Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, and in particular relates to mite removing shower gel.

Background

The mites are miniature pests which are not easily seen by naked eyes, are various, and the mites living in the house comprise over 40 kinds of dust mites, demodex, scabies and the like, wherein the mites are related to human health, wherein the dust mites are taken as main parts, and corpses, secretions and excretions of the mites are all pathogenic allergens. Two kinds of mites, namely follicle mites and sebaceous gland demodex, which are parasitic on a human body usually cause damage to the follicles and sebaceous glands of the human body, and further cause skin inflammation, large pores, rough skin and the like.

In order to remove and kill mites in hair follicles and sebaceous glands of a human body, the prior technical scheme is to use daily chemical products with mite killing effect, such as shower gel, shampoo and the like, but raw materials of the products generally comprise chlorhexidine acetate, triclosan or sulfur and the like, and the raw materials can cause great damage to skin after being used for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the mite removing shower gel which can be used for repelling, killing and digesting mites in the daily bathing process and simultaneously can improve the skin state. The mite-killing shower gel does not damage human skin.

The invention provides mite removing shower gel which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

(A) 16-30% of a surfactant;

(B) 0.1-0.5% eucalyptus oil;

(C) 0.1-0.5% of extract of Sophora flavescens ait;

(D) 0.5-1% protease;

(E) 0.1-0.5% of pH regulator;

(F) 0.1-0.5% of an anti-mite additive;

(G) 0.2-1.5% of viscosity modifier;

(H) the balance solvent carrier.

Wherein the surfactant comprises sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), sodium lauroyl glutamate and disodium amphoacetate. The surfactant in the mite-removing shower gel can penetrate into pores of the skin to clean dirt, and the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, the sodium lauroyl glutamate and the disodium amphoacetate can play a synergistic effect, so that the skin moisturizing effect is realized while the skin is cleaned. Based on the consideration of the stability, the cleaning capability and the moisturizing effect of the mite removing shower gel, the contents of the sodium alcohol ether sulfate, the sodium lauroyl glutamate and the disodium amphoacetate in the mite removing shower gel are defined as follows: the weight of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate accounts for 10-15% of the total weight of the mite-killing shower gel, the weight of the sodium lauroyl glutamate accounts for 5-10% of the total weight of the mite-killing shower gel, and the weight of the amphoteric acetate accounts for 1-5% of the total weight of the mite-killing shower gel. When the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, the sodium lauroyl glutamate and the amphoteric disodium acetate are in the ranges, the stability, the cleaning capability and the moisturizing effect of the mite removing shower gel are balanced.

The surfactant is fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and disodium amphoacetate, and is also based on other components in the mite removing shower gel, and the addition of the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, the sodium lauroyl glutamate and the disodium amphoacetate can enable the eucalyptus essential oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the protease to be uniformly dispersed in a solvent carrier, so that the stability of the mite removing shower gel in the storage process is improved.

In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate (AES), the sodium lauroyl glutamate and the disodium amphoacetate is 3:2: 1.

The mite-killing shower gel provided by the invention can achieve better stability due to selection and proportion of the components, and achieves better mite-expelling, mite-killing and mite-digesting effects while cleaning the skin. The eucalyptus essential oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the protease can generate a synergistic effect, and specifically: the sophora flavescens root extract and the protease can improve the mite-expelling effect of the eucalyptus essential oil, the protease and the eucalyptus essential oil can improve the mite-killing effect of the sophora flavescens root extract, and the sophora flavescens root extract and the eucalyptus essential oil can improve the mite-digesting effect of the protease, so that the mite-killing shower gel provided by the invention can achieve three effects of expelling mites, killing mites and digesting mites simultaneously. In addition, the mite removing shower gel provided by the invention can penetrate into pores of the skin to eliminate residual mite corpses and secretions in the using process, and thoroughly removes the stimulation of mites on the skin of a body.

The proportion of the eucalyptus essential oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the protease is based on the stability of the whole system, the mite removing effect and the cost, and specifically comprises the following steps: if the mite removing effect of the mite removing bath lotion is to be improved, the content of at least one of the sophora flavescens root extract, eucalyptus oil and protease needs to be improved, at the moment, the relative content of a carrier solvent and a surfactant in the system is reduced, the stability of the whole system of the mite removing bath lotion is reduced, and the cost is increased; if the stability of the whole system of the mite removing bath lotion is required to be improved, the content of at least one of the extract of the sophora flavescens ait roots, the eucalyptus oil and the protease is required to be reduced, at the moment, the relative content of a carrier solvent and a surfactant in the system is increased, the cost of the mite removing bath lotion is reduced, and the mite removing effect is also reduced; if the cost of the whole mite removing shower gel system is reduced, the content of at least one of the sophora flavescens root extract, eucalyptus oil and protease is reduced, at the moment, the relative content of a carrier solvent and a surfactant in the system is increased, the stability of the whole mite removing shower gel system is improved, but the mite removing effect is reduced. The components and the proportion of the mite removing shower gel provided by the invention ensure that the balance among stability, mite removing effect and cost is achieved. The extract of the sophora flavescens roots has good relieving effect on skin itch except killing mites, and the extract of the sophora flavescens roots cannot damage human skin.

In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the eucalyptus essential oil to the sophora flavescens root extract to the protease is 1:1: 4.

The anti-mite additive is sea salt which can perform a synergistic effect with the sophora flavescens root extract so as to improve the killing effect on mites.

In one embodiment, the mass ratio of the sea salt to the extract of the sophora flavescens is 1: 1.

The mite removing shower gel is prepared by adding citric acid into a pH regulator, wherein the pH regulator is citric acid based on other components of the mite removing shower gel, and the mite removing shower gel is kept weak in acidity, mild and free of stimulation. And the other components of the mite removing bath lotion are also kept stable in the carrier solvent by adding citric acid.

Wherein, based on other components of the acarus killing shower gel, the viscosity regulator can not react with other components and does not change the pH value of the acarus killing shower gel, so the viscosity regulator adopts sodium chloride.

Wherein, based on the selection of other components of the acarus killing shower gel, the carrier solvent is selected to be deionized water.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the mite removing shower gel, which comprises the following steps:

s1, adding a solvent carrier and a surfactant into an emulsifying pot, stirring until the solvent carrier and the surfactant are dissolved uniformly, heating to 50-60 ℃ under the condition of keeping stirring, then sequentially adding the eucalyptus essential oil, the sophora flavescens root extract and the anti-mite additive, continuously stirring until all the raw materials are completely dissolved, keeping the temperature, and standing to ensure that the mixed solution is completely defoamed;

s2, cooling to 40 ℃, adding protease under a stirring state, stirring until the protease is dissolved uniformly, preserving heat and standing to ensure that the mixed solution is completely defoamed;

s3, sequentially adding a pH regulator and a viscosity regulator while stirring, stirring until the pH regulator and the viscosity regulator are uniformly dissolved, and standing to room temperature;

and S5, sampling, inspecting, detecting color, fragrance, viscosity, pH, state, skin feel, and the like, and discharging after the detection is qualified.
