1. A fender mud skin fixing bolt which is characterized by comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, in particular to a mud guard fixing bolt.

Background

Various types of rubber boots, such as tire boots, are commonly found in the underbody of automobiles. Under the cab of a pickup truck, there are also typically engine fenders, condenser fenders, and the like. The fender is usually fixed to the sheet metal part of the vehicle body by expansion bolts or ordinary bolts. In the prior art, the state and the position of the mud guard can not be finely adjusted after the bolt is tightened, so that the mud guard is a fixed heaven and earth; in addition, the assembly and disassembly of the prior art are difficult, and a wrench or a screwdriver is needed to rotate when the bolt or the expansion bolt is disassembled, so that the assembly and the disassembly are inconvenient.

Therefore, how to provide a quick and convenient detachable fender leather fixing bolt becomes a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a fixing bolt for a mud guard, which can realize quick and convenient installation and disassembly of the mud guard and a vehicle body metal plate.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fender fixing bolt including:

the pre-tightening bolt comprises a first nut and a first screw rod, wherein an accommodating groove is formed in the first nut, and an accommodating cavity communicated with the accommodating groove is formed in the first screw rod; the first screw comprises a connecting section and an adjusting section, the connecting section connects the first screw cap with the adjusting section, the adjusting section is divided into at least two adjusting blocks along a central line, and the adjusting blocks are connected with the connecting section in a bending mode; the diameter of the accommodating cavity is gradually reduced towards the direction far away from the connecting section;

the fastening bolt comprises a second nut and a second screw, the second nut is matched with the accommodating groove, and the second screw is matched with the accommodating cavity; when the second screw rod is gradually pushed into the accommodating cavity, the second screw rod enables the adjusting block to bend towards the periphery.

Optionally, according to the fender leather fixing bolt provided by the invention, the outer side wall of the adjusting block is an elastic body, and the inner side wall of the adjusting block is a rigid body.

Optionally, according to the mud guard fixing bolt provided by the invention, the first screw further comprises an elastic screw head, the screw head is respectively connected with each adjusting block, a placing groove is formed in the screw head, and the second screw is matched with the placing groove.

Optionally, according to the retaining wall fixing bolt of the invention, the part of the adjusting block with the smallest diameter is designed to be rounded.

Optionally, according to the retaining wall fixing bolt of the present invention, a diameter of a portion of the second screw corresponding to the adjusting section is larger than a diameter of a portion corresponding to the connecting section.

According to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a fender fixing bolt, comprising: the pre-tightening bolt comprises a first nut 11 and a first screw, wherein an accommodating groove 15 is formed in the first nut 11, and an accommodating cavity 16 communicated with the accommodating groove 15 is formed in the first screw; the first screw comprises a connecting section 12 and an adjusting section, the connecting section 12 connects the first screw cap 11 with the adjusting section, the adjusting section is divided into at least two adjusting blocks 13 along the central line, and the adjusting blocks 13 are connected with the connecting section 12 in a bending mode; the diameter of the receiving cavity 16 decreases in a direction away from the connecting section 12.

The fastening bolt comprises a second nut 21 and a second screw 22, the second nut 21 is matched with the accommodating groove 15, and the second screw 22 is matched with the accommodating cavity 16; when the second screw 22 is gradually pushed into the accommodating cavity 16, the second screw 22 bends the adjusting block 13 towards the periphery.

Further, the outer side wall of the adjusting block 13 is an elastic body, and the inner side wall thereof is a rigid body. The outer side wall of the adjusting block 13 is an elastic body, so that the outer diameter of the pre-tightening bolt is larger than the apertures of the mud guard 3 and the vehicle body metal plate 4 when the pre-tightening bolt is arranged; the inside wall is a rigid body, that is, the side wall of the accommodating cavity 16 is a rigid body, so that the elastic block can be bent around in the process of pushing the second screw 22 into the accommodating cavity 16.

Further, the first screw rod further comprises an elastic screw rod head 14, the screw rod head 14 is respectively connected with each adjusting block 13, a placing groove is formed in the screw rod head 14, and the second screw rod 22 is matched with the placing groove. The second screw 22 is prevented from rubbing the structure in the vehicle body metal plate 4, and the structure in the vehicle body is also prevented from pushing the second screw 22 outwards.

