When the air bag 26 is extruded by the extrusion plate 24, air in the air bag 26 is introduced into the inner part of the air cylinder 30 through the branch pipe 29, the piston 32 moves downwards, the elastic rope 31 is stretched, raw liquid collected in the air cylinder 30 is reintroduced into the injection molding pipe 4 through the second through pipe 34, waste of the raw liquid is avoided, the environmental protection performance of the device is improved, after injection molding is completed, the rotating shaft 13 does not rotate any more, when the air bag 26 is no longer extruded by the extrusion plate 24, the piston 32 moves upwards through the restoring force of the elastic rope 31, the raw liquid remained in the connecting pipe 3 is introduced into the inner part of the air cylinder 30 through the first through pipe 33, the function of cleaning the connecting pipe 3 is realized, the phenomenon that the raw liquid is agglomerated in the connecting pipe 3 to block the connecting pipe 3 is avoided, the probability of blocking of the connecting pipe 3 is reduced, the influence on injection molding work is avoided, and the reliability of the device.

Preferably, in order to drive the rotating shaft 13 to rotate, the driving assembly comprises a second motor 11 and two gears 12, the second motor 11 is fixed above the magazine 6, the second motor 11 is in transmission connection with one gear 12, the other gear 12 is fixed on the rotating shaft 13, the two gears 12 are meshed, and the second motor 11 is electrically connected with the PLC.

When the filter screen 10 is cleaned, the second motor 11 is controlled to start, the gear 12 connected with the second motor is driven to rotate, and the other gear 12 is driven to rotate through the meshing of the two gears 12, so that the rotating shaft 13 is driven to rotate.

Preferably, in order to make the gear 12 rotate smoothly, the gear 12 is coated with grease to reduce the friction between the two gears 12, so that the gear 12 rotates smoothly, and the smoothness of the rotation of the rotating shaft 13 is improved.

Preferably, in order to reduce the damage of the air bag 26, the transmission assembly further comprises a rubber ring 28, and the periphery of the rubber ring 28 is fixedly connected with one side of the air bag 26 close to the turntable 22.
