As shown in fig. 1, the rust removal processing equipment for the boiler head comprises a positioning device 2 and a rust removal driving device 3 of the boiler head, wherein the boiler head 1 is placed on the positioning device 2 of the boiler head, and the rust removal processing is performed on the boiler head 1 through the rust removal driving device 3.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the positioning device 2 of the boiler head includes a fixed seat 21, a first rotary disk 22, a plurality of limiting seats 23 and a plurality of positioning grooves 24, preferably, at least 3 limiting seats 23 are provided, and at least 3 positioning grooves 24 are provided; fixing base 21 is fixed subaerial, first carousel 22 is rotatable to be installed on fixing base 21, spacing seat 23 evenly fixes on first carousel 22 around the center of first carousel 22, constant head tank 24 evenly sets up on first carousel 22 around the center of first carousel 22, and spacing seat 23 sets up with constant head tank 24 interval. The limiting seat 23 is used for preliminarily positioning and supporting the boiler end socket. The positioning groove 24 comprises a sliding block 242, the sliding block 242 is arranged in the positioning groove 24 and can slide back and forth in the positioning groove 24, and the boiler head 1 is finely positioned and supported through the back and forth sliding of the sliding block 242 in the positioning groove 24. In this embodiment, in order to fix the position of the slider 242 in the positioning slot 24, the positioning slot 24 further includes a screw 241, the screw 241 is disposed in the positioning slot 24 along the length of the positioning slot 24, the screw 241 is in threaded connection with the positioning slot 24, the slider 242 is fixed on the screw 241, and the screw 241 is rotated to move the screw 241 back and forth in the positioning slot 24, so as to drive the slider 242 back and forth in the positioning slot 24. In order to avoid the boiler head 1 and the limiting seat 23 from being damaged when contacting the sliding block 242, the upper surface of the limiting seat 23 is arc-shaped, the upper surface of the sliding block 242 is arc-shaped, and a rotating wheel can also be arranged on the sliding block 242 in a rotating manner, so that the friction between the sliding block 242 and the boiler head 1 is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1, the rust removal driving device 3 of the boiler head is arranged on the side of the positioning device 2 of the boiler head, the rust removal driving device 3 comprises a fixing frame 31, a spray gun 33, an adjusting frame 32, a second rotary table 34, a motor 36, a positioning table 37 and a positioning handle 35, the fixing frame 31 is fixed on the ground, the positioning table 37 is horizontally slidably arranged on the fixing frame 31, the positioning handle 35 is rotatably arranged on the side of the fixing frame 31, the positioning table 37 is limited by the positioning handle 35, the adjusting frame 32, the second rotary table 34 and the motor 36 are arranged on the positioning table 37, the spray gun 33 is arranged on the adjusting frame 32, the second rotary table 34 is arranged below the spray gun 33, and the second rotary table 34 is electrically connected with the motor 36 and driven by the motor 36.

The fixing frame 31 includes a longitudinal fixing frame fixed on the ground and a transverse fixing frame fixed on the longitudinal fixing frame. The positioning table 37 is arranged above the transverse fixing frame in a sliding mode, a positioning shaft is arranged on one side of the positioning table 37, one end of the positioning handle 35 is connected to the side edge of the transverse fixing frame in a rotating mode, a protruding shaft is further arranged on the transverse fixing frame, and a positioning hole matched with the protruding shaft is formed in the positioning handle 35. When the positioning hole of the positioning handle 35 is in limit fit with the protruding shaft of the transverse fixing frame, the positioning shaft on the positioning table 37 is limited by the positioning handle 35, so that the positioning table 37 moves backwards; the positioning handle 35 is rotated to separate the positioning hole of the positioning handle 35 from the protruding shaft of the transverse fixing frame, and the positioning table 37 moves forward.