Furthermore, the minimum diameter part of the adjusting block 13 is designed to be rounded. Since the second screw 22 needs to be pushed into the accommodating cavity 16, and needs to be matched with the adjusting frame in the pushing process, the adjusting block 13 subjected to rounding processing can ensure that the second screw 22 is stably pushed.

Furthermore, the diameter of the portion of the second screw 22 corresponding to the adjusting section is gradually reduced toward the direction away from the second nut 21, and the rate of reduction of the diameter is smaller than the rate of reduction of the diameter of the accommodating cavity 16 formed by the adjusting block 13. The above mentions that the second screw 22 needs to be fitted with the adjusting block 13, so that the front end of the second screw 22 is reduced in diameter as much as possible to avoid that the second screw 22 cannot pass through the position where the inner diameter of the accommodating chamber 16 is minimum; in addition, the diameter change rate of the second screw 22 is far less than that of the accommodating cavity 16, which otherwise would result in that the second screw 22 could not push the adjusting block 13 to bend around.

Further, the diameter of the second screw 22 corresponding to the adjusting section is larger than the diameter of the connecting section 12. The larger diameter portion of the second screw 22 serves to prevent the second screw 22 from backing out of the connecting section 12 when the second screw 22 enters the receiving cavity 16.

Further, a conical head 23 is further provided at an end of the second screw 22 away from the second nut 21. The second screw 22 can rapidly and directly pass through the minimum diameter position of the accommodating cavity 16, and the adjusting block 13 can be rapidly bent around, so that the effect of locking the mud guard 3 and the vehicle body metal plate 4 is achieved.

Further, the receiving groove 15, the receiving cavity 16 and the pretensioning bolt are designed as concentric circles. The practicality of pretension bolt has been promoted.

Furthermore, a plurality of rows of annular teeth 24 are further arranged in the middle of the second screw 22, and the side surface of the annular teeth 24 facing the second nut 21 is a plane surface, and the side surface facing away from the second nut 21 is an inclined surface. Although it is mentioned above that the diameter of the portion of the second screw 22 corresponding to the adjusting section is larger than the diameter of the portion corresponding to the connecting section 12, thereby serving to prevent the second screw 22 from being withdrawn from the connecting section 12, the annular tooth 24 can further enhance the effect.

Furthermore, an annular groove 17 is arranged at the inner side wall where the connecting section 12 is connected with the adjusting section, one side of the annular groove 17 facing the adjusting section is a plane, and the other side of the annular groove 17 facing the connecting section 12 is an inclined plane; when the second screw 22 gradually enters the housing chamber 16, the inclined surface of the annular tooth 24 and the inclined surface of the annular groove 17 contact each other; however, when the second screw 22 enters the receiving chamber 16, the flat surfaces of the annular teeth 24 and the flat surfaces of the annular grooves 17 interfere with each other.

The invention divides the fixing process into two stages of a pre-tightening stage and a locking stage, thereby realizing the function of adjusting before fixing. The specific implementation method comprises the following steps: firstly, the fastening bolt penetrates into the accommodating cavity 16 of the pre-tightening bolt, the pushing can be stopped when the clicking sound (the annular tooth 24 is in contact with the annular groove 17) appears in the pushing process, the fastening bolt cannot fall off at the moment, the position of the mud guard 3 can be adjusted, and the fastening bolt is pushed to the bottom after the adjustment is finished. In the invention, the first screw is designed to be hollow, and the outer wall of the adjusting block 13 is soft and is in direct contact with the fixing hole of the automobile body metal plate 4, so that certain elasticity is achieved, and fastening can be realized after the adjusting block is resisted. The inner wall of the adjusting block 13 has certain rigidity to play a supporting role.

When the fastening bolt needs to be disassembled, the screw head 14 is pushed forcibly, the outer wall of the adjusting block 13 deforms at the moment, the inner wall is continuously opened, the middle hollow part is opened allowance, when the annular tooth 24 is opened to be separated from the annular groove 17, the conical head 23 of the fastening bolt is pushed in a proper way, the fastening bolt can be easily pushed out of the accommodating cavity 16, and therefore the portable disassembling function is achieved.
