Background

The output voltage of the permanent magnet synchronous generator exceeds the rated voltage as long as the rotating speed exceeds the rated rotating speed, and the higher the rotating speed is, the higher the voltage is. Therefore, the electric energy of the generator can be continuously and effectively and safely released, the expander control system also receives the fault signal of the converter to enter a shutdown state, and the rotating speed of the generator cannot be continuously increased so as to fly.

When the generator stops, the converter is reset manually, the converter fault indicator lamp HL1 is turned off, the brake resistor is withdrawn, and the restarting is not influenced.

No matter whether the generator is operated or not, the brake resistor can be put into use as long as the converter fails, and the generator can be started only by eliminating the fault of the converter.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides an isolation and protection method for a power supply fault rapid isolation and protection device with a braking load protection function, provided in any one of the above embodiments, including:

monitoring the state of a generator converter in real time by adopting a rectification inversion module of a converter monitoring unit; when the acquired converter state is a converter fault, the converter monitoring unit controls the machine side circuit breaker and the network side circuit breaker to be disconnected, and at the moment, the load resistance box unit is cut off from the circuit system; meanwhile, the converter monitoring unit controls the circuit access part to be switched on, so that the intermediate relay is closed, the load resistance box unit is switched into the circuit system again, and at the moment, the brake resistor in the load resistance box unit is switched into operation to absorb the electric energy of the generator.

The output voltage of the permanent magnet synchronous generator exceeds the rated voltage as long as the rotating speed exceeds the rated rotating speed, and the higher the rotating speed is, the higher the voltage is. In order to prevent the generator and the load from being damaged due to high voltage, the rotating speed of the permanent magnet synchronous generator needs to be controlled. The direct reason for the overspeed of the generator is that the electric energy of the generator is not safely released, and the power supply fault rapid isolation and protection device and the method with the braking load protection function, which are provided by the embodiment of the invention, can add a braking resistor to the generator to safely release the electric energy of the generator.
