1. An equipment base is arranged on a floor of a first floor and used for bearing equipment, and is characterized by comprising:

the plurality of supporting columns are arranged on the floor;

the bearing plate is arranged on the plurality of supporting columns and used for placing the equipment; and

the adjustable foot rest comprises a base, a supporting piece and a fixing piece, wherein the base is arranged on the floor, the supporting piece is arranged on the base, one end of the supporting piece is used for supporting the bearing plate, and the fixing piece penetrates through the bearing plate and is used for fixing the equipment on the supporting piece.

2. The equipment base of claim 1, wherein the support member comprises a support tube, a screw, and a nut, the nut is screwed on the screw, and the support tube is sleeved on the screw and is mounted on the nut.

3. The equipment base of claim 2, wherein the equipment base further comprises a first gasket disposed between the nut and the support tube.

4. The equipment base of claim 2, further comprising a first set screw extending transversely through the support tube to abut the screw.

5. The equipment pedestal of claim 1, wherein the fixture further comprises an anti-lift nut fixed to the support member and a second fixing screw penetrating through the carrier plate to screw to the anti-lift nut.

6. The equipment base of claim 5, further comprising an equipment fixing seat disposed on the bearing plate for fixing the equipment, wherein the second fixing screw penetrates through the equipment fixing seat and the bearing plate to be screwed to the anti-lifting nut.

7. The equipment base of claim 5, further comprising a third set screw extending transversely through the support member to abut the anti-lift nut.

8. The device dock of claim 5, wherein the device dock further comprises a second washer disposed between the second set screw and the device mount.

9. The equipment base of claim 1, wherein the brace comprises a base pedestal and a steel beam, the base pedestal being disposed on the floor, the steel beam being erected on the base pedestal to support the carrying plate.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of factory building construction, in particular to an equipment base.

Background

In response to the requirement of return air, return air holes are required to be formed on the floor. If the placement position of equipment base is above the return air hole, then the support interval of equipment base below will be because too big, and then leads to the loading board to receive heavy deformation easily to influence the firm of equipment fixing.

Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a device base to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides an equipment base, which can improve the bearing capacity of the equipment base by adjusting the arrangement of the foot stand, thereby preventing the deformation of the bearing plate.

The invention relates to an equipment base which is arranged on a floor of a first floor and used for bearing equipment.

To achieve at least one of the advantages or other advantages, an embodiment of the invention provides an equipment base including a plurality of supporting pillars, a supporting board, and at least one adjusting foot.

The adjustable foot rest comprises a base, a supporting piece and a fixing piece, wherein the base is arranged on the floor of the building, the supporting piece is arranged on the base, one end of the supporting piece is used for supporting the bearing plate, and the fixing piece penetrates through the bearing plate and is used for fixing the equipment on the supporting piece.

The equipment base further comprises an equipment fixing seat and a third fixing screw, the equipment fixing seat is arranged on the bearing plate to fix the equipment, the second fixing screw penetrates through the equipment fixing seat and the bearing plate to be screwed on the anti-lifting nut, and the third fixing screw transversely penetrates through the supporting piece to abut against the anti-lifting nut.

Furthermore, the equipment base further comprises a second gasket, and the second gasket is arranged between the second fixing screw and the equipment fixing seat.

Furthermore, the support column can also comprise a base column base and a steel beam, the base column base is arranged on the floor, and the steel beam is erected on the base column base to support the bearing plate.

Therefore, by adjusting the arrangement of the foot rest, the bearing capacity of the equipment base is improved, the deformation of the bearing plate is avoided, and the equipment arranged on the equipment base can be stable when the equipment base is arranged above the air return hole.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus base 10 according to the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an adjusting foot stand 20 according to the present invention. To achieve at least one of the above advantages or other advantages, an embodiment of the present invention provides an equipment base 10 disposed on a floor 12 for carrying equipment 14.

