Technical Field

The present invention relates to label printers, and more particularly to a smart label printer.

Background

The label printer comprises a paper bin, a printing head, a rubber roller, a transmission assembly and other complex components, wherein the printing head, the rubber roller and the transmission assembly are arranged inside the box body, and when the paper roll is replaced, the cover body needs to be opened for replacement. The layout of the paper bin, the printing head and each part of the rubber roller of the existing label printer is unreasonable, so that the structure is dispersed, and the internal space of the printer is not fully utilized.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an intelligent label printer with reasonable layout and compact structure.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the intelligent label printer comprises a box body and a side cover, wherein a paper bin is arranged at the upper part in the box body, a heat-sensitive paper roll is placed in the paper bin, and a printing head is arranged in the box body; be provided with the rubber roll in the box body, printer head is hugged closely to the rubber roll, the inside motor that is equipped with of box body, the motor passes through the drive assembly drive the rubber roll rotates.

In the scheme, a movable plate and a sliding switch are further arranged in the box body, the printing head is pre-fixed with a torsion spring arranged at the upper part, and the extension part of the torsion spring props against the movable plate; the side cover pushes the sliding switch, so that the moving plate is driven to move horizontally, and the moving plate pushes the torsion spring to be separated from the printing head in a pre-fixed mode.

In the scheme, the end part of the printing head which is pre-fixed is also provided with a tension spring, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively hooked on the printing head which is pre-fixed and the box body; after the torsion spring is separated from the pre-fixing of the printing head, the printing head is pulled by the tension spring to rotate around the rotating shaft of the fixing seat in the pre-fixing way, so that the printing head and the rubber roller are tightly attached together; through the pretightning force of torsional spring promotes the movable plate translation, rotates slide switch then, slide switch compresses tightly the side cap with the box body produces pressure and frictional force, realizes the lid fastening action of side cap.

In the above scheme, the top of box body is provided with the paper knife, the paper knife is located the exit slot top in paper storehouse.

In the above scheme, the transmission assembly is a gear set connected with the motor, the rubber roll is sleeved with a gear, the gear set is installed on the back of the paper bin, the back plate covers the gear set, and the back plate is fixedly connected with the paper bin to form a box body.

In the scheme, the back of the printing head is provided with the radiating fin, and the radiating fin is fixedly connected with the printing head in advance through a hinge.

In the scheme, the back of the paper bin is provided with the motor heat dissipation metal plate for mounting the motor.

In the above scheme, the inner walls of the paper bin and the fixing seat are provided with sensors for sensing the length and the gap of the thermosensitive paper roll.

The intelligent label printer has the following beneficial effects:

when the label printing device is used for printing characters or patterns on thermal paper, the printing head prints the characters or the patterns on the thermal paper, and the motor drives the rubber roller to rotate through the transmission assembly, so that the thermal paper roll can continuously discharge paper. According to the invention, the printing head, the paper bin and the motor are arranged in the box body, and the rubber roller is arranged in the top cover, so that the space is fully utilized, and the structure is compact; meanwhile, the side cover is opened, so that the thermosensitive paper roll in the paper bin can be replaced, and the operation is convenient.

Detailed Description

For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-10, the smart label printer of the present invention comprises a box body 1, a side cover 2, a paper bin 3, a printing head 5, a rubber roller 6 and a motor 7. A paper bin 3 is arranged at the upper part in the box body 1, a thermal sensitive paper roll 4 is placed in the paper bin 3, and a printing head 5 is arranged in the box body 1; a rubber roller 6 is arranged in the box body 1, the rubber roller 6 is tightly attached to the printing head 5, a motor 7 is arranged in the box body 1, and the motor 7 drives the rubber roller 6 to rotate through a transmission assembly.

A fixed seat 8 is arranged in the box body 1, and the printing head 5 and the rubber roller 6 are arranged on the fixed seat 8; the fixed seat 8 is provided with a printing head pre-fixing part 9; a torsion spring 10 is arranged on a rotating shaft 20 of the printing head pre-fixing 9, and two support legs of the torsion spring 10 respectively support against the fixing seat 8 and the printing head pre-fixing 9; the end part of the print head pre-fixing device 9 is provided with a tension spring 11, and two ends of the tension spring 11 are respectively hooked on the print head pre-fixing device 9 and the box body 1.

