Preferably, the vanes 281 are made of plastic or nylon material, so as to prevent the vanes with higher hardness from damaging the surface of the O-ring. The vanes 281 can be detachably connected on the screening runner 28, and when the vanes 281 are worn after long-time use, only the worn vanes are replaced without replacing the whole screening runner. The arrangement of the blade structure of the screening runner can reduce the weight and the manufacturing precision of the screening runner.

The width screening mechanism 3 comprises a base frame 31, a mounting plate 32 and a width baffle plate 36, wherein the base frame 31 is fixedly mounted on a workbench, the upper part of the mounting plate 32 is fixedly connected onto the base frame 31, the width baffle plate 36 is slidably connected to the bottom of the mounting plate 32, the width baffle plate 36 is of a circular arc-shaped structure, the position of the width baffle plate 36 on the mounting plate 32 is adjusted, the width baffle plate 36 slides along the mounting plate 32, and the minimum distance from the width baffle plate 36 to the edge of the conveyor belt 1 is equal to the width of an O-shaped sealing ring with the required specification.

Width screening mechanism 3 still includes width servo motor 33, linear guide 34, ball screw 35 and screw nut 351, linear guide 34 sets up the top at width striker plate 36, the bottom of mounting panel 32 is equipped with slider 341, width striker plate 36 passes through linear guide 34 and slider 341 cooperation sliding connection on mounting panel 32, screw nut 351 fixed connection is at the intermediate position at width striker plate 36 top, width servo motor 33 fixed connection is at the lower rear intermediate position of mounting panel 32, the output shaft of shaft coupling and width servo motor 33 is passed through to ball screw 35's one end, ball screw 35's the other end and the cooperation of screw nut 351.

The width screening mechanism 3 further comprises a vertical air blowing device 37, wherein the vertical air blowing device 37 is fixedly connected to the right front end above the mounting plate 32 and fixedly connected with the mounting plate 32 through screws, and is used for discharging O-shaped sealing rings with the outer diameters larger than the set width into a discharging and collecting box 5 in an air blowing mode.

Vertical gas blowing device 37 includes the air supply, gas hole 371 and support frame 372, the one end of support frame 372 is connected on mounting panel 32, gas hole 371 passes through the air duct and is connected with the air supply, gas hole 371 installs the other end at support frame 372, gas hole 371 is located conveyer belt 1 and keeps away from the side edge of mounting panel 32 directly over, the O type sealing washer that will not totally on conveyer belt 1 when screening the mechanism through the width blows and falls to arrange the material and collect box 5, avoid having the O type sealing washer that is not conform to required specification in collecting box 4 through getting into the required article.

The width screening mechanism 3 further comprises a horizontal air blowing device 38, the horizontal air blowing device 38 is fixedly connected to the front position of the right side of the width material baffle plate 36, and is fixedly connected with the width material baffle plate 36 through screws, so that the thickness of the O-shaped sealing ring is further screened, namely the thickness of the O-shaped sealing ring is larger than a set value and is blown into the discharging and collecting box 5.

The horizontal air blowing device 38 comprises a mounting block 381, a T-shaped block 382, a spring plunger pin 383, hand-screw adjusting screws 384, an L-shaped connecting plate 385 and flat air blowing nozzles 386, wherein the mounting block 381 is fixedly connected to the width baffle plate 36, the T-shaped block 382 is slidably connected to the mounting block 381, the spring plunger pins 383 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the mounting block 381, the lower end of the spring plunger pin 383 is fixedly connected to the mounting block 381, the upper end of the spring plunger pin 383 abuts against the T-shaped block 382, one end of the L-shaped connecting plate 385 is fixedly connected to the T-shaped block 382, the flat air blowing nozzles 386 are fixedly connected to the other end of the L-shaped connecting plate 385, the hand-screw adjusting screws 384 are located above the T-shaped block 382, the hand-screw adjusting screws 384 penetrate through the T-shaped block 382 to be connected with the mounting block 381 through a thread pair, the hand-screw adjusting screws 384 are screwed, the spring plunger pins 383 are contracted, the T-shaped block 382 moves downwards relative to, thereby driving the flat blowing nozzle 386 to move downwards; the hand-screw adjusting screw 384 is unscrewed, the spring plunger pin 383 moves upwards relative to the mounting block 381 under the action of the spring force, the L-shaped connecting plate 385 is driven to move upwards, the flat blowing nozzle 386 is driven to move upwards, and the hand-screw adjusting screw 384 is used for adjusting the height of the flat blowing nozzle 386.

The height of the flat air blowing nozzle 386 from the conveyor belt is adjusted to be equal to the thickness of the O-shaped sealing ring to be screened, the O-shaped sealing ring passing through the thickness screening mechanism 2 and the width screening mechanism 3 in an overlapped mode is prevented from having a sealing ring which is not in line with the required specification, if the O-shaped sealing ring passes through the thickness screening mechanism 2 and the width screening mechanism 3 in an overlapped mode, the O-shaped sealing ring at the lowest layer is in line with the required specification, the O-shaped sealing ring above the lowest layer possibly meets the required specification or does not meet the required specification, therefore, the height of the flat air blowing nozzle 386 from the conveyor belt is adjusted to be the thickness of the O-shaped sealing ring to be screened, the O-shaped sealing ring above the lowest layer can be blown down into the discharging collecting box 5 by the flat air blowing nozzle 386, and the O-shaped sealing ring which is not in line with the required.

Based on the automatic screening device for the O-shaped sealing ring, the invention also relates to a using method of the automatic screening device for the O-shaped sealing ring, and the using method comprises the following steps:

c, controlling the rotating angle of the width servo motor 33 to adjust the screening width of the width screening mechanism, driving the ball screw 35 to rotate through the rotation of the width servo motor 33, and driving the width baffle plate 36 to move in the width direction of the conveyor belt 1 by the movement of the screw nut 351 along the ball screw 35, so that the minimum distance from the width baffle plate 36 to the edge of the conveyor belt 1 is equal to the width of the O-shaped sealing ring to be screened; the air blowing opening 371 of the vertical air blowing device 37 is positioned right above the side edge of the conveyor belt 1 far away from the mounting plate 32, and blows the O-shaped sealing ring which is not completely on the conveyor belt 1 when passing through the width screening mechanism into the discharging and collecting box 5;

step d, rotating an adjusting screw 384, wherein under the action of spring force of a spring plunger pin 383, a T-shaped block 382 moves upwards or downwards relative to an installation block 381 to drive an L-shaped connecting plate 385 to move upwards or downwards so as to drive a flat air blowing nozzle 386 to move upwards or downwards, and the height of the flat air blowing nozzle 386 from a conveyor belt is adjusted to be equal to the thickness of an O-shaped sealing ring to be screened;
