5. The DC/AC breaker of claim 3, wherein the DC/AC breaker comprises a resilient conductive member disposed across the first and second DC blocking capacitors.

6. The dc/ac block circuit of claim 5, wherein the resilient conductive member comprises any one of conductive rubber, conductive reed.

7. The dc/ac block of claim 1, wherein the first coaxial connector and the second coaxial connector each comprise an inner conductor, the inner conductor of the first coaxial connector and the inner conductor of the second coaxial connector being connected by the first dc blocking capacitor.

The dc/ac block of claim 7, wherein the inner conductor of the first coaxial connector extends through the first ground housing into the recess; the bulge of the second ground shell forms a through hole in a hollow mode, and the inner conductor of the second coaxial connector is arranged in the through hole and is opposite to the inner conductor, extending into the groove, of the first coaxial connector.

9. The dc/ac block of claim 1, wherein the choke structure further comprises an insulator disposed around the protrusion and having two sides connected to the first and second ground housings, respectively.

10. A microwave active circuit, characterized in that it comprises a dc-ac breaker according to any of claims 1-9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of breakers, in particular to a direct current and alternating current breaker and a microwave active circuit.

Background

At present, the breaker can block direct current and alternating current low frequency signals, does not influence the transmission of radio frequency signals simultaneously, is the essential component of microwave active circuit. The prior art breakers usually achieve the function of blocking the dc path by separating the inner and outer conductors, but such a method has the following disadvantages: (1) the power capacity is small, and the microwave transmission device cannot be applied to high-power and low-loss microwave transmission; (2) the problem of arc discharge caused by breakdown of air and other media in high-voltage application cannot be effectively solved due to low withstand voltage value; (3) without a shielding structure, there is a problem of electromagnetic leakage.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a direct current alternating current breaker and a microwave active circuit, wherein grooves and protrusions are respectively arranged on a first ground shell and a second ground shell, the first ground shell is opposite to the second ground shell through the protrusion being embedded into the grooves, a choke structure is formed between the first ground shell and the second ground shell, the length of the choke structure is odd times of a quarter of an operating wavelength, the relative area between the first ground shell and the second ground shell can be increased, the power capacity and the withstand voltage value of the breaker are improved, the transmission of an electromagnetic field in the ground shells is inhibited by arranging the choke structure, the electromagnetic shielding performance of the breaker is effectively improved, and the problem of electromagnetic leakage is solved.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, wherein fig. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a dc/ac isolator according to the present invention; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a DC/AC block of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a dc/ac block for suppressing electromagnetic leakage according to the present invention, wherein fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the dc/ac block of fig. 1 taken along an axial direction of a first coaxial connector and a second coaxial connector. The dc/ac breaker of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.

In the present embodiment, in order to ensure the stability of the installation, the dc/ac block device includes an elastic conductive member disposed across the first dc blocking capacitor 6 and the second dc blocking capacitor 7. The first dc blocking capacitor 6 and the second dc blocking capacitor 7 are connected to the first ground case 3 and the second ground case 4 through an elastic conductive member.

In the present embodiment, the elastic conductive member includes any one of conductive rubber and a conductive reed. In other embodiments, the resilient conductive member further comprises a conductive spring, conductive foam, and other resilient materials capable of conducting electricity.

In the present embodiment, the first coaxial connector 1 and the second coaxial connector 2 each include an inner conductor, and the inner conductor of the first coaxial connector 1 and the inner conductor of the second coaxial connector 2 are connected by the first dc blocking capacitor 6. Wherein, the inner conductor of the first coaxial connector 1 extends into the groove through the first ground shell 3; the protrusion of the second ground housing 4 is hollow to form a through hole, and the inner conductor of the second coaxial connector 2 is arranged in the through hole and is opposite to the inner conductor of the first coaxial connector 1 extending into the groove.

In the present embodiment, the choke structure further includes an insulator 5, the insulator 5 is disposed around the protrusion on the second ground housing 4, and both sides of the insulator are connected to the first ground housing 3 and the second ground housing 4, respectively.

In the present embodiment, the insulator 5 may fill the gap between the first and second ground cases 3 and 4, or may be provided outside the second dc blocking capacitor 7.

In this embodiment, the insulator 5 is provided with a mounting hole along the circumferential direction of the protrusion, the second dc blocking capacitor 7 is placed in the mounting hole, and the capacitive coupling between the first and second ground housings 3 and 4 of the two coaxial connectors is realized by the second dc blocking capacitor 7.

The first and second ground housings 3 and 4 of the dc/ac isolator of the present invention are coupled by a choke structure, as shown in fig. 3 (the area where the arrow is located is the choke structure, the microwave transmitted by the isolator leaks outwards, propagates in the direction of the arrow, and is continuously reduced during the transmission). The overall length of the choke structure is approximately an odd multiple of the operating wavelength of 1/4. The structure can effectively improve the electromagnetic shielding performance and reduce the electromagnetic leakage value. With reference to electromagnetic simulation, it can be found that the electromagnetic field is suppressed after passing through the choke structure, and the leakage electric field strength is reduced by about 2 orders of magnitude compared with the conventional breaker.

Through adjusting lumped capacitance element parameters, the indexes of the DC/AC isolator such as working frequency, insertion loss and the like can be flexibly optimized. In the embodiment, the working frequency band of the breaker is adjusted to be 2.4-2.5 GHz, the in-band reflection is less than-20 dB, and the in-band insertion loss is less than 0.2 dB. Can meet the medical application of ultrahigh pressure and high power radio frequency under extremely low power loss.

Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention further provides a microwave active circuit, please refer to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a structural diagram of an embodiment of the microwave active circuit of the present invention, and the microwave active circuit of the present invention is further explained with reference to fig. 4.

With reference to electromagnetic simulation, it can be found that the electromagnetic field is suppressed after passing through the choke structure, and the leakage electric field strength is reduced by about 2 orders of magnitude compared with the conventional breaker.

Through adjusting lumped capacitance element parameters, the indexes of the DC/AC isolator such as working frequency, insertion loss and the like can be flexibly optimized. In the embodiment, the working frequency band of the breaker is adjusted to be 2.4-2.5 GHz, the in-band reflection is less than-20 dB, and the in-band insertion loss is less than 0.2 dB. Can meet the medical application of ultrahigh pressure and high power radio frequency under extremely low power loss.
