Radix Zanthoxyli is the dried root of radix Zanthoxyli of Rutaceae, has effects of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, activating qi-flowing and relieving pain, and can be used for treating traumatic injury, stomach ache, toothache, rheumatalgia, and venomous snake bite; it can be used for external treatment of burn and scald.

Glycyrrhrizae radix, which is the dried root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch of Papilionaceae of Leguminosae, has antiinflammatory and antiallergic effects, and can protect inflamed throat and trachea mucosa.

Radix Puerariae is dried root of Pueraria lobata Ohwi of Leguminosae, and has effects of relieving muscles and fever, promoting eruption, promoting fluid production to quench thirst, invigorating yang and relieving diarrhea.

Flos Lonicerae, the bud of Lonicera Japonica flos of Caprifoliaceae, has effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving inflammation and detumescence, and can be used for treating bacillary dysentery and various suppurative diseases.

Clinopodium polycephalum, which is the dry aerial part of downy groundsel herb or ledebouriella seseloides bunge of Labiatae, has astringent and hemostatic effects, and can be used for treating metrorrhagia, hematuria, epistaxis, gingival hemorrhage, and traumatic hemorrhage.

Cimicifugae rhizoma, is rhizome of Cimicifuga racemosa, Cimicifuga dahurica or Cimicifuga foetida of genus Cimicifuga of family Ranunculaceae, and has effects of relieving exterior syndrome, promoting eruption, clearing away heat and toxic materials, and invigorating yang and lifting sink, and can be used for treating laryngalgia, aphtha, and macula obstruction.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

The moutan bark extract adopted in this example is a crude moutan bark drug, which is subjected to steam distillation extraction, and then is subjected to suction filtration to obtain a crude crystal, and then the crude crystal is purified according to the proportion of the crude crystal comprising 95% ethanol and purified water =1:4:15, and is cooled and kept stand at 0 ℃ for 48 hours, so that a needle-shaped crystal with a content of paeonol larger than 90% is separated out.

The size of the inhibition zone is determined by adopting a cross method. According to the judgment standard of the antibacterial zone result of disinfection technical specification and traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology, the method comprises the following steps: the diameter of the inhibition zone is more than or equal to 20mm, the sensitivity is high, the sensitivity is moderate, the sensitivity is low, the sensitivity is less than or equal to 10 mm, and the inhibition effect is not high.

2.3 bacteriostatic test

(1) Aerobic bacteria inhibition experiment: and (4) carrying out a bacteriostatic effect test according to QBT 2738-2012 evaluation method of antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of daily chemical products. Under the condition of 20-21 ℃, the experimental concentration of the mouthwash is the stock solution, and the effect is carried out for 2 min; the experimental concentration of the toothpaste is 1:1, the action time is 2min, and the experimental strains are 3 strains of staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) and candida albicans (ATCC 10231); when the bacteriostasis rate is more than or equal to 50 percent, marking that the bacteriostasis effect is achieved, and repeating for three times; when the bacteriostasis rate is more than or equal to 90 percent, the mark shows that the bacteriostatic effect is stronger, and the process is repeated for three times.

(2) Anaerobic bacteria bacteriostasis experiment: and (4) carrying out bacteriostatic effect test by adopting a biological growth curve monitoring method. Wherein the measurement wavelength of Porphyromonas gingivalis (ATCC 33277) is 450nm, and the measurement wavelength of Streptococcus mutans (ATCC 25175) is 600 nm. The biological growth curve of the sample group is lower than that of the control group, and the mark shows that the biological growth curve of the sample group has an inhibition effect on the growth of bacteria at the concentration, and has an antibacterial effect.

(3) The experiments of examples 1 and 4 are carried out, and the blank control sample does not contain the plant compound bacteriostatic composition.

2.4 test results

(1) The mouthwash containing the plant compound antibacterial composition has an antibacterial effect; the bacteriostatic mouth wash has the bacteriostatic rate of more than 90 percent on staphylococcus aureus and the bacteriostatic rate of more than 90 percent on escherichia coli, and has stronger bacteriostatic effect; the bacteriostatic rate of the product on Candida albicans is greater than 70%, and the product has bacteriostatic effect.

(2) The toothpaste containing the plant compound antibacterial composition has antibacterial effect; the bacteriostatic mouth wash has the bacteriostatic rate of more than 90 percent on staphylococcus aureus, the bacteriostatic rate of more than 90 percent on escherichia coli and the bacteriostatic rate of more than 90 percent on candida albicans, and has strong bacteriostatic effect.

(3) In the embodiment 1, the contained effective content value of the plant compound bacteriostatic component has obvious inhibition effect on the biological cell growth curve of the porphyromonas gingivalis; has inhibiting effect on the growth curve of biological cells of streptococcus mutans, and can reduce the reproduction rate and the growth time of streptococcus mutans.