Referring to fig. 1 in conjunction with fig. 2, it can be seen that the floor 12 has a ventilation hole 1202, and the equipment base 10 includes a plurality of support columns 16, a carrying plate 18, a plurality of adjustable foot stands 20, and an equipment fixing base 26. Further, each support stand 16 includes a base pedestal 17 and a steel beam 32, and each adjustment stand 20 includes a base 202, a support member 204, a first washer 22, a first fixing screw 24, a third fixing screw 28, and a fixing member 206. The supporting member 204 includes a supporting tube 204, a screw 2022 and a nut 2044, and the fixing member 206 includes an anti-lifting nut 2062 and a second fixing screw 2064.

Two support columns 16 are disposed on the floor 12 and on both sides of the return air hole 1202 for supporting. The base pedestal 17 is fixed to the floor 12, and a steel beam 32 is fixed to the top of the base pedestal 17 to support the carrying plate 18, the carrying plate 18 is used for placing the device 14. In one embodiment, the base pedestal 17 is screwed to the floor 12, and the steel beam 32 is screwed or welded to the base pedestal 17. In one embodiment, the base stub 17 is formed by a base plate and an i-beam which is longitudinally erected on the base plate by welding. The steel beam 32 is also an i-beam and is transversely mounted on the base pedestal 17.

The two adjustable foot rests 20 are disposed on the floor 12 and between the two support columns 16, and are disposed on both sides of the air return hole 1202 to strengthen the support plate 18 and prevent the support plate 18 from being deformed by gravity. The base 202 of each adjustable foot stand 20 is disposed on the floor 12, the top end of each adjustable foot stand 20 is located at the bottom of the bearing plate 18, the screw 2022 is welded to the base 202, that is, the support 204 is disposed on the base 202, and the top end of the support 204 is used to support the bearing plate 18. The nut 2044 is screwed on the screw 2022, and the support tube 2042 is sleeved on the screw 2022 and is erected on the nut 2044. The support tube 2042 can be moved up and down by screwing the nut 2044 on the screw 2022, so as to adjust the height of the support member 204 to match the height of the support post 16 and adjust the deformation of the carrier 18 caused by the weight of the device 14. The first spacer 22 is fixed between the nut 2044 and the support tube 2042 to prevent the support tube 2042 from directly impacting the nut 2044. The first fixing screw 24 transversely penetrates the support tube 2042 and abuts against the screw 2022 to reinforce the connection between the support tube 2042 and the screw 2022, thereby preventing the support tube 2042 from unnecessary movement after being fixed.

The second set screw 2064 of the fixing member 206 penetrates the bearing plate 18 to fix the device fixing base 26 on the supporting member 204. The device fixing base 26 is disposed on the bearing plate 18 for fixing the device 14 by the fourth fixing screw 34. Thus, the fixing member 206 can fix the device 14 to the adjustable stand 20. The anti-lift nut 2062 is fixed on the support 204 and located below the loading plate 18, and the second fixing screw 2064 penetrates through the device fixing base 26 and the loading plate 18 to be screwed on the anti-lift nut 2062. In this way, the device 14 is prevented from shaking up and down after being fixed to the device base 10. The third set screw 28 extends transversely through the support tube 2042 in the support member 204 and abuts against the anti-lift nut 2062 to strengthen the connection between the support member 204 and the anti-lift nut 2062. The second washer 30 is disposed between the second set screw 2064 and the device fixing base 26 to prevent the bearing plate 18 from directly impacting the supporting member 204.

In this embodiment, the device 14 is located right above the return hole 1202, and in order to ensure the stability of the device 14 and prevent the deformation of the carrying plate 18, an adjusting foot stand 20 is respectively installed below the two sides of the device 14. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, when the equipment 14 is deformed by vibration or other external force, only an adjusting foot stand 20 is erected under the main body of the equipment 14, and the nut 2044 is rotated to adjust the deformation of the bearing plate 18.

Further, the bearing plate 18 can also be directly erected on the pedestal column foot 17 without being fixed by the steel beam 32. The height of the threaded position of the support 204 can be adjusted as needed by the fixed position of the nut 2044.

In summary, the equipment base 10 of the present invention can improve the load-bearing capability of the equipment base 10 by adjusting the arrangement of the foot stand 20, so as to prevent the deformation of the bearing plate 18, and stabilize the equipment 14 mounted on the equipment base 10 when the equipment base 10 is disposed above the air return hole 1202.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