A moving plate 12 and a sliding switch 13 are further arranged in the box body 1, a torsion spring 10 is arranged at the upper part of the printing head pre-fixing 9, and an extension part 1003 of the torsion spring 10 props against the moving plate 12; the sliding switch 13 is pushed by the side cover 2, and then the moving plate 12 is driven to translate, and the torsion spring 10 is pushed to be separated from the printing head pre-fixing 9.

The end part of the printing head pre-fixing part 9 is also provided with a tension spring 11, and two ends of the tension spring 11 are respectively hooked on the printing head pre-fixing part 9 and the box body 1; after the torsion spring 10 is separated from the print head pre-fixing seat 9, the print head pre-fixing seat 9 is pulled by the tension spring 11 to rotate around the rotating shaft of the fixing seat 8, so that the print head 5 and the rubber roller 6 are tightly attached together.

The print head pre-fixing 9 is provided with a first leg 901 and a second leg 902, neither the first leg 901 nor the second leg 902 is in contact with the moving plate 12, and the moving plate 12 does not contact with the first leg 901 and the second leg 902 during moving. The first leg 901 is provided with a catch plate 903, the first leg 1001 of the torsion spring 10 abuts against the permanent seat 8, and the second leg 1002 of the torsion spring 10 abuts against the catch plate 903. The tension spring 11 is connected to the second leg 902, the slide switch 13 contacts the moving plate 12, and the moving plate 12 contacts the extension 1003 of the second leg 1002 of the torsion spring 10. The decompression moment applied to the printing head pre-fixing part 9 by the torsion spring 10 enables the printing head 5 to move towards the direction far away from the rubber roller 6, the pressurization moment applied to the printing head pre-fixing part 9 by the tension spring 11 enables the printing head 5 to move towards the direction close to the rubber roller 6, and the decompression moment is larger than the pressurization moment.

In the cover closing process, the sliding switch 13 is extruded by the side cover 2 to drive the moving plate 12 to move towards the torsion spring 10, the second leg 1002 of the torsion spring 10 is separated from the clamping plate 903 on the first leg 901, the torsion spring 10 cannot continuously act on the printing head pre-fixing 9, and the printing head 5 installed on the printing head pre-fixing 9 rotates clockwise in the direction shown in fig. 7 under the action of the tension spring 11 and is pressed on the rubber roller 6. The pressure between the print head 5 and the rubber roller 6 is provided entirely by the tension spring 11, regardless of the state of the side cover 2.

When the side cover 2 is opened, the slide switch 13 is separated from the side cover 2, and the slide switch 13 is not restricted by the side cover 2. The second leg 1002 of the torsion spring 10 pushes the moving plate 12 and the sliding switch 13 to move outwards, the second leg 1002 of the torsion spring 10 returns to the position blocked by the blocking plate 903, the print head pre-fixing 9 rotates anticlockwise according to the direction shown in fig. 8, and the print head 5 mounted on the print head pre-fixing 9 is far away from the rubber roller 6 under the action of the torsion spring 10.

Further, a bayonet 904 is arranged on the second supporting leg 902, one end of the tension spring 11 is connected with the bayonet 904, and the other end of the tension spring is connected with the box body 1.

Preferably, a paper cutter 14 is arranged at the top end of the box body 1, and the paper cutter 14 is positioned above the paper outlet of the paper bin 3.

Preferably, the moving plate 12 is pushed to translate by the pretightening force of the torsion spring 10, and then the sliding switch 13 is rotated, so that the sliding switch 13 presses the side cover 2 and the box body 1 to generate pressure and friction force, thereby realizing the box cover fastening action of the side cover 2.

Preferably, the transmission component is a gear set 15 connected with the motor 7, the rubber roller 6 is sleeved with a gear, the gear set 15 is installed on the back of the paper bin 3, a back plate 16 covers the gear set 15, and the back plate 16 is fixedly connected with the paper bin 3 to form the box body 1.

Preferably, the back of the printing head 5 is provided with a heat radiating fin 17, and the heat radiating fin 17 is connected with the printing head pre-fixing part 9 through a hinge, so that the self-adaption of the pressure balance of the printing head is realized.

Preferably, a motor heat dissipation sheet metal 18 for mounting the motor 7 is arranged at the back of the paper bin 3.

Preferably, the inner walls of the paper bin 3 and the fixed base 8 are provided with sensors 19 for sensing the length and the gap of the thermal paper roll 4.
