4. The preparation method of the balance conditioning cream is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) weighing and feeding materials: weighing the raw materials according to the formula, adding the humectant and water into a water phase pot, heating while stirring, and heating to 85 ℃; adding the skin conditioner into an oil phase pot, heating while stirring, and heating to 85 ℃;

2) stirring and emulsifying: keeping the temperature of the materials in the water phase pot and the oil phase pot at 85 ℃ for 10 minutes, pumping the materials in the water phase pot and the oil phase pot into an emulsifying pot, starting homogenizing and stirring, stirring and dispersing until the raw materials are uniformly mixed, and keeping the temperature for 30 minutes;

3) cooling and discharging: cooling to 45 ℃ after the heat preservation time is over, then adding a skin conditioner into the emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, cooling to 40 ℃, adding a preservative, uniformly stirring, and discharging;

4) standing: after discharging, standing for 12 h;

5) and filling, packaging, sealing and warehousing.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the balance conditioning cream comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-85 parts of water, 3-5 parts of a humectant, 10-28 parts of a skin conditioner, 3-10 parts of a thickening agent and 0.5-2 parts of a preservative; the skin conditioner comprises 0-30 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 0-0.5 part of ceramide, 0-10 parts of a salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, 0-10 parts of an angelica sinensis extract, 0-5 parts of a safflower extract, 0-10 parts of an undaria pinnatifida extract, 0-10 parts of a sargassum biflorum extract, 0-10 parts of a wild soybean extract, 0-10 parts of a centella asiatica extract and 0-5 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a balance conditioning cream comprises, by weight, 80 parts of water, 2 parts of butanediol, 2 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of 1, 3-propanediol, 0.01 part of hyaluronic acid, 20 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.25 part of ceramide, 5 parts of a salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, 5 parts of an angelica sinensis extract, 5 parts of a safflower extract, 5 parts of an undaria pinnatifida extract, 5 parts of a sargassum mycorrhiza extract, 5 parts of a wild soybean extract, 5 parts of a centella asiatica extract, 2.5 parts of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.25 part of phenoxyethanol and 5 parts of carbomer.

The preservative is phenoxyethanol, and the thickening agent is carbomer.