In order to rotate the positioning handle 35 and then automatically move the positioning table 37 forward, a second elastic member 38 is disposed between the rear end of the positioning table 37 and the longitudinal fixing frame, one end of the second elastic member 38 is fixedly connected with the positioning table 37, and the other end of the second elastic member is fixedly connected with the longitudinal fixing frame, preferably, the second elastic member 38 may be a second elastic member disposed in the middle of one end of the positioning table 37, or may be two or more second elastic members disposed on the left and right sides of one end of the positioning table 37, and the second elastic member 38 is a spring. When the positioning hole of the positioning handle 35 is in limit fit with the protruding shaft of the transverse fixing frame, the positioning shaft on the positioning table 37 is limited by the positioning handle 35, so that the positioning table 37 moves backwards, and the second elastic piece 38 is compressed; the positioning handle 35 is rotated to separate the positioning hole of the positioning handle 35 from the protruding shaft of the transverse fixing frame, and the positioning table 37 is moved forward by the elastic force of the second elastic member 38.

Preferably, the positioning table 37 and the transverse fixing frame can be slidably connected through a sliding rail and a sliding groove, in order to limit the moving stroke of the positioning table 37 on the transverse fixing frame, the positioning table 37 is prevented from leaving the transverse fixing frame due to the excessive elastic action of the second elastic element 38, a limiting piece is arranged between the transverse fixing frame and the positioning table 37, the limiting piece can be a limiting piece which is arranged on the sliding rail and/or the sliding groove and is used for limiting the forward movement of the positioning table 37, in another embodiment, the limiting piece is fixed on the transverse fixing frame, the limiting piece is provided with a long strip-shaped limiting hole, the positioning table 37 is provided with a metal piece which is matched with the limiting hole on the limiting piece, the metal piece moves back and forth in the limiting hole, thus, the moving stroke of the positioning table 37 on the transverse fixing frame is the moving stroke of the metal piece on the positioning table 37 in the limiting hole of the limiting piece on the transverse fixing frame.

The adjusting frame 32 includes a first vertical rod fixedly connected to the positioning table 37, a first horizontal rod movably connected to the first vertical rod, and a second vertical rod movably connected to the first horizontal rod. The first vertical rod and the first cross rod are movably connected through a first adjuster 321, and the first adjuster 321 can move up and down on the first vertical rod and can move back and forth on the first cross rod; the second vertical rod is connected to the front part of the first cross rod and movably connected to the first cross rod through a second regulator 322, and the second regulator 322 can move up and down on the second vertical rod and can move back and forth on the first cross rod; the lower part of the second vertical rod is connected with a third regulator 322, and the spray gun 33 is installed on the adjusting bracket 32 through the third regulator 323. The position of the lance 33 relative to the boiler head 1 can be adjusted by adjusting the first adjuster 321, the second adjuster 322, and the third adjuster 323, and the angle of the lance 33 can be adjusted by adjusting the third adjuster 323. In this embodiment, the lance 33 is a flame lance. Preferably, the positioning table 37 also has a cover plate for fixing the pipe of the lance 33.

The second rotating disc 34 is fixedly installed on a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the positioning table 37, and the motor 36 drives the rotating shaft to rotate so as to drive the second rotating disc 34 to rotate. In order to limit the position of the motor 36, a limit block is further arranged at the rear part of the motor 36.

The use method of the rust removal treatment equipment using the boiler end socket comprises the following steps:

3. rotating the boiler end socket 1, and simultaneously adjusting the position of the sliding block 242 in the positioning groove 24 and the position of the spray gun 33 on the adjusting frame 32 until the straight edge part of the cylindrical shell of the boiler end socket 1 is always abutted against the spray gun 33 when the boiler end socket 1 rotates;

4. adjusting the adjusting frame 32 to enable the spray gun 33 to be far away from the straight edge part of the cylindrical shell of the boiler end socket 1, rotating the positioning handle 35, enabling the positioning table 37 to move forwards, enabling the side edge of the second rotating disc 34 on the positioning table 37 to be abutted against the straight edge part of the cylindrical shell of the boiler end socket 1, and adjusting the position of the spray gun 33;

5. and opening a switch of the spray gun 33 to perform rust removal treatment on the boiler end socket 1, opening a switch of a motor 36 connected with a second rotating disc 34, and driving the boiler end socket 1 to rotate by the second rotating disc 34 until the boiler end socket 1 finishes the rust removal treatment.
