the waterproof layer comprises a waterproof layer (1), a compression-resistant layer (2) and a flame-retardant layer (3) from outside to inside in sequence;

the waterproof part (10), the water absorption part (11) and the outer layer cloth (12) are arranged from inside to outside on the waterproof layer (1); the outer layer cloth (12) comprises polyester cotton yarns, and the outer layer cloth (12) is formed by mutually and alternately weaving the polyester cotton yarns; the water absorbing part (11) comprises a water absorbing material, and the surface of the water absorbing material is provided with dense fine holes (110); the waterproof part (10) comprises an organic silicon base layer (100) and a polyurethane coating (101), wherein the polyurethane coating (101) is coated on the outer surface of one side, close to the water absorbing part (11), of the organic silicon base layer (100);

Technical Field

The novel anti-bacterial suitcase fabric has the advantages that the novel anti-bacterial suitcase fabric is enabled to have the characteristics of PP cloth through the PP cloth layer, the novel anti-bacterial suitcase fabric is light in weight, good in fastness and color fixation, good in strength and heat resistance, anti-fouling and anti-bacterial performance, and capable of being naturally decomposed, the leather layer is arranged, the wear resistance and the attractiveness of the surface of the whole fabric are improved, the metal mesh wire layer is compounded between the PP cloth layer and the leather layer, the molding effect and the toughness of the whole fabric can be improved, the condition that the fabric deforms to affect the attractiveness of a produced suitcase is avoided, the bamboo charcoal fiber fabric is blended through the top surface of the metal mesh wire layer, the anti-bacterial effect of the whole fabric can be improved through the natural antibacterial performance of the bamboo charcoal fiber fabric, the pearl wool compounded on the bottom surface of the metal mesh wire layer is utilized, and the heat insulation.

Detailed Description

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1-7, one embodiment of the invention discloses a novel luggage, which comprises a waterproof layer 1, a pressure-resistant layer 2 and a flame-retardant layer 3 from outside to inside;

the waterproof part 10, the water absorption part 11 and the outer layer cloth 12 are arranged from inside to outside on the waterproof layer 1; the outer layer cloth 12 comprises polyester cotton yarns, and the outer layer cloth 12 is formed by interweaving the polyester cotton yarns; the water absorbing part 11 comprises a water absorbing material, and the surface of the water absorbing material is provided with dense pores 110; the waterproof part 10 comprises a silicone base layer 100 and a polyurethane coating 101, wherein the polyurethane coating 101 is coated on the outer surface of the silicone base layer 100 close to the water absorbing part 11;

the pressure resistant layer 2 comprises a first elastic layer 20, a second elastic layer 21 and a buffer layer 22; the first elastic layer 20 is arranged on the inner side of the pressure resistant layer 2, the second elastic layer 21 is arranged on the outer side of the pressure resistant layer 2, and the buffer layer 22 is arranged between the first elastic layer 20 and the second elastic layer 21; the first elastic layer 20, the buffer layer 22 and the second elastic layer 21 are sequentially bonded together; the buffer layer 22 is filled with gas;

the flame-retardant layer 3 comprises a PP cloth layer 30 and a leather layer 31, a gap of the leather layer 31 is formed in the top end surface of the PP cloth layer 30, a metal mesh wire layer 32 is compounded between the PP cloth layer 30 and the leather layer 31, the top end surface of the metal mesh wire layer 32 is blended with a bamboo charcoal fiber fabric 33, and the bottom end surface of the metal mesh wire layer 32 is compounded with pearl wool 34.

In the present embodiment, the polyester-cotton yarn includes warp yarn and weft yarn, the outer layer fabric 12 is woven by spirally winding the warp yarn and the weft yarn, and the density of the outer layer fabric 12 in the longitudinal direction and the latitudinal direction is 120 pieces/inch and 65 pieces/inch, respectively.

In this embodiment, the water absorbing material includes a water absorbing sponge having a thickness of 8mm to 12mm, and the waterproof portion 10 has a thickness of 3mm to 5 mm.

In this embodiment, the first elastic layer 20 is formed by sequentially compounding and bonding 30% by volume of pearl cotton, 40% by volume of foam cotton, and 30% by volume of polyurethane sponge, and has a thickness of 6mm to 10 mm.

In this embodiment, the second elastic layer 21 is formed by pressing 5 to 7 layers of polyester fabric; the thickness of the second elastic layer 21 is 3mm-6mm, and the Shore hardness is 60-65.

In this embodiment, the gas is nitrogen or air, and the filling volume of the nitrogen or helium is larger than the volume of the buffer layer 22.

When the waterproof layer is manufactured, firstly, polyester cotton warp yarns and weft yarns are spirally wound and woven to form outer-layer cloth, and then dense fine holes are arranged on the surface of the water-absorbing sponge through a special process to serve as a water-absorbing part; then, coating polyurethane on the outer surface of the organic silicon base layer close to one side of the water absorption part to form a waterproof part; finally, the waterproof part, the water absorbing part and the outer layer cloth are bonded together from inside to outside in sequence to form the novel case waterproof layer of the embodiment.

When the water-absorbing part is used, when water wets the outer cloth of the case, the water-absorbing part absorbs the water in the outer cloth through the dense fine holes on the surface, and meanwhile, the waterproof part prevents the water from entering the case; at the moment, most of moisture of the outer-layer cloth is absorbed by the water absorption part, and as the water absorption part adopts soft water absorption sponge, the moisture can be discharged outwards from the dense pores of the water absorption part only by lightly pressing the waterproof layer; and finally, a small amount of residual moisture on the outer layer cloth of the luggage is dried or baked by a fan or a dryer, so that the effects of collecting water, draining water and quickly removing the moisture in the outer layer cloth can be realized.

When the pressure-resistant layer is manufactured, firstly, 30% of pearl cotton, 40% of foam cotton and 30% of polyurethane sponge in volume fraction are compounded and bonded in sequence to form a first elastic layer, then, the buffer layer is bonded with the first elastic layer, and nitrogen with the volume larger than that of the buffer layer is filled into the buffer layer; then 5 layers of polyester fabric are pressed to form a third elastic layer, and finally the third elastic layer is bonded with the buffer layer to form the pressure-resistant layer of the embodiment.
