(3) The connecting frame 3.2 is detachably arranged on the ladder frame assembly 1 through the combination of the mounting part 3.21 and the third quick-release quick-assembly component 7.

The third quick-release quick-assembly component 7 comprises a connecting plate 7.1 and a fastening piece 7.2, see fig. 6 in detail, wherein the connecting plate 7.1 is arranged on the ladder frame component 1, and the fastening piece 7.2 is arranged on the connecting frame 3.2 to lock or unlock the connecting frame 3.2 and the ladder frame component 1.

Further preferred is: the connecting plate 7.1 is an L-shaped structure formed by a first panel and a second panel, the second panel is connected with the ladder frame assembly 1, and a mounting U-shaped groove is formed in the first panel; the mounting part 3.21 is a mounting through hole; the fastening piece 7.2 comprises a screw rod 7.21, a locking nut 7.22, an eccentric cam 7.23, a clamping plate 7.24 and an operating handle 7.25, wherein the first end of the screw rod 7.21 penetrates through the installation through hole, and the locking nut is sleeved on the first end of the screw rod and used for fixing the connecting frame 3.2 and the screw rod; the second end of the screw 7.21 can penetrate through the mounting U-shaped groove and is hinged with a clamping plate 7.24 and an eccentric cam 7.23, the specification of the clamping plate 7.24 is 1.05-1.3 times of that of the mounting U-shaped groove, and the mounting U-shaped groove can be clamped between the locking nut and the clamping plate; the operating handle 7.25 is arranged on the eccentric cam 7.23.

In this embodiment, chassis, ladder frame singleton and bracing piece are carbon fiber. The whole novel device for overhauling and maintaining the contact network is light in weight.

The design of combining power supply and walking wheel group can realize that novel contact net overhauls to maintain with device and walk on the orbit of walking, and the operator can realize through the remote controller remote control of being connected with control system.

Through the design of leveling mechanism, adopt the leveling base to keep apart ladder frame subassembly and base to guarantee the levelness of leveling base through leveling power spare, maintain the horizontal stability of novel contact net overhauls and maintains with device.
