Background

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the improved rear supporting leg is composed of a hinge 1 and a pedal 2 which are connected with an existing rear supporting leg 3 of the vehicle; the hinge 1 adopts a flat plate type hinge (commonly called a hinge and a hinge) in the prior art, namely, the hinge is formed by hinging two folding plates and a hinge shaft; a folding plate of the hinge 1 is welded on a bracket 4 at one side of the existing rear supporting leg 3, the welded hinge 1 is positioned above a protruding part 5 of the vehicle leg, and a welded hinge shaft 11 is parallel to a shaft head 7 (horizontal axis) of the battery vehicle; the welded hinge 1 is connected with the existing rear supporting leg 3 into a whole;

a pedal plate 2 is welded on the other folding plate of the hinge 1, the pedal plate 2 is made of a steel plate with corrugations (the corrugations are not shown in the figure), and the trend of the corrugations is parallel to the axis (longitudinal axis) of a vehicle body 6 of the battery vehicle; thereby improving the structural stress strength of the pedal 2; the welded pedal 2 can be turned back and forth in the space between the protruding part 5 of the existing rear supporting leg 3 and the bracket 4 of the supporting leg; the rotation angle of the footboard 2 is less than 90 degrees due to the fact that the top end of the protruding portion 5 of the existing rear support leg 3 is tilted upward (as shown in fig. 1); the welded pedal 2 is connected with the existing rear supporting leg 3 into a whole through a hinge 1;
