4. Use of the hair loss prevention and care composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 in a hair conditioner, a hair treatment gel, a shampoo, a hair conditioner essence, a hair mousse or a hair styling product.

5. A hair care essence comprising the hair loss preventing and conditioning composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3.

6. The hair care essence according to claim 5, further comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of humectant, 0.05-1 part of preservative, 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent and water.

7. A hair care essence according to claim 6, wherein at least one of the following (a) to (c):

(a) the humectant is at least one of sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, dipropylene glycol, allantoin, betaine, erythritol, saccharide isomer, trehalose and panthenol;

(b) the preservative is at least one of caprylyl hydroximic acid, sodium benzoate, parabens, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, sodium salicylate and polyhydric alcohol;

(c) the thickening agent is at least one of carbomer, cellulose, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl acrylate/acryloyl dimethyl sodium taurate copolymer and acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/VP copolymer.

8. A process for the preparation of a hair care essence according to claim 6 or 7, comprising the steps of:

(1) adding humectant, antiseptic, thickener and water into water phase pot in sequence, stirring, heating to 80-85 deg.C, homogenizing for 3-5min, and dispersing to obtain mixture;

(2) and (2) stirring the mixture obtained in the step (1) and cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the hair loss prevention and care composition into a water phase pot, stirring for 5-10min, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the hair care essence.

Technical Field

Background

With the increasing social pressure and the accelerating pace of life, the continuous deterioration of the environment and the poor dietary habits, more and more alopecia patients in China tend to develop towards the low age. Nowadays, with the progress of society, people pay more attention to their own instruments and appearance, so that the research and development of anti-hair loss products as the field of personal care products are receiving more and more attention from the world medical and cosmetic world.

A normal adult has about 15 million hairs. The hair continuously grows outwards from hair bulbs in the deep parts of hair follicles of the scalp, and the period can last for 5-7 years. This cycle is called the growth cycle of the hair. The disturbed balance of the hair growth cycle can impede hair growth, resulting in thinning and loss of hair. Alopecia caused by the disorder of hair growth cycle is caused by the fact that the hair growth cycle is shortened, the hair enters the catagen stage and the telogen stage in advance without completely growing. In addition, it is closely related to male androgen secretion, low hair-related cell function, and malnutrition due to blood circulation disorder. Alopecia can be divided into androgenetic alopecia and seborrheic alopecia, also called alopecia areata and more than ten kinds according to the etiology.

The pathogenesis of androgenic alopecia is mainly that head hair is strictly affected by androgen, testosterone of androgen is catalyzed to become more active 5, 2-Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) at hair follicles by 5 alpha-reductase, the change is irreversible, and DHT is the main reason for alopecia, so that the androgen-induced alopecia can be solved from the root by inhibiting the activity of 5 alpha-reductase. Seborrheic alopecia has increased sebum secretion in the head during the occurrence process, and the head is greasy and has obvious alopecia. At present, relatively well-recognized pathogenesis is closely related to androgen, androgen receptor and androgen metabolism related enzymes. In addition, local blood circulation disorder caused by scalp tension causes a decrease in the flow rate of hair follicles and peripheral capillaries of hair papillae, and causes an insufficiency in the supply of nutrients to hair papillae and hair mother cells, resulting in abnormal growth of hair. Keratinocytes respond to external stimuli, pollution and ultraviolet radiation, and release IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta and other interleukins, and these cytokines have been shown to inhibit the growth of hair follicles cultured in vitro. Many products are currently on the market that claim to be directed against pathological hair loss. The invention provides an anti-hair loss hair care composition for solving the problem of hair loss in multiple aspects of inhibiting 5 alpha-reductase, promoting the proliferation of hair follicle cells, improving the microcirculation of scalp blood vessels, inhibiting scalp inflammation and the like by the matching use of a loquat leaf extract, biotin tripeptide-1, acetyl tetrapeptide-3, 1-5 parts of hydrolyzed pea protein and a Majorana Hortensis leaf extract.

The loquat leaf extract is closely related to the growth period in the hair growth cycle, acts on hair follicle cells in the growth period in the hair growth cycle, promotes the hair follicle cells to continuously divide and proliferate, and finally achieves the aim of promoting the hair growth. VEGF has a close relationship with the regeneration of blood vessels, and the regeneration of blood vessels can improve and promote the blood circulation near the hair roots, improve the insufficient supply of nutrients and promote the growth of hair. FGF-5 causes the hair to enter the catagen earlier, so that inhibition of FGF-5 production can prevent and improve alopecia. The research shows that the loquat leaf extract has the functions of promoting the generation of FGF-7, VEGF mRNA and FGF-5mRNA, promoting the proliferation of papilla cells and inhibiting the activity of testosterone 5 alpha-reductase, so that the loquat leaf extract is a good hair growth raw material. The main active ingredient in the loquat leaf extract is corosolic acid, and research shows that the corosolic acid has good hair growth promoting effect.

