage pipe 41 can also be realized.

The implementation principle of the spraying vehicle in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the worker pushes the cart, the spray head 24 needs to be fixed on the second buckle 6 and the first buckle 5. The water blocking plate 42 at this time blocks the water storage pipe 41, and the brake disc 35 and the brake pad 34 are separated. During the cart pushing process, water in the clean water tank 43 is automatically added to the upper area of the water storage pipe 41 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 13. When the worker arrives at the destination and takes the spray head 24 off for spraying, as the spray head 24 leaves the first buckle 5, the clean water in the water storage pipe 41 flows from the upper area to the lower area and pushes the piston 411 to move downwards, the push rod 32 pushes the brake lever 31 to rotate downwards, the brake disc 35 and the brake pad 34 are contacted, and the rotating shaft 13 is not rotated. After spraying, the worker needs to open the manual valve on the water discharge pipe 8 to introduce the clean water in the water storage pipe 41 into the clean water tank 43, and then manually reset the water blocking plate 42 to mount the spray head 24 back, so that the spray vehicle can be pushed again to move.