The size of the hair follicle is determined by the size of the hair papilla and the extracellular matrix. Healthy hair papillae produce extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen III and fixed fibers such as laminin, collagen VII, which make the hair root strong. If the extracellular matrix becomes renewed, the hair becomes brittle. This cycle continues and the follicle eventually collapses. Acetyl tetrapeptide-3 accelerates the synthesis of extracellular matrix proteins, such as laminin, collagen III and VII, by fibroblasts; directly acts on the tissues around the hair follicle to increase the volume and the length of the hair follicle; repair of epidermal-dermal connective tissue (DEJ), promoting hair anchorage in hair follicles.

The research finds that the biotin tripeptide-1 has the function of the tripeptide-1, can increase the synthesis of extracellular matrix such as collagen IV and laminin 5, delay the aging of hair follicles, reduce the generation of Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) to improve the structure of the hair follicles, is beneficial to fixing the hair in the dermis hair follicles and prevents alopecia; activating tissue repair gene expression, and facilitating scalp structure reconstruction and repair; promoting proliferation and differentiation of fiber cells, and stimulating hair growth.

In alopecia people, about 70% of alopecia people belong to seborrheic alopecia (androgenetic alopecia), namely, Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is generated by testosterone in vivo through the action of 5 a-reductase, hair follicle cells are extremely sensitive to the DHT, and the excessive DHT can stimulate the cells to generate various cytokines (such as TGF-beta 2) to cause the degeneration, premature senility and atrophy of the hair follicle cells, so that the nutrient supply of hair roots is reduced, and finally, the hair is shed. Hydrolyzed pea protein can reduce TGF-beta 1 production in human hair follicle papilla cells, reduce alopecia signaling, and increase fibroblast proliferation in hair papilla.

The hair follicle contains hair follicle stem cells, and the hair follicle stem cells in the hair follicle epithelium are a class of primitive progenitor cells present in all tissues capable of self-renewal, which play a dominant role in cell growth and differentiation. Hair papilla migration is a key factor in the activation of hair follicle stem cells. The research shows that 1% of hydrolyzed pea protein can increase the expression of cell factors (VEGF, TGF-beta 1 and IL-6) related to stem cell differentiation, promote the proliferation of hair follicle stem cells and promote the growth of hair follicles.

Type 17 collagen is a protein that binds and attaches the epidermis to the basement membrane, and is present in hair follicle stem cells in the bulge region in the hair follicle. These hair follicle stem cells produce hair mother cells as the "origin" of hair, and supply them to the hair papilla from which the hair follicle protrudes. At the hair papilla, hair papilla cells divide repeatedly and grow into hair, so that the hair circulation is performed. If the type 17 collagen is decomposed, the hair follicle stem cells fail to maintain the function of the stem cells (i.e., are in an undifferentiated state), differentiate into keratinocytes, and become dandruff or dirt shed. That is, new hair cannot be formed in the hair follicle, and the hair follicle gradually shrinks, eventually disappearing the hair follicle itself. The "type 17 collagen" is present in hair follicle stem cells and is essential for maintaining the hair follicle stem cells. The breakdown of the "type 17 collagen" leads to the initiation of the "process of hair loss", eventually leading to the disappearance of the hair follicle itself. The presence of "type 17 collagen" effectively prevents this process. The Majorana Hortensis extract has the effects of promoting the expression of type 17 collagen 1 alpha mRNA, promoting the generation of type 17 collagen and inhibiting the activity of testosterone 5 alpha-reductase. It is known that the reduction of estrogen by aging or postpartum, etc., results in the reduction of the expression level of BMP-2, which is one of the hair growth promoting factors, and that the Majorana Hortensis extract can promote the expression of BMP-2 mRNA.

Further preferably, the hair loss preventing and caring composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of loquat leaf extract, 12.5 parts of biotin tripeptide, 35 parts of acetyl tetrapeptide, 1 part of hydrolyzed pea protein and 2 parts of Majorana Hortensis leaf extract.

Through a large number of creative tests, an optimized formula of the hair loss preventing and protecting composition is obtained.

Meanwhile, the invention provides the application of the hair loss prevention and hair care composition in hair conditioners, hairdressing gel, shampoo, hair care essence, hair care mousse or hair care and shaping products.

In addition, the invention also provides a hair care essence containing the hair loss prevention and hair care composition.

Preferably, the hair care essence further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of humectant, 0.05-1 part of preservative, 0.1-0.5 part of thickening agent and water.

Preferably, the hair care essence is at least one of the following (a) to (c):

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: (1) the anti-hair loss and hair care composition provided by the invention can solve the problem of hair loss from the source of hair loss, has no side effect on the body, and is a green natural component from the source; (2) the anti-hair loss hair care composition provided by the invention solves the problem of hair loss in multiple aspects of inhibiting 5 alpha-reductase, promoting the proliferation of hair follicle cells, improving the microcirculation of scalp blood vessels, inhibiting scalp inflammation and the like.

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.

The present application sets forth embodiments 1-5, and the components and parts by weight of the hair care essence described in specific embodiments 1-5 are selected as shown in tables 1, 2 and 3, wherein the total parts by weight of the hair care essence is 100 parts:

The preparation method of the hair conditioner essence according to the embodiment after weighing according to table 1, table 2 and table 3 comprises the following steps:

Test example 1

In order to verify the efficacy of the anti-hair loss composition disclosed in the present invention, the anti-hair loss effects of the anti-hair loss compositions of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 9 were prepared as described above, and anti-hair loss and hair care essences including the anti-hair loss compositions of examples 1 to 5, anti-hair loss essences including the compositions of comparative examples 1 to 9, and comparative example 10 was a commercially available hair care essence.

1. Effective hair follicle density and anti-hair loss condition detection

1.1 test setup:

15 test groups are set, and are respectively numbered as 1-15, and each group comprises 20 testers (including 10 males and 10 females) and is between the ages of 25-55, wherein the hair loss grades of the male of 20 testers selected in each group are II-IV type, and the hair loss grades of the female are I type or II type.

The male pattern hair loss grades can be divided into 7 types, which are: type I: normal or substantially normal hairstyle: type II: the frontotemporal hairline moves backwards in a triangle, and the distance between the frontotemporal hairline and the coronal line connecting the two auditory canals can reach 2 cm; type III: the two temporal corners recede beyond the front 2 cm of the coronary line, and the tops are sparse; type IV: the two temples and hairlines recede significantly, with the midforehead receding, but with intermediate density bands of hair spaced: and V type: frontal temporal and apical denuded areas enlarge, during which the hair band is narrow and sparse type VI: horseshoe alopecia, increased lateral and posterior baldness; type VII: in severe forms, hair loss occurs around the ear and around the occiput, except horseshoe hair loss.

The classification of female alopecia can be divided into 3 types, which are respectively: type I (mild): the hair in the front of the coronal region becomes thin, the hairstyle needs to be changed to cover, and the forehead hairline is complete; the second clinical experiment researches the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and typing of androgenetic alopecia and the experimental observation of a hair electron microscope; type II (moderate): the hair in the front of the coronal region becomes thinner more obviously, the range of the alopecia region is enlarged, and the change of the hair style is difficult to mask; type III (severe): the top has completely lost hair or is bared, but the forehead hairline is still intact.

1.2 methods of use:

the test groups numbered 1-15, the members used the hair loss preventing essence once in the morning and evening each day, each time taking 3mL of the hair loss preventing essence, applying the essence to the scalp of the hair loss part, and massaging for 5-10 min; during the test, all testers did not use other anti-hair loss products except the anti-hair loss essence for the test.

1.3 effective hair follicle density detection results:

As can be seen from table 5, the hair loss preventing essence prepared in examples 1 to 5 was applied for 8 weeks, and then tested by a hair follicle analyzer, the hair loss effect was significantly improved, and the hair follicle densities of the panelists using the examples were all 100 or more. Comparative examples 1 to 5 are hair loss preventing and conditioning compositions lacking a component, and the hair follicle density of the members of the test group after use is about 80%, which is remarkably reduced compared with the examples; comparative examples 6 to 8 are the results that the hair loss preventing and caring effects were drastically reduced in the absence of any two or 3 of the components. Therefore, the components of the hair loss preventing and conditioning composition provided by the invention have the same function.

1.4 alopecia-relieving effect

Collecting the number of hair loss when the tester combs, wherein the number of hair loss of the tester is collected at 0 week and 10 week after the hair loss prevention essence is used, and the method for collecting each time specifically comprises the following steps: the hair was combed on a double-layered gauze spread 1 m square, the hair attached to the gauze was collected and counted, and the average number of hair loss was taken from 20 test persons, and the results are shown in table 6:

As is apparent from Table 6, the hair loss preventing essences prepared in examples 1 to 5 were remarkably reduced in the number of hair loss combed and remarkably improved in the hair loss preventing effect after 10 weeks of application. Comparative examples 1 to 5 show that the hair loss preventing and caring composition lacks a certain component, and the number of hair loss of the test group members after use is improved, compared with the examples, the improvement is obvious; comparative examples 6 to 8 are the results that the hair loss preventing and caring effects were drastically reduced in the absence of any two or 3 of the components. Comparative example 10 is a hair growth lotion of willow house, and after 10 weeks of use, the number of hair loss by combing was still 12, the effect was not significant, and was significantly inferior to the hair care essence provided in this example. Therefore, the components of the hair loss preventing and conditioning composition provided by the invention have the same function.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
